We needed an alternative to hosting in person job fairs. I LOVE how easy it is for employers to set up booths and job seekers to connect and access jobs. The set up is easy and I love how it takes the stress out of a job fair for the job seeker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pros:

- Great platform for networking

- Great to have the option of chat and integrated video

- With the stand map interface, it gives you the real feeling of being present in an actual fair

- Lots of options to customise stands

- Push notifications were a plus to inform exhibitors and participants of what’s going on within the fair

Cons:

- 1-1 option was difficult to use as scheduling option was not integrated into the platform – exhibitors wanted to use this feature and have a clear schedule of when they will meet what participant, however the external scheduling feature (creating an account, synching your own calendar) was not ideal

- Some of our partcipants and exhibitors were having trouble connecting to the platform and we were not sure why

- No way to save chat messages, when either the exhbitors or partcipants logs out, they lose their message

Having the ability to connect directly with the Project Manager was very helpful. She (Soley) walked me through the entire platform and was knowledgeable, very supportive! Being my first time using the forum, I felt that she went out of her way to ensure our career fair was a success. A general tip for Easy VIrtual - Perhaps having a webinar that can be easily accessible similar to what Handshake provides would be helpful, primarily to provide that as a tool for employers or folks who are new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, my only complaint was solved after I had purchased our package. I wanted integrated webinar software, which I know is now included, but it wasn't available to my package. So, not really a dislike.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform was easy to use and EVF team did a great job training our 60+ booth managers how to set up their individual stations. Communication was seamless, I have personally never worked with a vendor that would respond to our requests so quickly, no matter the time of day.

EasyVirtualFair plataform had help us to improve our image thru its plataform. It is really user friendly for all the univerity students who want to know more about EY. You can add all the information that you want in the website, in a easy way and with different formats.
