What do you like best about Better Stack?

I really like the ease of setup. I am using it in my Personal Project, if you have the a logging already, it just a matter of minutes to integrate with BetterStack. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

What do you like best about Better Stack?

Best experience we've had with a monitoring tool. Easy to set up, modern UI, and the status page translation feature significantly improved our users' experience.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

I've been using Better Stack for 2 weeks as of writing, their free plan is already good for basic website monitoring and push notifications to slack to get notified of downtimes. Their UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

They lock the status page feature behind a paywall, while i think it's the core feature of an uptime monitoring solution. I think it should be free instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

Two major issues.

I encountered a bug where my slack alert did not display the snippet of the logs that caused the alert. This was not remediated for at least a month, despite many, many attempts to follow up.

Second, the UI is just miserably slow. I often wait 2 to 5 minutes for my logs to load. A log aggregator this slow is completely unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

The best thing is the free tier, you can just test out their product for as long as you want and then decide if you want the extra features behind the paywall or not.

The UI and the feeling of using the product is just, phhhhhh and even the public Status Page is just too good to be given out for free.

The integrations are what i want and i think that's good enough.

One time, we had a critical issue at midnight, and thanks to Better Stack's instant Slack notifications, we resolved it in under 10 minutes. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

While I love using Better Stack, I do feel the pricing could be more startup-friendly. For smaller teams like ours, a more affordable tier would make it even better. Also, while the core features are intuitive, I struggled a bit when trying to dig into the advanced logging features—it would have been nice to have more examples or tutorials for those scenarios. The free tier offers 10 heartbeats/monitors which fit my usecase infraestructure like a glove.

- Fast notifications when a heartbeat or monitor fails.

- Likable weekly monitors.

- The capability to export a report to present to our customers to ensure our SLAs.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

- I'd like to test the other ways to send alerts for free to see if they do what I need them to do in order to upgrade my suscription.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

BetterStack is extremely user friendly and I got my monitors and logs setup within an hour of signing up. The feature set, even on the lower pricing tiers is very good. I have had to contact customer support a couple of times with account related queries and everything was sorted within a couple of hours.

We use this on a daily basis and it helps keep our system running smoothly. Their SSL certificate monitor, in particular, has also assisted with the security of our websites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
