What do you like best?

There are a number of features around the import and export of data that I think give it a step up over free tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

My biggest issue is report generation is terrible. Long wait times and ad hoc reporting does not allow for custom date ranges. The tool often won't warn you that a report can not be generated with the dimensions, metrics and date ranges you have chosen and will just silently fail. Not what you would expect from a paid tool.

What do you like best?

There's a lot that can be done with on and off site tracking. It also works very well with Journey and Experience Analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without being exhaustive, mainly, we use tealeaf to detect and fix broken CJ, make a pain point-free CJ and business metrics tracking. In the same way, we teach our developers, business analysts and web designers how users interact with our applications. They optimize their way of working after having visualized Tealeaf sessions. What do you like best?

The prioritization of threats to the security at our office. As a Government agency that houses an elected official, our online activity is highly confidential and needs to remain secure. Analytics! We used to utilize a software that gave us basic information back. Obviously, with technology becoming smarter, more updated and more efficient, we switched over to software that could handle that...IBM. We have realized that analytics are so beneficial to the reelection process, how we communicate with constituents and how we relay information to the community. What do you like best?

I like the ease of use of the software and its user-friendly approach. It also has a lot of options to integrate existing data files in CSV or other formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it gets hang and we have to start all over again. This problem was particularly apparent when uploading large files. Also, some unexpected error starts on the webpage as soon as the file is loaded sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Best in class security, control, and re-use of insights that works for more than just design or marketing teams. Powerful for developers, product management, compliance, risk and many others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the platform is still running on decade old code and badly needs updating and transition to current industry supportability standards (hosting, private cloud, dockerization, etc). UI is also arcane, and could be optimized so it increases users effeciency rather than having to be taught by internal power-users or administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes a a CX champion within a company, an executive stakeholder and a vision to ensure it becomes a critical part of an organization, if you want to have it grow to advise company wide impact, rather than a simple tool supporting only a single organization. What do you like best?

AI powered customer data analytics provides real-time insights about the customer action and helps make better decision to improve the customer experience. The session replay feature has been very helpful in identifying issues attributed different version of the browsers or the customer journey. What do you like best?

Having worked with the on-prem solution for Tealeaf it was really nice how the cloud solution setup was as easy as deploying the SDK on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?
