We’ve had a good experience with Pendo, even though we don’t use all of its features. We primarily use Guides to display in-app notifications about new features, planned maintenance, or temporary issues, and they’ve been very effective for communicating with users.

The Analytics section is also useful, especially because it allows filtering by multiple parameters and provides insights into user activity, including which areas of the site users interact with. Session Replay is the most valuable feature in my opinion, as it makes troubleshooting and understanding user behavior much easier. Unfortunately, it’s not included in our current package, but I believe it should be considered an essential feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
