What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

-Customer support is incredible, our CSM is very friendly and responsive with larger issues and the chat is very responsive with quick fixes

-The interface really facilitates a lot of customer engagement in the chat, Q&A, and polls, the reaction feature is great in the chat

-The abundance of reports available post-event is great and the way the data is presented is very clear

-you can record the breakout sessions (this isn't possible in Zoom)

-Provides great value to our two team, one of which hosts Simulive webinars on the platform, and the other, live webinars with breakout sessions

-During our live webinar, it was key that we were able to adjust the time of a recommended stage, as some of the speakers were running over time and we didn't want a pop-up to the recommended stage to cause people to exit or confusion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

-I feel like there were many nuances and elements that I had to sort out for myself, but this could be because of my use case for the platform

-I do not understand why speakers need to stream in from the backstage and why the set-up can't be the same way as the sessions, the streaming in adds a layer of complexity to our process

-Needs a practice room for all session speakers/panelists instead of just a backstage

-Our magic links wouldn't copy, so I had to manually download a report each time

-The efforts to play our own music were a bit difficult to figure out

-Wish the speakers would be able to see the polls when we launch them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

Pretty easy to set up, share, and run events. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

Exporting the event chat as a CSV seems like overkill, I'd rather browse it in the admin panel. Finding correct settings on the backend in general seems difficult for particularly small events like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
