"Powerful session replay — but maybe it needs a UX overhaul"

What do you like best about LogRocket?

The session replay is genuinely useful; being able to watch exactly what a user did before something broke, with the full console & network log alongside it, saves hours of back-and-forth with Engineering. It turns 'the user said something went wrong' into 'here's exactly what went wrong and when.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The UI feels a bit dated and cluttered at times; too much info competing for attention on the same screen. A cleaner KPIs dashboard with better visual hierarchy and faster access to the most-used features (session replay & error tracking) would go a long way. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps close the gap between what users report and what actually happened. Before LogRocket, our ad-hoc bug reports were often vague, and reproducing issues could take forever. Now I can jump straight into a session replay, see exactly what the user did, and hand ENG a clear, precise reproduction path—no guessing. It’s significantly reduced our bug triage time and made our sprint planning more data-driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
