What do you like best about Better Stack?

Better Stack stands out with its beautiful and intuitive UI/UX — it’s one of the cleanest interfaces I’ve used in a monitoring platform. It’s also extremely beginner-friendly, making it easy to get started without digging through complex docs. I really appreciate that they offer a generous free tier, which is perfect for small projects or early-stage startups. Their uptime monitoring is reliable and straightforward, and I was able to integrate it with minimal setup. The fact that you can quickly plug it into a Symfony project using webhooks or alerting integrations is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see even more native SDKs or Symfony-specific integrations to speed up setup even further. Also, some of the more advanced features are understandably behind the paid tier, which can be limiting once your project grows — but that’s fair for a product this well-built. We use Better Stack to monitor our backend for our AI chatbot business, and it’s been really solid. It alerts us instantly if anything goes down, which gives us peace of mind, especially when serving clients. Also super cool to show customers how its been up for long via the status. What do you like best about Better Stack?

I really like the ease of setup. I am using it in my Personal Project, if you have the a logging already, it just a matter of minutes to integrate with BetterStack. Best experience we've had with a monitoring tool. Easy to set up, modern UI, and the status page translation feature significantly improved our users' experience.

I've been using Better Stack for 2 weeks as of writing, their free plan is already good for basic website monitoring and push notifications to slack to get notified of downtimes. Their UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

Love the UI theme. They sent a nice shirt. The status page implementation works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

Two major issues.

I encountered a bug where my slack alert did not display the snippet of the logs that caused the alert. This was not remediated for at least a month, despite many, many attempts to follow up.

Second, the UI is just miserably slow. I often wait 2 to 5 minutes for my logs to load. A log aggregator this slow is completely unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
