My organization recently hosted a graduate school fair with CareerEco. Their team was helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable leading up to the event, and the event was well-supported by CareerEco staff during the event. In current times, it is imperative to reach students where they are rather than assuming they have the ability to travel to in-person events--and the same is true for recruiters who have seen acaedmic budgets cuts. The platform is user-friendly and easy to use (both for moderators and participants). Having the attendee profiles available even after the event is a definite plus. The team at CareerEco is competent, informative, and quick to respond. They provide training on their product to all parties involved in events. We are a large school division, and they successfully navigated any issues with all parties before and during the event.

Candidates register for an event and then have to go back and log in to sign up for an interview time slot. Many candidates were confused about this process, even though we followed up with them via email. We strongly recommend modifying the login as a one-stop-shop sign-up for events and time slots.

The reporting features could be a little more detailed with simple dashboards or options to export in anything other than .csv file. We would have loved a quick and easy visual for seeing how many candidates registered and attended the event.

The tech support department is very quick to respond and efficiently deal with any issues. The platform as a whole is easy to use and enjoyed by both employers and students. Emma Briggette was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with before, during, and after the event.
