After conducting extensive research to identify a reliable external portal with the right capabilities, I selected Co-Pilot—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the choice. It offers far more features than comparable platforms while remaining extremely user-friendly, making it an excellent fit for the company. I especially love the many updates and new features added over the past year, along with the ability to integrate externally designed pages through iframes, which allows for a seamless, flexible, and highly customizable experience. I like how easy Assembly's interface is to navigate. It helps with easier client communication and file storage. The initial setup was relatively easy, I'd rate it a 3/10 in terms of difficulty. Also, I use it with my digital solutions agency, Veramind, particularly for client portal messaging, file upload, Calendly integration, task updates, and more.
