The ability to scope it down with the AI agent to a certain chain of actions and then see what's the users did after, if there's a drop off point, etc. Also the fact that the integration was seamless and that this did not cause any performance issues. Also the UX is super intuitive for our CS department. The pricing was also great since it comes with our YC package.
