Very easy to use and intuitive to navigate, even for first-time users

I really appreciated how the vFairs team was extremely helpful and fully engaged. They allowed us to be as hands-on as we preferred but were always eager to help. The training provided was good, and they answered inquiries and questions in a timely manner, providing live support during the event. I liked the ease of email communications, the built-in surveys, games, and reporting. The analytics dashboard was very useful for tracking registration numbers, allowing us to see registrations in real time grouped by registrant type and get a general overview of how registration was progressing. Also, the initial setup of vFairs was very easy; I participated and built a lot of it myself, and provided continuing modifications. We used features like online registration support, agenda management, speaker profiles, networking between attendees, streamlined communication to registrants, a mobile app, session control, and sophisticated reporting. Additionally, I found the live updates and downloadable reports to be exceptionally useful.

vFairs makes it possible for Morehead-Cain to provide helpful event information, real-time updates, and opportunities for attendees to connect through one app. The setup and managing the backend were both straightforward. Our representative, Ali, is always excellent to work with. He is highly responsive to both general and time-sensitive needs and requests, and when user issues or app edits arise, he provides quick and helpful solutions. He is dependable, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable.
