I like the organization of the platform, and how it chronologically orders chats to reduce the stress of potentially missing a call on accident. Additionally, I like the availability of company info on the panel during 1-1 chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I disliked having to click twice to get into a video chat. When you reduce the size of a window in order to have a split screen (mac using google chrome), it moves the button out of the screen, so it is easy to not click through the second time to enter the meeting room.
