LearnUpon is incredibly user friendly and easily customizable for our different training needs. They are also so incredibly supportive throughout the implementation process and assign you a Customer Success Manager for continuous support. Most of our trainings have a live learning component, but LearnUpon is set up where a user has to enroll in the course and then select a live learning date separately. This has caused confusion for some of our users who think they've completed their registration since the course. Our organization went from no learning platform to LearnUpon in a matter of weeks. In the past, this process has taken me months with other vendors. LearnUpon's customer services is above average and, coming from me, this says a lot. I'm talking Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and in fact any team member I have ever dealt with. Now, let's talk features and functionality. The implementation was straightforward and our SSO, Teams, and Zoom, integrations were easy. Since LearnUpon was built from the ground up, it has all the fundamental features that one needs to administer users, groups, courses, etc. and learn. There are a few quirks though. Here are some examples. When a learner is disabled, there is no visual indicator until you click into their profile. There are workarounds; however, these are additional steps. It would be nice to add custom content to a learner's Home page. LearnUpon is very user-friendly and offers excellent reporting features. It integrates seamlessly with our SSO, which makes access simple and ensures that all user data in the system remains current and accurate. What I like best about LearnUpon is how intuitive it is for both learners and admins. It’s easy to create and manage courses, track progress with clear reporting, and the support team is quick and helpful when you need them. Since adopting LearnUpon late last year, we've seen a tremendous uptake in online learning from our organisation. This has been helped by the various use case applications the tool provides to our business, as well as functionality and ease of use for our learners. We've seen growth in engagement scores, primarily down to the different delivery options the LMS can provide. The support is second to none, our CSM Colm has been a fantastic source of support and advice since we were handed over to the Customer Success Team. There's not a meeting that goes by where we're not been updated on future initiatives the company is looking to introduce to the solution. Likewise, as both Head of L&D and LMS administrator, the reporting is second to none, and the ease of use the platform provides helps me to share ROI statistics with our internal stakeholders so easily! It is really beneficial to have a LU contact CSM that we can contact anytime and also schedule regular meetings with. The newsletters and future features are also a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the wonderful API of LearnUpon LMS. It has really good documentation, well-planned endpoints, and easy pagination. I also enjoy the Live Learning setup in LearnUpon. I don't like that Learning Paths were limited and Learning Journeys that were supposed to replace them weren't enterprise-ready fast enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LearnUpon is a very simple LMS to use if you are sticking to the use case. It integrates well with other software like content development software and CRM's making it easy to make a part of a users information infrastructure.

If you push the boundaries of the LMS's functionality or have a unique use case, you might encounter the occasional situation where it doesn't work exactly as you thought it would. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the overall UX. Easy to find the information, you can schedule your classes, limit access only to the target audience, and allow reviews in your courses to learn more about the learner experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment, the thing that I less like from LearnUpon is the number of clicks to get to the content you are looking for. I'd love just to type the course or keywords and find the content I'm looking for, instead of choosing where to perform the search (Courses vs Catalog vs Users vs Groups).
