What do you like best about Qualified?

What I like most about Qualified is how well it helps turn website traffic into real sales conversations. The AI chatbot engages visitors in a way that feels natural and relevant, and it does a good job qualifying intent before passing conversations to sales. That has made a noticeable difference in the quality of inbound leads we receive.

The Salesforce integration is another big plus. Data syncs cleanly, routing works as expected, and it fits smoothly into our existing sales process. We also like how much control we have over targeting and messaging, whether that’s based on the page someone is on, their level of intent, or the account they belong to.

Our Success Architect, Neil, is amazing to work with and made the implementation process easy and seamless, working to help train both our Marketing and BDR teams.

Overall, Qualified feels built for B2B teams that care about lead quality, not just chat volume. It has helped us capture opportunities we would have otherwise missed while still keeping the experience professional and on brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike about Qualified. Like any platform, there is a learning curve when getting everything fully set up and optimized, but once it’s in place, it runs smoothly and delivers consistent value. What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified is very powerful and they provide adequate resources in making sure you're set up for success. The tool works as advertised and they make sure that you're getting the most out of the platform. I love the accuracy and ease-of-use of all the dashboards and it makes it easy to pull metrics for executive reviews. What do you dislike about Qualified?

This tool is very powerful, and it has some complex and inherent difficulty in getting used to the different ways a prospect can engage with the tool. Nevertheless,their model of partnership with a Qualified Success Agent has really allowed us to take full control of the features available. Their support is top of the line, both in the technical but also the strategic insights that they contribute, and also where we can leverage Piper better to improve conversions. What do you like best about Qualified?

I love having a dedicated client success architect for our account. Our new point of contact is Cormac Malley who took over after Genise Christianson. The hand-off was seamless and Cormac was able to dive in and immediately help by building out custom solution dashboards for us and simplify some of our currrent lead routing flows. What do you dislike about Qualified?

I would like the ability to have a multi-select option within the chat if someone was interested in learning about more than 1 product/solution. What do you like best about Qualified?

What stands out most about Qualified is the exceptional support we receive from Jen(jennifer@qualified.com). She is always available to assist us whenever we need help. In addition, Qualified as a platform offers a wide range of features that have been incredibly beneficial for us. Whether it's their AI SDR or the campaigns managed entirely by the AI SDR, I haven't come across any other tool on the market that supports us to this extent. What do you dislike about Qualified?

There's nothing specific that I dislike apart from the only part where I feel there's a lot of things Qualified offers that we are not necessarily utilising. What do you like best about Qualified?

Earlier this year, we upgraded our website chatbot from rules-based branching to an AI SDR...and it's incredible how well Piper can respond to questions! It's eased the strain on our reps to not have to be continuously online to answer questions since Piper can handle questions and book meetings 24/7. It also eased the strain on our marketing team since we no longer have to manage the countless branches when we were doing rules-based logic. I also appreciate no longer needing to have as many manual translations for localized experiences which can be a bear to maintain and QA. Another area of the platform I use often is Offers. I love how I can easily segment what gets shown to users and manage them all without dev support. The cherry on top is the incredible support we receive from our Customer Success Architect. Their expertise, quick responses, and pleasant demeanor makes our ongoing relationship quite enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

With all of the content that Piper crawls in the initial onboarding phase, it makes for a hefty QA experience prior to launch. The scorecard functional is helpful to see common questions but the refinement process takes a while (which is worth it in the long run). It would be helpful to have a filter to option to see the content publish date so we can exclude older blogs and press releases that we don't want Piper referencing. We've experienced some issues with the crawl rate limit as sometimes it can overload the server. It would be nice to have options to schedule crawl dates and times, as well as how long the crawl takes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualified?

What do you dislike about Qualified?

We recently started testing the AI Email feature, which has been working well, overall. My one complaint is the way contacts get added to campaigns based on Salesforce campaign member status. Qualified will enroll a contact when a campaign member status changes, but not based on a current campaign member status. So, if the Qualified campaign is not already listening for that status change, the contacts won't be enrolled, and we have to go in a manually change them and then change them back. What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified offers an easy to use interface that even the most non technical marketer can pick it up quickly. I've used Qualified to scale our Business Development Rep workload, especially when it comes to event and webinar follow-ups. I'm able to create an entire follow up strategy in under 20 minutes and able to meet hundreds to thousands of people instantly. More importantly as a marketer I'm able to get instant feedback to what's working and what is not in driving meeting conversions. Making real time adjustments. The onboarding and customer support that Qualified has provided is the best I've had of any technology I've used in my marketing tech stack.

Like any advanced AI tool, it requires some manual work to ensure there are no hallucinations or errors in the automated conversations, which is to be expected. Additionally, while the reporting is quite comprehensive on its own, it does not fully integrate with all of our other tools, requiring some manual effort to consolidate analytics.
