Benchmarking Excellence, But CMS Needs Work
I appreciate Radancy for its cost predictability and having a global platform in place, which led to a cost decline versus our internal option. I like their benchmarking feature against other career sites they host, allowing me to compare with other financial institutions. Radancy provides quarterly business reviews with all the relevant data from our career site, like the number of visitors and apply click ratios. This helps us tailor our content and marketing strategies better.

They create beautiful, good, professional recruitment websites. We receive good response and conversion from them. Radancy is certainly not cheap, so I expect a lot from it. This expectation is fulfilled in many aspects, but not all.
