What do you like best about vFairs?

Thank you so much to the VFAIRS team, but particularly to Yaqshan, who has continually gone above and beyond for our event. It was our first time partnering with a third party for an event for our client, and to be honest, I was really nervous about how everything would work. Yaqshan was there day and night to answer questions from both us and the client side, and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly polite and always accommodating, even with continually changing requests, which must have been challenging at times. His professionalism, calm manner, and proactive approach made the entire experience smooth, successful, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vFairs?

The vfairs team is personable and makes themselves available to address any questions or requests from our team. The team typically works quickly to resolve any issues or concerns, including quick-turn requests for new fairs. Our clients appreciate the end result of the project. What do you dislike about vFairs?

Quality control is limited, even when details are provided upfront. Our team spends more time correcting issues with vfairs than we have with previous vendors, which frequently delays launch for our clients. The vfairs team also frequently struggles to provide accurate timelines, which then affects our ability to update our clients. We frequently aren't updated when fairs are live or changes have been made, which has resulted in further delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a customer-focused company, and what you've outlined isn't what we aim for our service quality. We apologize for the inconvenience any communication lapses have caused you, our reps are trying hard to cater to a global customer base and often juggle clients in different timezones which can sometimes cause delays. However, we judge ourselves with the strictest standards and will ensure that quality checks and timely communication are not a concern for you during your next event with us.
