I like the organization of the platform, and how it chronologically orders chats to reduce the stress of potentially missing a call on accident. Additionally, I like the availability of company info on the panel during 1-1 chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked having to click twice to get into a video chat. When you reduce the size of a window in order to have a split screen (mac using google chrome), it moves the button out of the screen, so it is easy to not click through the second time to enter the meeting room. Personal 1:1 sessions with recruiters from different sectors and one of the top organizations. I also liked the live booth feature which was vry interesting and first of its kind. I have never seen something like this on any other platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 1:1 sessions were accepted late by the recruiters. Also, there was a limit on the number of 1:1s that a user could request. Thus I was a little confused regarding the number of applications I should submit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to set up events, invite employers and participants. User-friendly platform. Ability to use the platform to host Statewide Employer Workshops.

No Recorded sessions: Having the opportunity to record a sessions would be beneficial for review purposes, or if someone missed the Event due to schedule conflict.

Speeches: Feedback from a presenter. It would be nice if presenter's were able to see and hear participants, rather than use the Chat and Q&A sections. Felt a disconnect from participants.

Sessions: It would be nice if the sessions were set up to host 150-300 participants instead of 50 while having the ability to use both ways the microphone and camera.

The platform allows for a good feeling as a participent in a recruiting event it felt as a solid alternative to an in person event. Interactions felt very valuable and rich also the platform allowed for a solid facetime with recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During the event, some technical issues arose. I had some problems with connecting using job teasers, and at times, scheduling a call with a recruiter felt like a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the upsides of using Talentspace is that even after the event you can review the people that you spoke to as well as the schedule. Furthermore, the server worked smoothly and everything was found easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was not anything that I actually disliked while using Talentspace! The only note that I would make is that maybe it would be helpful to be allowed to send at least one message to other people (after the request message) because it might be helpful for rescheduling!
