It's genuinely one of my favourite tools we've got. We used to see drop-offs in analytics and just guess at the cause. Now I watch a few replays and the answer is right there. Sense is the standout lately though, being able to ask it questions and get a proper analysis back saves me hours. The wins are easy to prove to the wider team. Honestly very little. If I'm nitpicking, some of the deeper analysis features do take time to learn, however, once you're past that it's fine, but proper onboarding time is worth factoring in and I'd like longer historical data for year on year comparisons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
