What do you like best about vFairs?

The ability to make virtual events as connected to the real life in-person feel as possible. Its various networking options, customization of seemingly every aspect is a huge asset. VFairs appears to be a very adaptable platform for almost any type of virtual event. That flexibility is great to know when planning events for the future. What ultimately has been what I have liked best about VFairs is the excellent project manager and customer service I received from every stage of my event. What do you dislike about vFairs?

As a virtual platform, there is not much that I dislike. I sometimes find the backend confusing to navigate and sometimes forget where certain functionalities are located. The vfairs team is personable and makes themselves available to address any questions or requests from our team. The team typically works quickly to resolve any issues or concerns, including quick-turn requests for new fairs. Our clients appreciate the end result of the project. What do you dislike about vFairs?

Quality control is limited, even when details are provided upfront. Our team spends more time correcting issues with vfairs than we have with previous vendors, which frequently delays launch for our clients. The vfairs team also frequently struggles to provide accurate timelines, which then affects our ability to update our clients.
