Refunds. It is not possible to provide a refund through the RingCentral\Stripe mechanism net of the charges that Stripe makes. Therefore, refunds cost us money. We have had to prepare a manual - clumsy - system to replace the RingCentral system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
