"Userpilot Makes Navigation Easy with Helpful Insights"

What do you like best about Userpilot?

Userpilot is so friendly and easy to use. We find that our customers are more able to navigate our pages with ease because of them. They allow us to convey important information without bogging our customers or site down. Their analytics and insight allow us to see how we can lead our customers to where they want to be. I also hear they have an AI MCP available! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I haven't really found anything I dislike about Userpilot. I'm still stretching my legs with them, but I like what I see so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userpilot is solving our issue of bridging the gap between information in our knowledge base and the customer. We are able to guide them to the correct resources to aid them with the changes the need to make. The integration with our customer portal is phenomenal. It allows us to see the hot spots that customers are clicking, giving us insight on what they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
