**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

The team at VisitDays was really helpful, both in our setup, as well in assisting our team with setting up and updating hundreds of profiles. We worked with Visit Days on a new initiative and as our needs (and feedback from our registrants and attendees shifted), VisitDays was able and willing to work with us on necessary adjustments to meet our needs. User experience was smooth for both registration and joining sessions.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

Would love to see improvements making timezones more clear for both the account manager setting up the profile, and the user registering for a session.

**Recommendations to others considering VisitDays:**

Sujoy and Laura were extremely responsive and listened to our needs, even as we discovered new ones! It was a pleasure working with the VisitDays team, and I found the experience smooth as an administrator -- having no issues offering group and 1-on-1 trainings to the account managers I worked with.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisitDays team made efforts to send us reports regularly as needed. There are definitely reports I would have liked to pull quickly on my own, but the team was regularly making new additions and improvements throughout the time we worked together and I had no issues getting what was needed.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

Visit Days has been a huge asset to our visit experience at our university. Our visitor engagement increased by over 40% within the first year. The show up rate has been incredible. We continue to see an average 90+% show up rate month over month. The survey is simple but the data is extremely helpful. The prospective students appreciate the text message reminders and check in along with email reminders. The visitor and administrator access is very user friendly. Plus, I have not worked with anyone I do not like at VisitDays. Everyone at VisitDays is extremely helpful and incredibly professional and friendly.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

There is not much I do not like at VisitDays. When we first started there were a few features we would have liked to see developed and they have worked hard to implement so many of the items we were looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering VisitDays:**

I highly recommend VisitDays. I encourage you to see the data and results from visit experiences within Daily Tours and Events on the campuses that use VisitDays versus other products out there.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have any problems currently on the table. Whenever we have an issue, the engineers and data specialists are working hard to fix items quickly. There are many benefits. The user experience is easy to navigate and appealing to the eye. The continued engagement with the prospective student keeps them interested and they follow through with the visit. The data is extremely helpful to see how many visitors we see and ROI.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

I am a regional recruiter for a video game design/development college.  My school is in Redmond, WA, but my territory is Texas, and I am from Texas.  My school is very well known in the Seattle/Redmond area but not very well known here in Texas.  I love this platform and the idea of it being "like Netflix for the college journey...".  Especially after Covid, students/counselors are over the scheduled "virtual visit."  Although this is virtual, it is at their own time and their own space to view and learn on their own.  So it gives me a great way to reach many students who, because of lack of brand awareness or overdone with the virtual world, would not have the opportunity to learn more about us.  We are not for every student, but for those interested in art/animation and or game design and development, we are an excellent option.

Also, as a parent of two high school students who are very different in how they research and learn more about their career interests and colleges they are interested in, I appreciate the ability and flexibility this platform offers.  Not only to them individually but to us as a family.  It's very easy to casually sit down together and learn more of what's out there and available to them.  There isn't pressure to "schedule face time with a recruiter" until they are ready to step into that process of the journey.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

At this point, the only thing I dislike is that this wasn't available sooner.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisitDays solves the problem of passive seekers.  Students passively looking into higher education have a way to do that in one space without pressure.  It's the college fair experience without the pressure to pick up additional information or the insecurity of wanting to know more but not feeling comfortable enough to know what you need to ask.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

So grateful that we had the VisitDays platform during COVID-19 pandemic. I had to convert In-person processes to be virtual, and VisitDays enabled me to do that successfully. I was able to host a YouTube Instructional Video for our new students to follow, and I could track who accessed it and who had not. I still use the VisitDays platform and our YouTube Video as step 1 of our process because it truly made our office more accessible to our students.  So grateful for VisitDays platform. Truly a Life-Saver!

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

I am still learning all the intricacies of the tool, but the only feedback I have is about being able to customize the questions. It is designed for prospective students so most of the information is geared toward prospective students. I use it to onboard are newly admitted students so I would like to be able to customize the questions to be more specific to "admitted" students.

**Recommendations to others considering VisitDays:**

if you coordinate events for your company, then I highly recommend this tool.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization!! It has made organizing and communicating information to our students so seamless.  I spend less time in spreadsheet (old method) managing my attendees because VisitDays now collects and automatically communicates information to our students.

VisitDays is an excellent platform for students and parents to access colleges and other resources to help them prepare for college and career.  The coordination was so easy, and everything flowed so naturally.  There was minimal stress in planning, and it was a tremendous success. I look forward to future collaboration with James and Sujoy.

There were no dislikes for me.  Everything was amazing

I wished there was built-on video conference capability, but I see they just added that!

I wanted to run a college fair for my online school, but I had no idea where to begin. VisitDays handled all the tech, invited the universities, and walked me through everything I needed to do myself. It was a huge success.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

Being able to use such an easy online platform during the pandemic has been life-saving. Converting in-person events to virtual can be a lot and complicated, but Visit Days makes it extremely easy! Not only can you use direct video chatting and text chatting, but also being able to show videos to students was so helpful. My entire office uses VisitDays regularly and it has truly helped keep us afloat during these times when connecting with students is so valuable. Overall the easy nature of the platform is what I love the best and why I keep coming back to use it.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

Overall, there is not much to dislike about the platform at all! Especially coming from an admissions counselor specifically, this platform is geared towards prospective students specifically, which is what I need. However, being able to customize some of the questions would be great. Also, having a mobile phone app available would be appreciated, as some students have to connect to visits on their phone versus a computer just due to their situation, schedule, or wifi access. Using a mobile app is much easier than navigating a web browser on the phone.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With COVID and travel restrictions still existing, especially depending on state to state with the various COVID variants out there, VisitDays allows me to connect with so many students at once and across the country. VisitDays allows myself and my colleagues to figure out how to be in places we might not be able to with COVID restrictions and meet with students we may not have previously been able to. Additionally, being able to extract data and information specifically from VisitDays is extremely beneficial. I can see who and where I need to target specifically based off of the VisitDays data.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

The customer support is excellent. If I ever have a question, the VisitDays team responds very quickly. I also like how there are so many different ways to connect with prospective students. A student doesn't have to attend a scheduled session or request a meeting or activate the live chat option (although those all work!). They can also view our video or "favorite" our profile or download a brochure, etc.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

Since our college is so small and with no real name recognition, our virtual fair sessions have been not so well-attended. (But we've still been able to get a decent number of contacts for follow-up)

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With VisitDays' national reach, we're getting our name out to more areas and to more students than ever before. That can only be a good thing. The virtual fair option allows us to reach students safely and conveniently without having to board an airplane!

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

The best part is the ease of scheduling a tour or visit on the calendar.  I can easily create different types of visits that range from a daily visit to a group tour of one of the research facilities. Also, the customer service is excellent. I had a question on how to create virtual events, campaigns, and live sessions. I received a quick response, and two days later, I had a scheduled Zoom with a representative, and they walked me through the process.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

The one thing that I dislike is not the software, but VisitDays would be great if they had a mobile app for phones. Having access on a phone would help my recruiters and ambassadors with knowing who they are giving a tour to and who they will be meeting with without having to get their laptop out or having to deal with the web browser on the phone. A mobile app would be great because the web browser on the phone is not the best.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I also love that I can extract the data and information to an Excel file and write reports on how recruitment is going, and it shows me areas where I need to improve on recruiting. It has also allowed us to reach students during COVID-19 that we may not have been able to reach, which has been a great help in recruiting. The data and information on who has visited allow me to compare who is admitted to school and if they visited us or not. This has shown me how recruiting has improved and what areas we need to focus our attention on.

Love how user-friendly the products are. Excellent customer service, the VisitDays team truly cares about their customers. Helped us transform our events on to a virtual platform. Helps us track our analytics and syncs with our CRM.

We would love for the products to be more mobile friendly for the back-end check in process.

VisitDays has allowed us to host our events virtually, when we had no virtual options prior to the pandemic. This has significantly increased the number of out of state and international guests able to join our sessions.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

Often as an International University, finding a platform that works is complex. Among many outstanding features they are rolling out, the timezone match is perfect, keeping track and matching it with my calendar; I know when to request with my management to provide special consideration as it is right on my calendar.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

There are still some old methods in the user interface that are stuck from older fair implementations. I think these can all be better improved with a user interface discussion with a study group. (sample sizing) 
It would probably also be great to implement quick experience feedback points that only take a few seconds so metering can be better for our fairs.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to reach out to a wide range of students and give them more options to discover colleges. They are changing, we need to change with them, using Visit Days is making fairs easier. I have seen more access to a broader range of students than before. In-person events are fine, but that was 2019, and back, we can enhance these experiences. That is the problem we are trying to solve, and we can see more students looking to us outside the U.S.

I enjoy how easy VisitDays is to use. The service has an excellent interface, which makes it easy to search dates, events, or names that have registered.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

I wish there were an easier way to export your event lists into a CSV or Excel sheet. The process required a lot of clicking around when the event could have its own export button.

**Recommendations to others considering VisitDays:**

If you have a large volume of people to manage daily and need information from them, get them registered for an event, etc. VisitDays is a great product!

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we have a hectic visit and event schedule at our college. VisitDays allows us to manage that, register students for events, and post a simple registration link on our college website. We have done Freshman Orientations, visits, and other events, all through VisitDays.

I like the product. It is fairly easy to use. Plus pricing includes unlimited events and users. VisitDays is also quick and responds when you have questions and typically can help solve the issue you are asking for assistance with. Product is easy for client and customer.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

Sometimes for assistance, the agents try to send you to their help manual. I usually check that before asking. So it can be frustrating because it seems as if they want to push off helping you.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to operate both in-person and virtual options and not lose potential student data. Before Visit Days, we were using Zoom by itself, and unless you have a team to do data entry, you will lose a lot of potential student information. Plus, the events have a variety of check-in options and it has all reminders already built into the system, saving you time.

I love that it is user friendly. It's a great product and my colleagues rave about it as well. It has dramatically increased our show rate and has kept our tours as personalized as possible.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

I think there are something's in the edit features that are missing and sometimes rescheduling appointments are difficult. I wish the appointments would integrate with google calendars as well. I also wish the product collected payment.

It has helped us with our overall show rate for guests. It also has dramatically improved our completion for survey results.

We used Visitdays to offer free college exploration for students in our region during the pandemic. We liked the system so much we are now using it for workshops and 24/7 college search capacity.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

There is nothing I have disliked.  Just wish more students would use it to do virtual tours and set up meetings with admissions representatives.

VisitDays has streamlined our tour and event sign-ups. They make it incredibly easy to communicate with participants, reschedule visits, customize our calendar, and view statistics broken down by each event. Once set up, the program runs itself and is very user-friendly for our staff and students. VisitDays also provided solutions for us to host virtual events when on-campus events were not possible.

Whenever I have a question or an issue with anything, representatives are always very friendly and quick to provide a solution. The customer service is great and someone is always available to answer my questions!

We now have easier access to relevant student info, and VisitDays has replaced our outdated, tedious scheduling process.

The set-up was intuitive and quick. It was easy to loop in my coworkers. The fair on VisitDays was our most busy virtual fair in terms of student engagement.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

My only complaint is we could only make three live sessions. I would have liked to offer more. I think it would have encouraged students to engage if we had personalized half-hour sessions versus hour sessions.

VisitDays helps us solve the problem of virtual engagement while students are hesitant to visit campus.

The best part of VisitDays is how it has allowed us to interface with our prospective students and families in a dynamic and meaningful way even in the midst of a global pandemic. I love how we were able to create Virtual Open House events that incorporated live and pre-built sessions .The team at VisitDays has also been incredible - just so responsive and helpful. VisitDays has been an excellent investment!

There really hasn't been anything that I found to be unfavorable with VisitDays. They're always working to enhance their product and to ensure that we're getting what we need out of our partnership.

I definitely recommend VisitDays to any enrollment professional who is seeking a great delivery vehicle for your virtual visit programming .

In a business where interpersonal connections are so vital, VisitDays has been essential to helping us develop the relationships essential to generating  successful recruitment/enrollment cycles. When the pandemic first altered life back in the spring of 2020, students and families were not able to visit our campus, they were not able to connect with our community is the same meaningful way, and circumstances required us to seek creative solutions. VisitDays has been the answer to this problem. With their help, families are able to engage with us and learn about the experience awaiting their students next year - all from the safety and convenience of their devices.

I have noticed that sometimes the calendar will get stuck on a certain date and will require a close of the platform.

The best part is the student experience.  Our goal was to find the best company to provide a top rate student experience.  The student side to VisitDays really speaks to everything that is easy for them and makes their experience an simple and easy process.

Anything I find challenging is always fixed in a very timely manor! So I don't have any dislikes.  There are very few vendors who I work with that have such a great response to suggestions and needs.

Make sure you check out every aspect of the product and how that compares to others in the way of the student experience.  There are so many ways this can make your job easier when recruiting students.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

VisitDays was mentioned to us years ago, and when talking with the team at VisitDays, this product has truly helped us move forward and meet the demands of our prospective students.  The team was so welcoming and encouraging and what is offered in VisitDays has truly met our needs and then some.  The ease of installation and the ease of using all features has been one of many reasons why we continue to partner with VisitDays.  The student experience and communication has helped us to not only only increase our attendance but our show rate; helping us to better prepare.  I can truly say that this product has enhanced our student experience!

There are no dislikes; if we have an issue; the team at VisitDays is the most responsive I have worked with in my many years in higher education.  Any problem/issue/request is reviewed and solved quickly.

The mobile friendly and texting features has so enhanced our student experience.  This has helped to with our enrollment goals.

**What do you like best about VisitDays?**

VisitDays is easy to set-up, has an easy UI, and is scalable. It's a system designed for all and it integrates with our CRM. Too many partners these days are only integrating services for one specific CRM; there are large, complex universities with large, complex systems. 

VisitDays helps us solve our problems not just work around them. They are always open to working together, they are always willing to listen, and they are the first ones to step-up and offer to help when our campus needs assistance.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

I don't really have any "dislikes"; we have one issue with managing large-scale events where we still need to use a third-party event management system; but I believe we have already voiced that struggle to VisitDays and they are working with us to find a solution.

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FIU implemented VisitDays to manage the large on-campus campus visit program which spans across two main campuses. Between the north and south campus FIU hosts more than 10,000 unique visitors a year. In addition to standard visits FIU uses VisitDays to host VIP campus visits and the Campus Tour Plus program which includes tours of academic and research facilities around both campuses and a meeting with a faculty or staff member in the discipline. More recently we have been able to implement VisitDays for graduate and doctoral recruitment. Then take the entire campus visit program and turned it into a virtual experience quickly and efficiently at the start of a global pandemic.

Zoom compatibility, the ability to customize the products for our needs, Daily session scheduling and check in

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

Redundancy of Visit Type/Visit creation for 'one off' virtual events (which we have dozens of in the fall alone), not being able to create event drafts, Mobis are still a bit confusing and I wish they didnt have to live on a webpage

**What problems is VisitDays solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a cohesive platform to host our hybrid of virtual an in person events

For the user, it is very easy for them to schedule a customized visit with us and does so in a way that captures accurate information before the visit and following the visit.  The ability to make changes on a moment's notice is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about VisitDays?**

When I think about any pain points we have had in the past, they get remedied quickly. I'm very pleased with our partnership and their willingness to listen and create based on what we are asking.

When signing up for a campus visit, VisitDays removes the barriers that a prospective student may face. A+
