What do you like best about SMS.to?

The most efficient thing about using SMS.to was its easy to use APIs which helped us in fast and easy integration along with easy to use dashboard to send automated SMSs. Another thing is its strong documentation and tech and support teams readyness to help as and when required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMS.to?

Pricing is one of the key concerns for the product if you are just starting up as they give discounts on bulk SMSs only. Also, there is discomfort with no local support and your issues might get unresolved for good number of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SMS.to?

SMS.to is a hidden gem for SMS campaigns, it has all the benefits of the best sms tools out there like upload contact list (like in email marketing campaigns), you pay per SMS not for user (suitable when you have a big ammount of users), SMS price is the cheapest I have seen in the market is not clear how much you pay for SMS because it might depends on the volume. And the best feature for me is that you can pay with paypal and not only with credit cards, having more than one option to pay is for me one of the features a software can have. What do you dislike about SMS.to?

The only thing I really dislike is that until now you have to upload your contact list it doesn't matter if is small and this process takes time for SMS.to to process the contact list so usually you upload and you forget about your campaing until they send you a notification via email that the list is ready, then you go back and program you campaign. Recommendations to others considering SMS.to:

I think SMS.to is an underrated solution primarily because is not well know. Give them an opportunity is super cheap is super easy to use just like email marketing solutions, the interface is super clear, you pay per SMS not per user and I strongly recommend combining your email marketing campaigns with SMS campaigns since SMS is really direct and not necessarily expensive. What problems is SMS.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using 2 solutions for SMS bulk campaigns and I use SMS.to and another solution because of the reason they are the cheapest in the market since you pay per SMS and not per contact. take in count that having more 140K users makes impossible (at least you have a lot of investment) to use software as activecampaign like solutions that's why you have to search solutions as SMS.to. And since I already metion that SMS.to has issues when uploading contact list we it only for non urgent marketing campaigns, as well SMS.to accept payments through paypal and it's a super feature because most of solutions are using stripe as payment gateways and sometimes stripe and banks block credit cards randomly so it's great to have a solution that you know you can rely when this kind of issues happens.
