The quality of everything seems nice. Flexible options for ticketing with free or paid events options. UPDATE: Nov/2024 - I just reached out to support chat to ask a question and received a human reply in less than 1 minute. Very impressed with customer service knowledge level too. **What do you dislike about Remo Conference?** Can be difficult to create custom event spaces yourself. UI can have some slight learning curve for some users you may wish to address with your own helpful videos. **What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** We like to reach people however they feel most comfortable. This lets us post and promote events in a unique way while also letting us build relationships with other speakers and users. It's another avenue to reach people in a way that can help forge a real relationship and guidance. ### 3. It allows me to do customized training sessions, or webinars on legislation changes as though I am present at their work site. The ability for white boarding, sharing weblinks and videos makes the education process as though I am at their site. Love it. **What do you dislike about Remo Conference?** I am still in the early stages of using this platform and haven't had a lot of issues with this program as of yet. One aspect of this platform, is that each webinar session must have a different web link. As a result if you planned to do a recurring session every week or month, then this would require a new invitation and associated link. **What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remo Conference allows me to do customized training to clients at various locations with an engaged in-classroom type environment. This is much better than Zoom, as I am able to truly share external regulatory links, as well as to get the participants to engage through private chats when in breakout sessions. Pollng and quiz functionality allows the opportunity to determine if the students are understanding the material. ### 4. Our attendees really like its dynamic nature and speak of how it does a good job of emulating the feel of a live event. It is easy to understand for our attendees. Visually pleasing. Broadcast and message tool is also easy. Support team is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Remo Conference?** The registration platform continues to evolve but if registration needs are more complex like ours, we use eventbrite and then upload our list to remo. While uploads of floor plans have gotten easier, it would be nice to be able to manage the uploads ourselves with automated validation checks. We would like the ability for attendees to more easily share a pdf file with each other than the current white boards. **What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** combine some conference elements (presentations to full group) with chance for attendees to join assigned tables with hosts or jump on open tables for conversations. ### 5. The customizable floorplans really make it a unique experince. It helps foster more engagement from my members. Support is phenominal! They really work with you through any issues and listen to feedback for improvement. **What do you dislike about Remo Conference?** Performing a weekly event (or even monthly) can be a bit of a pain. The links are always different, so people have to register for each event. I'm sure my attendance and sign up rate is lower than it could be. (improvements on their roadmap to solve this) **What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an alternative to zoom or teams, this sets my company apart.
