Additionally, I like the availability of company info on the panel during 1-1 chats. **What do you dislike about Talentspace?** I disliked having to click twice to get into a video chat. When you reduce the size of a window in order to have a split screen (mac using google chrome), it moves the button out of the screen, so it is easy to not click through the second time to enter the meeting room. This almost caused me to miss an entire meeting. **Recommendations to others considering Talentspace:** I would recommend using the time to research the companies prior to sending requests for chats. **What problems is Talentspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to find all quality job postings in one place without having to sort through a ton of random ones that are likely not reputable. I think this platform really makes information power and puts serious recruiters in from of students, giving both parties confidence in finding a mutual match. ### 2. I also liked the live booth feature which was vry interesting and first of its kind. I have never seen something like this on any other platform. **What do you dislike about Talentspace?** The 1:1 sessions were accepted late by the recruiters. Also, there was a limit on the number of 1:1s that a user could request. Thus I was a little confused regarding the number of applications I should submit. **Recommendations to others considering Talentspace:** The platform is excellent. User-friendly platform. Ability to use the platform to host Statewide Employer Workshops. Our next step is to expand nationwide using Talentspace platform. Ability to host an event where we don't need to worry about budget costs. **What do you dislike about Talentspace?** No Recorded sessions: Having the opportunity to record a sessions would be beneficial for review purposes, or if someone missed the Event due to schedule conflict. Speeches: Feedback from a presenter. It would be nice if presenter's were able to see and hear participants, rather than use the Chat and Q&A sections. Felt a disconnect from participants. Sessions: It would be nice if the sessions were set up to host 150-300 participants instead of 50 while having the ability to use both ways the microphone and camera. Save Button: Please move the Save Button to the bottom of the screen. Sometimes people forget to go back to the top of the screen and click on Save. **What problems is Talentspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unlike Microsoft Teams or Zoom, this platform is so much easier to work with. Otherwise you might be overwhelmed by the functions. Functionality settings are not at one place but distributed on several locations throughout the platform which makes it a bit tricky sometimes. **What problems is Talentspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once students join the chat or virtual booth I really like being able to voice / videochat with them. Interactions felt very valuable and rich also the platform allowed for a solid facetime with recruiters. **What do you dislike about Talentspace?** During the event, some technical issues arose. I had some problems with connecting using job teasers, and at times, scheduling a call with a recruiter felt like a lot of work. **What problems is Talentspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because of the pandemic, it was complicated to meet face to face for the yearly job fair.
