We've been using WHMCS for six years. It has been the most valuable software in running our company, from billing to automating our corn tasks. It automates every job so we don't spend so much time checking and operating things. It does have many free and paid plugins to add additional features. It's pricy, and there's so much hassle to update. Especially when the database is too large, the automatic update crashes almost every time. I also noticed sometimes, when integrated with Cpanel, the direct link from Cpanel is not accurate. When a user clicks the billing tab, it redirects the user to the service.
