What do you like best about Microsoft Clarity?

I like using Microsoft Clarity because it has a feature for user recordings that I find very nice. It allows me to see how users are engaging with my website, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the ability to view heat maps on my website to identify core areas and sections, helping me understand which parts are working or not. It's great for tracking the bounce rate too, so if users are dropping off, I can make improvements accordingly. Additionally, the initial setup of Microsoft Clarity was super easy, just adding a code, and I could add it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Clarity?

So their traffic analysis is something like, which is not much efficient, I think. Their numbers are sometimes includes the both users as well. So that is something which they have to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?
