Honestly, most of the tools you mentioned are good but what actually works depends on how you're planning to use the chatbot daily. From what I've seen, Intercom Fin and Zendesk are strong if you already have a proper help center setup and need smooth integration with your support workflow. But setup will take some time, and if your knowledge base is not strong, the bot replies won't be that useful. Tidio is much easier to start with, especially for small teams, but later it might feel a bit limited when your support volume increases.

One thing many people miss is how important customization is. In demos everything will look perfect, but when you try to adjust conversations or handle different types of queries, some tools become restrictive. That's where something like MirrorFly can help, because you get more control to build your own chat flow and integrate it properly into your system without depending on fixed templates.

From a practical side, the biggest benefits come when you automate repeated questions like FAQs, capture leads before the user leaves and give instant replies even after working hours. The main problem is keeping answers accurate and not irritating users with generic replies. So whichever tool you choose, real results will come only based on how well you set it up and maintain it regularly.

<p>I’ve heard Fin by Intercom is a strong option for customer service chatbots. Has anyone used it to handle common support questions or improve response times?
