What do you like best about Dynatrace?

From my point of view, Dynatrace is the most intuitive tool on the market, I’ve tried several others. The documentation is also very strong: it’s clear, detailed, and well explained. What do you dislike about Dynatrace?

I think it should offer more integrations, and make it easier to support custom extensions. It shouldn’t rely only on giving access to the community for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynatrace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve been working with Dynatrace for several years, and I’ve used it to solve hundreds of different types of problems, ranging from infrastructure issues to business analytics. One of the most memorable cases was when I realized a customer was spending twice what was necessary on SMS and phone calls. The service had an issue that was correlated with a database problem, which caused messages to users to be sent in duplicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
