All you have to do is just put out the experiences and not worry about the verbs being used **What do you dislike about Hallo?** I didn't like how the questions waiting to be reviewed were at the bottom. It took me almost 2/3 of the event for me to realize that not all the questions get showcased and that they are being answered below in another tab. Maybe they can try putting it as a toggle tab next to the actual chatbox? **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It opens gates to connecting with recruiters and many other companies. Just like the apple event, many events are being hosted to review the worries most people have while also reaching out. People like me are able to connect with other students that attend these events so that maybe one day we can help one another ### 2. It was also nice how the presenter who was actively talking would be the focus. **What do you dislike about Hallo?** During the presentation, it seemed like there were some technical difficulties. At times one of the presenters might be dropped, or I would see the count for people in the call drop to zero. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hallo is helping to keep company events all on one platform and makes it easy to keep track and sign up for events I am interested in. A lot of companies will send you a zoom link in an email that you have to dig for 5 minutes before the event. For example, I wish to go into healthcare so it's not really the platform for me, but I can use it to send opportunities to friends who may wish to work at those companies. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hallo is solving problems when it comes to the network gap between students and companies, especially during a time when the job market is in a precarious place. While providing good content, the presentation of it can feel kind of bland and not too different when comparing the platform with other websites aimed at hosting events/meetings. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a student, Hallo is not really helping me solve any personal business problems. However, this is a platform with connections/partnerships with other companies that may work in the future so it has been beneficial for me to become acquainted with them. ### 7. The features showing the Like, heart, etc. were a massive help in seeing what those watching enjoyed with the selected questions being very helpful. **What do you dislike about Hallo?** The interactions were significant, but a recommendation should be to allow for more control on the user end. Allowing for different quality adjustments and allowing for the page to work again as normal when reloading after the stream crashes rather than needing to re-enter the meeting would be helpful. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hallo allows companies to show what they're about, providing more information I would not have found elsewhere. The site has many options and preferences for one to choose from, which can be very helpful when searching for internships. ### 8. It would be better if there was a tab to see all the future events that are happening so I could easily put them in my calander. **Recommendations to others considering Hallo:** They should join. We had a very positive experience working with him and launching our first event! Vern was very responsive and was always available to help with anything we needed. The product itself has a great UI and is easy to use. I also appreciate the large network and ability to touch the underrepresented minority student base, which broadened our exposure to reach great interns! **What do you dislike about Hallo?** The product and company are still in their infancy, so I'd love to see more follow-up on data insights post events and additional features we can utilize post events to continue usage of the product effectively. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were creating an intern and university recruiting program from scratch, with little direction. This product and Vern himself, really helped us get this program off of the ground and allowed us exposure to student groups we would not be able to reach otherwise. ### 16. The entire design of the interface made it easy to follow along and focus on specific speakers. I think though something that is more preference but the wide screen does make it feel a little less intimate, if there was a way to incorporate the audience so you actually feel like you are at a conference. One of my only critiques would be it was a little odd to sign in on a mobile device but once I was in the meeting it was smooth. **What problems is Hallo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hallo is solving the need for clear information about employers.
