**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

The customer service and support team at Gr8 People is the best.  They are highly communicative and get back to you quickly.  They also work with you to make enhancement requests based on your needs as the customer.  The layout is easy to use for everyday tasks, especially for recruiters.  There are frequent enhancements or product launches, and they do a great job communicated those. We have done multiple integrations with them, and the team has been great to work with.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Creating reports can be challenging without assistance, as there are numerous categories and folders to navigate, making it hard to locate the correct field independently. I have also encountered similar difficulties when trying to find other items, like email templates, which are not always easy to locate.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gr8 People is our ATS and also hosts our career site.  There are other features but we do not use them currently to their fullest capacity.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

The system is robust yet easy to understand. The team has been excellent in assisting us with configuration, offering plenty of flexibility to tailor the system to our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Offer module uses optional text instead of clauses.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous vendor only provided support by directing us to articles and asking us to submit tickets. Frequently, their offshore technical team struggled to understand our requests, which resulted in delays, additional tickets, and considerable frustration. In contrast, GR8 People's system is more intuitive, so we rarely need technical support. When we do, we can either resolve issues ourselves or reach out to a real person instead of using a ticketing system. This approach speeds up issue resolution and greatly reduces frustration.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

We love the multi-tenant structure - it's very simple for our users to login once and navigate to each business. It's also a great way to grant permissions and access specific to each business.

Support is responsive and fairly quick. Our account team are great collaborators for brainstorming process changes and examining how or if new features could work for us.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Reports: 
- While we do have access to create custom reports, that process is neither user-friendly nor intuitive. Additionally, any custom fields have to have Gr8 Support do something on the back end for them to function correctly. 

Admin functions:
- I wish there were more customizations accessible to User Admins, for instance editing permissions of other user types, adding on-screen filters in data tables and search pages, and creating custom fields.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the primary reasons we selected Gr8 People is the multi-tenant aspect - being able to separate access and visibility by business group was important for us, and this ATS was actually designed for this. Most other ATS we looked at would have been some interesting workarounds to try to accomplish this same thing.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

The best part is honestly the staff that gets assigned to your account. They are always willing to jump on a call to help trouble shoot an issue or even to just teach you more about the platform. I also enjoy the fact there is a lot of customizable pages, emails, etc. that can really help differentiate your company.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

The back end isn't always super inituative and there is a decent learning curve to understand it. I wish there were templates to start out with landing pages and emails. And depending on the permissions you have within your account, it can be difficult to find how to change or modify something.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company did not have a tool that allowed us to stay in communication with candidates; especially ones that applied to a position but were not selected. This tool is allowing us to continue that relationship building while also increasing our brand recognition.  Bonus problems it solves is helping us with sourcing efforts and recruiting event sign ups to help eliminate the hassle of paper.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

First and moremost the Technical Support team is very responsive and provides outstanding service. Bulk resume upload function is great.  Integrations with Indeed and LinkedIn are eliminate some manual requirements by recruiters.  Campaign ability and branded email templates allow for professional customized messages.  The applications continues to implement and update features that enhance the user experience.

Gr8 People integrations with tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed are continuously enhancing our user experience and saving our recruiting staff valuable time.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

GR8 People's system is very customizable and easy to use. Since our team implemented the software, we have had little to no issues and our applicants have been able to apply and make their way through the entire hiring process with ease. Additionally, GR8 People's staff is fantastic. We receive immediate responses from the support team and they are always able to resolve our issues or execute our requests. Their implementation team has supported us the entire way through. We were able to customize the system and integrate with our current processes. Hands down THE BEST.

I do not have any dislikes or negatives to report.

GR8 People is helping us solve the problem of making our hiring and onboarding process quick and painless for our applicants and our internal team.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

I love the custom workflows youre able to build in Gr8 People. The team was able to take a highly complex workflow for one of our clients and build it into a system, where others have failed. The Talent Pools provide great insight into our current pipelines and help easily identify gaps. I also enjoy the automations and landing pages. Its everything we needed in one tool! My favorite part is the customer support, theyre very attentive to clients needs and provide ongoing support.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Whatever the tool couldnt do, the team always helped us find work arounds and would take our feedback to the development team to propose product enhancements. Reporting was a bit complex; in order to get the on demand BI reporting our business needs, we had to build an API with custom fields.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used for our direct hire line of business. We use the CRM platform and have deployed the ATS for a number of customers, in addition to the Hiring Fair capaibilities.

Prior to Gr8 People our Applicant Tracking was mannual.  The system provides a much better experience for candidates and eliminate errors for the business.

Gr8People staff  provide excellant support.  They are quick to respond to any question.  The support team is very knowledgeable of their product.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

No real dislikes to speak of.   This is a vendor product and although it may not always support 100% of every custom feature we would prefer, they will give 100% effort to come as close as possible.

The Gr8Peolpe application provides all the critical controls and structure of a mature Applicant Tracking System.  The system is stable and reliable, and users are quick to adapt and become productive.

The Gr8 people team is very flexible and available. This is the best part about working iwth Gr8 People!

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Platform is a little clunky for recruiters to use. There are some improvements with sourcing and filtering that could be more inuitive for new users. Adoption of the tool among recruiters has been challenging since the learning curve is fairly high. The talent network we are working on will help improve usage. Since we did not get the ATS and only have the CRM, it is slightly confusing for recruiters to know who they can and cannonot contact based on filtered criteria.

Ability to build a Talent Community not in our ATS

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

From a system standpoint, the technology, automation and usability for candidates & employees is a breeze. The support staff (Account Managers, Integration Specialists & Training Specialists) are second to none, always responsive and supporting custom/specific to us requirements/features within the system.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Some of the integrations weren't fully functional with our uses at the point of implementation, but the GR8 People team has worked to improve and complete the ingtegrations for our needs as well!

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GR8 People has provided us with visibility into anallytics and metrics with reecruitment marketing/campaign management/career fair event platforms that we never had with our previous ATS. The system is so easy to use, we can easily create and manage events that our team is attending while also having those events be publicly displayed on our company careers page for prospective candidates at those schools. 

GR8 People has also provided us with so much more flexibility when it comes to automation and managing the numper of steps our Hiring Managers need to complete to onboard/hire a candidate. Opportunities to implement automation features based on time in certain statuses, automation for key workflow steps and automation and reminders for Hiring Managers at the point of offer/hiring make it significantly easier than the system we used previously.

The time it takes to open up a job takes far to long
The application steps for a candidate are very lengthy 
It does not have an internal mobility / succession planning function to effectively help us to  redeploy, reskill, and upskill employees to support the business as new needs arise
It hasn't got a process that allows us to  make skill-based connections between our internal people and internal opportunities
Reporting isn't the strongest, and it is hard for me to gather accessible information at the click of a button
Our dashboards do not show incorrect information for recruitment across the team or for individual members of the team
Our directors cannot see jobs in their patch when a job is not assigned t them

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

One of the best things about working with Gr8 People is their customer service. They are very efficient in responding and resolving errors. The system is also user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

It would be nice to have dashboard real-time reporting as well as a way to have billing capabilities from the system. There are also a lot of features that we would love to see with the Indeed integration and updates to potential other integrations that could make our processes more efficient.

Gr8 People benefits us in housing our candidates to move them through the hiring process. We are able to customize our workflow which helps define our own reporting needs and Gr8 People is always open to feedback and looking in to adding new features to deliver on our needs.

Gr8 People listens.  Gr8 People helps me operationalize processes.  GR8 People was instrumental in efficiently incorporating new compliance regulations into our existing configuration.  GR8 People understood the regulations, communicated solutions, and worked directly with us to ensure we met the deadlines.  Their implementation team provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire project.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

As with all software, there are limits to customization and configuration.  GR8 People works hard to balance the needs of one customer against the many.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GR8 People workflows helps us eliminate redundant manual tasks.  Communications to stakeholders are automated greatly reducing the need to manually provide updates.  It allows us to be more proactive with our stakeholders.

Gr8 People allows for customization within and outside of the system to fit the client's needs. With different instances, it is easy to customize all correspondence to work well with each serviced external client.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

With so many features, the reporting side gets left behind and can be a chore to get accurate reports out of the system. This and the non-intuitive way to add fields to reports create confusion and delays.

We have multiple clients with different needs in sourcing. Gr8 people allows us to pool these requests and quickly access candidate information without leaving one system to go to another.

Moving our company from a paper-based process to achieving an electronic process with all of the nuances we have has been a game changer. Helping our RPO division with real-time record keeping for our candidates has assisted with better reporting and relationships with our external clients.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

I've worked with Gr8 People for nearly three years, and I have seen constant and continued evolution and transformation from the team. Pat, Kristie and the wider team are always very helpful, always quick to respond and always very open to listening and trouble shooting solutions together.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

The reporting tool and admin portal are quite tricky to navigate and building new reports is time consuming. That is generally all I have from a "dislike" perspective.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Gr8 People ATS to manage our candidates and it's working very well. We have no problems to solve specifically but we always talk to Gr8 People when we're trying to advance our capability and automate more.

I wish when doing references if the candidate had the incorrect email we could change it

Most of the problems that occur is the unclear processes on the the client end.

**What do you like best about GR8 People?**

The team at GR8 People are real partners, they provide updates and training on new features every month and kept this up during the pandemic. The platform is reliable and one we have used with countless customers.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

There are no major downsides in my experience, the platform works really well. An area for continual improvement would be ensuring the user interface is so intuitive that practically no training is needed.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves as the backbone of our direct sourcing services for our MSP and RPO service lines. We use the CRM platform most but have also deployed the ATS for a number of customers.

I like the simplicity of the initial dashboard and the ability to customize it.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

GR8 ppl has limitations in how data is used in the application, as well as its ability to work for retailers.  The company is not solution seeking for this product nor do I believe they understand the retail hiring market or that the application is set up for numerous, satellite hiring managers.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its allowed us to collect applications from job seeking applicants.  The answer to most issues we have is "we can't do that" or the "system isn't set up that way or designed that way".

I do wish the user interface for creating and utilizing reports was more user-friendly. I do wish the assessment-making interface was more user-friendly.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been asking for a while for GR8 People to allow the capability to submit candidates to other requisitions without having to make them submit another application. This has been officially implemented recently with success. This will help our processes and make them much quicker! It will provide a better recruiter and candidate experience.

I love the partnership that Gr8People has created with our company. They provide consistent support in a timely manner. The configuration process was very thorough and allowed us to create a trusting relationship.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

We have had some challenges with language on the backend of our main users of the platform. There have been lots of follow-ups needed in order to push this forward. They are consistently working towards this, which we highly appreciate, however, it is a long process!

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automizing our recruitment and onboarding process. They integrated with our payroll system which made a lot of internal processes much more efficient! It also gives our jobs a lot more visibility and we are getting a great return on candidates.

The level of customer service is good but sometimes uneven. The capabilities of the platforms are overwhelming at times, especially in terms of reporting, which is not particularly user-friendly. The branding portal is pretty basic.

Gr8 People allowed us to have much more decentralized recruitment operations while still keeping key approvals in place to ensure consistency in our process. This has given more autonomy to hiring managers in the field and freed our recruiters from administrative tasks.

I've used gr8 People on and off for several years - some of the changes that have been made, and updates made, have been serious improvements!

The only downside is oftentimes the lack of flexibility related to very small parts of the system, i.e. Candidates statuses, but that wouldn't deter me from utilizing the system!

How easy it is to move candidates along in the requisition. How easy it is to produce reports for requisitions. That you can send an email from the system to request candidates to self schedule phone screen assessments.

the restriction in sorting things within the system. For example, I wish that we can sort our requisitions by either the hiring manager's name, department or location of the position.

I, personally, have not had any problems with the ATS. However, I do like that we can see whether a candidate has received or opened the email that we've sent them through the system, it takes the guessing game out of the picture.

It makes sourcing/hiring much more manageable. Easy to track and manage the whole hiring process - and the automation of emails or statuses are helpful. 
The Gr8people Support is one of the most helpful and professional teams that I've ever seen.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

It's hard to make deeply customized stuf - mostly on the landing pages/community pages. I think it would be great to expande the possibilities of this landing page making tool - then more people can use it who don't have experience in coding or building marketing materials. I mean more customization on text, pictures, and more visibility on the page where we make these things.
The other one is the missing of customizable pop-up texts and the need for candidate data. It would be great to edit the pop-up texts what candidates see on the portal (after apply etc...). And maybe it would be helpful to customize more what data we need from candidates (removable phone number for example).
The last one is that, as we can see, users need more up-to-date training materials - mostly on opening jobs or creating pages.
I hope this all makes sense!

It's easy to learn. If you need a detailed marketing solution - with portals, it's better to hire someone who has experience in coding or building websites, because the portal creator tool in Gr8people is limited.

Support the recruiter's work to source or hire. Gr8people makes it easier to source, hire or earn candidates within less time. It has the benefit of tracking all the actions and make our own customized workflow during the hiring process. It is excellent to create communities that organizations can use daily basis.

The ability to create a customized website (registration site) for our various job fairs that candidates can easily access on their mobile devices.  The registration process from the candidate perspective is very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Setting up of the MANY email responses for an event, changing/adding questions (should be customizable for each event rather than have to choose a prior questionnaire I've created).    I consider myself tech savvy and have been involved in the design and implemention process of 3-4 ATS systems, and yet I struggle every time I need to set up an event with these areas.  I don't feel the program is very user friendly or intuitive in navigation.  It feels as if the program was designed for one purpose initially and has been retrofitted to fit new uses, hence why it is not an easy process for me.  I find I simply copy old events so as to not set it up incorrectly.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving candidates for hiring events the ability to register and upload a resume prior to the event.  The ability to get an estimate of the number of people that may attend.  I like that it can be an open registration, I can have them select the type of job they are interested in and the ability to have them schedule appointments.  These features have been great for setting up virtual interviews and helpful when we were prepping for a large job fair (i.e. brand new facility opening/hiring) to help us plan and be ready for the large number/types of candidates attending.

It's easy to navigate the platform once you learn how it works. I love how the application process for candidates is quick. Moving the candidate to the next step takes a second, and it's easy to keep track of where they are at in the process and follow up when needed.

At the moment, I haven't encountered anything that I dislike. Every time we face an issue, the support team is there to help us quickly. The only thing I noticed that could be improved is when candidates need to reset their password to log in. It has to be done manually by us, and we wish it could be done via an automatic email to avoid manual work and be more efficient.

We have a high volume of candidates submittals and offers to process each day. What we realized is how quick it is to do all this with Gr8 people. **What do you like best about GR8 People?**

Very early in our working relationship still, but they were fantastic to work with through the demo's (selection) process, to the contract negotiation, to implementation.  We've partnered initially for career site and events.  The career site launched two weeks ahead of schedule, with great care provided to us by the folks at Gr8 People during and after our implementation.  Websites always require some level of course correction and adjustment post-launch, and it was nice to have someone to hold our hands through those minor adjustments. On the Events, we're on schedule, but required additional fields / reporting needs ahead of implementation.  Fantastic listeners, phenomenal service orientation from a client experience perspective with every Gr8 People representative we have worked with.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

Dislikes - not much to dislike.  This is a smaller company that works hard to please their clients and it really shows.  Configuration and customization abilities were lacking on the events module, but the team at Gr8 listened to what we needed and is in the process of building our solution.  That's hard to find.  I've worked with several dozen technology vendors in my career (currently about 20).  What I have found is that technology companies are really sales companies, but not always willing and able problem-solvers.  Gr8 People is very different in that way.  They didn't sell us a product and expect us to operate within the confines of their technology, they helped us solve problems and when we needed additional fields built, they solved the problem.  Hard to find companies that care about impressing and retaining clients as much as acquiring them, but these folks have really impressed us early into our relationship. Not much to dislike.

**What problems is GR8 People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved - 
1.  We did not have control of our content.  
2. We were spending way too much per year for previous career site vendors. 
3. We had long waits for creative-change requests. 
4. We had a "dual" vendor environment with previous career site.
5. We had a rebrand and needed to make consistent the aesthetics of our career site to our corporate website.
6. Our job descriptions were black and white. 



Benefits realized - 
1. We have control of our content.  We have a CMS with Gr8 People that we can populate with new content and drag/drop, quickly edit text without waiting on another company.  SO COOL. 
2. We are spending remarkably less for our current careers site, which provides budget opportunities. 
3. We have zero wait time for creative-change requests, because we can make them ourselves.
4. We no longer have a dual environment with our current career site. 
5. We have a careers site that is consistent navigation with our corporate site on aesthetics.
6. Our job descriptions are no longer black and white.
7. We've found a service oriented, problem-solving partner, not just a good vendor, but a Gr8 relationship.

The system is easy to navigate and has several tools to make managing the virtual events easy and productive. Our team enjoys using the screening questions in the event management tool to ensure the candidates are the right fit and screen out those that do not meet the criteria. We also like the tagging function so we know exactly who was hired from what event.

Only suggestion would be to be able to change our main content more on our own. But they do a great job helping us whenever we need it. We like to change things on a regular basis so having the ability to change pictures and formatting would be great.

The team is amazing!  They approach every company with their candidate in mind.  They are flexible, open to new ideas, and constantly working to make things better.  The system is easy to maneuver and you don't need a masters degree to run reports or make changes on the website. We are a small team that owns the ATS, HRIS does not support us other than integrations.  It has been a learning process, but we have built skills that have allowed us to quickly make changes on the career site or in the ATS.  Whatever we have not been able to figure out on our own, Gr8 People is happy to teach us!  The monthly user updates keep us informed on new features and upgrades are not a struggle like they are on many platforms. We have over 500 users and were able to implement individual workflows for different business functions and unique WORKDAY position management processes.

**What do you dislike about GR8 People?**

There really isn't anything we don't like.  We have been able to face every obstacle and find a solution. The team is receptive to feedback and interested in our feedback. Many of our ideas have been added to their long term road map and have since been implemented.  I am excited to see how the new custom URLs will perform this next year.

Consider the level of experience your ATS users have when developing the workflow.
Don't be afraid to use campaigns - it does not start out perfect, but you get better every time and it works!

Our nurture campaigns are really starting to pay off.  They have helped move our employer branding initiatives forward at a minimal cost.  In partnership with our AOR we have been able to refine our processes based on measurables.  We have been testing the Virtual Event Platform and have been pleased with the number of interviews that we have been able to set up through this new avenue.  Last week we hired 45% of the candidates we interviewed from our virtual event.

Maybe make tags reportable?  Be able to integrate customer-defined fields with hardcoded features -- attach customer defined data to batched uploaded profiles.

Make sure you understand the full scope of it's capabilities before you write it off.  Consider this deeply because there are so many functions out of the box -- and yet so many functions available if you should need anything more.  The more you use it, the better it gets, frankly speaking.

We're currently looking to integrate our portals with an external partner who also uses G8P to create a platform where our respective teams can have a shared tenant set up that will allow us to import from and export to for the purposes of the partnership.  It's a complex solution that mostly goes right over my head -- but I've realized that the Gr8 People team is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and superbly helpful.

I love that Gr8 People has standardized next steps that follow a custom workflow. Recruiters are only  presented with the correct next step(s) in any scenario, which reduces questions and errors.

As a result of the system being for very black and white for recruiters, it does lack some of the customization and configured drivers that would come with a more robust ATS. We definitely miss this functionality at times.

Our goal is always to make work as simple as possible for our recruiters so they can focus on value-ad work instead of technical or procedural issues/thinking. We have found that the Gr8 People delivered functionality eliminates workflow questions and forces good behaviors from recruiters as there is not the ability to skip steps or undo steps.
