**What do you like best about Premier Virtual?**

What I like most about Premiere Virtual is the prompt responses that I always receive from my Client Success Manager and the Director of Business Solutions.  They are beyond supportive, happy to help us walk through every step, and are readily available.

**What do you dislike about Premier Virtual?**

The only thing I dislike about Premier Virtual is the "break out room" steps.  I prefer to use Teams when doing a break out presentation as it puts people in and out of rooms automatically.  With Premiere Virtual, guests need to sign out of one session, go back to the lobby, choose another session, and then to go back to the main session do the process all over again.  Too many steps and leaves guests confused.

**What problems is Premier Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Premiere Virtual is solving our district's problem of getting everyone in one physical place at the same time.  We instead, bring everyone together virtually which is more conducive to how our district runs as we have schools all over the state.

**What do you like best about Premier Virtual?**

Premier Virtual effectively allows us to connect transition service members, spouses, and dependants with resources and career opportunities not available to them within the geographical confinements of traditional career fairs. 

The features and analytical support lead the industry standards compared to its competition. 

The easy interface is very beneficial to the attendees and industries that utilize the platform, allowing for significant networking opportunities. 

Setting up the platform for the event is very straightforward and is quick to launch.

Customer support is quick to respond to any technical issue and those are very limited.

The platform is easy to integrate with the utilization of other software such as Teams, YouTube, and other media devices.  The software can support and capture data from in-person events by utilizing QR Codes to collect engagement with those who attend an in-person or hybrid event. 

Our frequency of use, which is weekly does not diminish the capabilities of the software or platform.  Allows a great opportunity to collect much-valued information for the customers we serve. 

I would recommend companies take advantage of the opportunity to broaden the areas of their networking and reduce costs associated with traditional similar events by using this platform.

The appointment setting function is not integrated with the Outlook calender.

Premeir Virtual has addressed many factors in hosting events not fully obtainable with other software programs for VetS4L

**What do you like best about Premier Virtual?**

Our team loves that if an employer already has a Premier Virtual (PV) booth that they can easily add it to our event or if they've attended in the past at one of our events through PV then we can add it for them and take less work off the employer. We love that it is a 1:1 chat with our employers and attendees and that they can video chat on the spot if they choose. It's led to an overall better experience for our events.

**What do you dislike about Premier Virtual?**

One of the biggest downsides to Premier Virtual (PV) for our team is that our employers can't see the full attendee list as a report only in the booth. We understand some companies don't share that report but we like to provide our employers with the full attendee report to allow them to network with more of our students.

Creating a user-friendly platform to help us host virtual career fairs.

**What do you like best about Premier Virtual?**

The team is easily the best part of Premier Virtual. Because of their attentiveness and willingness to seek feedback and provide employer trainings, this platform has developed into an essential tool for us, our local employers, and the job seekers in our area. My favorite features in the platform include the customization of the events including cloning past events, the hiring metric and reports which helps us report out, and the new larger chat window. I also love that we have access to an unlimited about of events with one annual cost.

**What do you dislike about Premier Virtual?**

An option to burr your background on video is very needed. Also, if host features could include a report of each user that is activated in the booth for a particular event that would be helpful. Also, a report that shows which categories/subcategories each booth is registered for would be great.

**What problems is Premier Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large area to support with hiring events, having a virtual platform allows us to help everywhere without the extra cost of traveling or renting a space for a job fair.

I am always involved in hiring process for technical interviews for external candidates and I do like premier virtual for video interaction and hybrid events with interview scheduler for successful hiring process.

I have not dislikes anything for premier virtual.

The company has a great customer service department. They are quick with answering any questions or concerns you have. They are very helpful when you have a problem and is quiet to fix it. I would recommend this company 100%. Premier Virtual is easy to use. I use Premier Virtual on a daily basis.

Super high-tech platform that gives me all the data I need for tracking and more. The folks at Premier Virtual are so helpful, and they have even updated the platform to suit my companies needs! What other company would do that!?

Not much at this time. I can't say there are any downsides at this moment but let me think about it.

**What problems is Premier Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eliminating spacing issues. we can fit unlimited employers and job sekeers in a virtual event whereas we are limited to only a few dozen of each in our office. also tracking every interaction, resume submission, etc, it takes our data entry and tracking capabilities to a level that we could never reach in person.

The platform is user friendly and pretty straight forward. We have been able to make it work great with our virtual events.

The user-friendly platform that provides a ease of integration and implementation to our existing cyber platform. Its ability to adapt to user needs without causing additional complications. Our training host and onboarding coach, Glen Bressalmo is phenomenal.

CCA has been very pleased with Premier Virtual. No dislikes atm.

The access to job events is huge in my world of education.  Having a way for students to get to interviews without transportation or school time off is huge!

Not well versed in the Premiere Virtual,  feedback would be incomplete.

I am not quite sure yet; sounds promising but, I would like more access and practicum for a valid response.

Customer Service was exceptional, the people behind this are working hard to give you quality service. This and the user's friendliness.

Webinars were always more like ads than actual information for the use and building of the platform. I felt like I was constantly trying to be sold on a product we already use.

**Recommendations to others considering Premier Virtual:**

Go to the webinars or promotional events to get more information, they go over everything!

Problems I've encountered are around the events within the platform, we hold job fairs and hiring events and it was difficult for participants to ask us or employers for help.

The professionalism of the staff.  The ease of use in building out the platform for both the companies and job seekers. Flexibility to make changes and update in real-time to enhance the event.

My only suggestion is in future development stages to add more customizable features to the companies booth designs.

Premier Virtual has allowed us to reach individuals during the Covid Pandemic, and allowed our organization to offer One-Stop Operations during this time as well.  

The Premier Virtual platform has been very easy for us to use as well as the individuals, businesses, and partner organizations that have signed up.

N/A - Premier Virtual has been by far a great tool for our organization.

Premier Virtual has been great in helping us along the way in learning to go a more virtual route during job fairs, one-stop operations, etc.  Their customer service is top notch, and they're more than willing to anwser questions and listen to ideas on improvement.

Flexibility to set up booths, add current job openings, live chat feature. After the event you can review what happened during the event and get a print out of information to review later.

Can't think of anything right now that I would change. Our representative we work with Jordan Ambers, is responsive and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this online platform to employers looking to hire during this time of uncertainty as you try to fill open positions

Having our facility closed to the general public has created barriers for unemployed individuals from accessing our services in person. Using an online platform like Premier Virtual allows us to offer area employers the opportunity to recruit using online resources versus face to face in order to fill open positions.

Premier Virtual is so user friendly, very data driven, and is very customizable to your needs.

None so far. We have been very happy. Any small issue we have ever had was quickly resolved by their awesome customer service team.

If you are interested in virtual career fairs and have no experience, don't worry about it. They walk you through it all. If you love features and data-driven functions, this platform is for you.

Our technology community in South Florida  is always looking for more talent so we had planned to use Premier Virtual for our first career expo April 2020 - then the covid pandemic hit. . . The Premier Virtual platform saved our butts and our community! We had over 800 people registered for that first event and we continue to have successful events to this day.

The Premier Virtual team was accommodating in helping us use the platform to meet our needs. Even though the platform was initially designed as a recruitment tool for employment, they were very flexible and worked to adjust.

We couldn't put more fitting characters such as teachers and students in the booth.

**Recommendations to others considering Premier Virtual:**

We met with several companies when looking at utilizing a virtual platform and while we liked the product itself the communication and customer service with Premier Virtual was outstanding.

Due to the restrictions with face-to-face interaction being minimal, we had to host our Magnet Fair for students and families different this year. We found our attendance actually increased using his virtual platform.

I am attracting a dispersed candidate workforce located throughout the United States and typically never have the money and/or time to look for opportunities across the United States or even the world.  Allows for a holistic approach to worldwide employment opportunities without the cost to the candidate and/or the companies that a traditional in-person event would cost time and money.

The training videos which were easy to understand. I was able to provide the training vidoes as reference to job seekers and employers who needed to better undertsant the platform. I also liked the reports. Employers were able to pull their own reoports of job seekers. I was also able to pull reports of employers and the list of job seekers who registered.

**What do you dislike about Premier Virtual?**

An employer was able to create multiple accounts which caused confusion. Once we (CareerSouce Polk) created a profile for our employers, some went in and created a new profile. I wish there was a way that the platform would only allow one profile and block if another profile was being created.

Watch the training videos so that you become familar with the platform.

Conducting recruitment events for our employers. PV was able to provide a great platform in the midst of COVID.

The most recent negative comments have been the confusion when more than 2 recruiters are in the same booth—difficult being able to have smooth communication with jobseekers.

Overall Premier Virtual offers a good virtual platform for communicating with clientele, primarily chatting.  There has been issues with users logging in with their email and password, especially when participating in multiple Premier Virtual events.  There has also been concerns about quality video chats and good communication with more than 1 company rep is in the booth trying to chat with candidates.

Multiple company representatives in the same booth.  Recruiters seem to not have a good experience with smooth communication.

The platform was affordable (very important for us), had more accessibility features than it's competitors, and customer support was receptive when we needed help. They've also been receptive to feedback and done some updates to the platform since we used it that improve the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Premier Virtual?**

The interface was a bit clunky in certain sections of "the fair," and wasn't as "pretty" as some of the other job fair platforms available (come to find out, users prefer flash over functionality).

**Recommendations to others considering Premier Virtual:**

This is a great platform for running virtual fairs, especially when multiple schools and institutions are involved. They've priced their product at a point that it's more accessible to smaller groups or institutions with tighter budgets, thus creating more opportunities for employers and candidates to connect. It may not be as flashy as some of its competitors, but it gets the job done well and has some features that the others don't (namely, more accessibility features).

**What problems is Premier Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to COVID we could no longer host an in-person job fair. Due to budget constraints, we also couldn't use some of the other platforms out there that charge exponentially more for the same product. It made the fair more accessible to our employers and candidates in many ways (not having to travel, accessibility features on the platform, etc.).

Premier allowed us to host a virtual state conference for our SkillsUSA Career and Technical Student Organization and allowed our students to network with employers through a virtual Meet the Employer Event! We were able to successfully host these virtual events in place of our traditional in-person events, and in the future, we plan to now host hybrid versions that encompass both the Premier platform with our in-person conference components.

The staff is great to work with and very responsive.  They continue to update and improve the platform based on customer feedback.

The process is a bit confusing to manage as the host of a virtual job fair.  We have multiple logins including admin, our booth and for job seeker acces to review what the event will look like for seekers.  The platform does not allow employers to search seekers by skills, occupations, locations, etc. The platform doesn' t allow seekers to search vacancies to see which employers are hiring for what they are looking for.....this causes inefficiency that is frustrating to employers and job seekers.  It would be great to figure out a solution with a job board component so employers don't have to add vacancies in the virtual job fair and in a separate job board.

**What problems is Premier Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Option for companies to participate regardless of geography, efficient for our staff to manage on the day of the event, etc.
