Momina's quick pace to response and problem solving rapidly together with Adnan and the team. We have not seen another tech provider move as quickly as they do. They are very customer friendly & communicative and always do their very best to turn things around as quickly as possible when requested. The platform is straightforward for the end user and relatively straight forward to navigate in the backend for the event owners.

The vFairs team is there to assist every step of the way, from project setup through event days through reporting. We have an excellent project manager, Ali Fissam, who is not only responsive, but anticipates our needs and proactively suggests solutions. In addition, our customer satisfaction rep - Amna Imtiaz - has been responsive to our product requests as our course grows and we need to meet the needs of our diverse audience. The platform is generally easy to navigate and provides a robust experience for our attendees.
