I like using Microsoft Clarity because it has a feature for user recordings that I find very nice. It allows me to see how users are engaging with my website, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the ability to view heat maps on my website to identify core areas and sections, helping me understand which parts are working or not. It's great for tracking the bounce rate too, so if users are dropping off, I can make improvements accordingly.
