## LearnUpon Reviews
  ### 1. LearnUpon lightly used to heavily used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

We’ve been on LearnUpon for about 2 years now, but we haven’t harnessed the full ability of the program yet. I love the Learning Journey concept, and can’t wait to dig in

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Nothing I dislike so far. Maybe the ability to manually create content, but that may be available and I haven’t used it yet.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our training materials for our franchise network will be much better with this system.

  ### 2. LearnUpon for customer onboarding and training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon has worked very well for our software company to manage multiple portals for the learning Academies for our multiple products.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Some of the advancements that are being implemented by LMS companies seem to be coming very slowly to LearnUpon. Learning Journeys are something that we have been waiting for quite a while to implement less rigid learning paths and we are anxious to see more use of AI to aid in course creation and user search.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the ability to deliver high quality self-serve learning resources to our customer users which is allowing us to elevate our customer success team to focus on customer satisfaction and less on training.

  ### 3. Great Team, Great Vision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian P. | Training Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

What I appreciate most is the product vision particularly for LearnUpon Anywhere and the ability to put training on other platforms without losing the tracking in the LMS.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

The implementation of groups to manage organization hierarchy is a bit heavy and could be more efficient.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon allows us to create excellent multimodal learning experiences.

  ### 4. Managing Information Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umama M. | Learning Development Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Learn Upon has been a valuable resource for our members to share infromation and materials of our on going events and meetings

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

We have not dived into the gamefication aspect and there is a required login which can be a barrier since we would like a single sign-on commected to the the member profile we use. We would also like to work in setting inegrations to better connect Novi groups (the AMS platform we use) to Learn Upon so tat it is easier to integrate and bring users in to utilize LU more

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to share information and protect our resources so that it is exclusive to members. We can also track engagement and activity of users which is valuable information to our team and organization

  ### 5. LearnUpon has lived up to its promises

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

We spent 6 months demoing and vetting LMS platforms for our SAAS company. In the past, we had failed to successfully implement two other LMS's. With LearnUpon we have successfully implemented the LMS company wide and with our own customers and clients, integrating into our ongoing processes.

We chose LearnUpon for several key reasons:
1. The product is robust but easy to use. The UI has a lot of flexibility and lets you complete tasks from a variety of entry points.
2. LearnUpon has a unique portal approach that allows you to have a single account but create different portals for training use cases, for example, for internal training, external client training and even a dedicated portal to a single client.
3. Their customer service expertise is top notch. They don't just help you get up and running, they work with you to reach quarterly and yearly goals to impact company goals through the LMS. They are responsive and know their stuff.
4. They regularly roll out upgrades and new features to the platform, often in response to user request.
5. They have key integrations with other business software the company uses.
6. They have an extensive catalog of courses and materials that support their product and a helpful user community where customers can connect to share questions and their knowledge of how to best use the platform.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

In all honesty, the downsides are few. There are a few "in the weeds" feature upgrades that we hope they rollout for our use case, such as deepending the integration with the course authoring tool Easy Generator and continuing to refine their AI tools. I imagine other customers have their own wish list, but there is nothing that elevates to a true downside.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon has allowed or company to formalize our internal employee onboarding process with training courses. We also leverage their integration with Go1, which has thousands of courses on offer for ongoing training and employee development and advancement.

We have also created a knowlege base of courses for our customers to train them on our software, as well as creating a separate training track for other users of our software. It has allowed us to streamline employee training as a growing company, as well as improving the quality of the services we provide.

  ### 6. Strong LMS that transformed our organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon-Michael W. | Senior Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

The onboarding and implementation process was very good. They walked us through all of the proper steps and allowed for customization where and as approprotate. We have over 1M users in the system and it has streamlined our processes and client processes. Our clients use LU everyday and have seen notable improvements over our previous LMS.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

One thing we have struggled with is single sign-on and ease of integration with our internal platforms. We've seen notable improvements over the past 3 years, so we see progress.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is streamlining a previously disjointed learning process. Our instructors use the system to get certified and then use the same system to train others. Because of that familularity, they are benefiting.

  ### 7. We Rely on LearnUpon for our Training Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter D. | Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

I like that LearnUpon is easy to administer, implementation was easy as well, and integrates with other systems. They provide excellent support and partnership, and allows us to easily deploy our compliance and other learning. We have an open dialogue. They are straightforward and great to work with. Also, I like how LearnUpon has been growing with us.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There's not much I dislike about LU. I realy don't have any criticisms.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have regular compliance needs that reporting with LearnUpon is quite helpful. We can get to the data easily.

  ### 8. Great customer service and experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Updated and more cloud based feel than past LMS. It is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There are just some minor things that could be improved— when searching a course, typing in key words of a course and it pulling an entire page would help instead of the drop down. Also using the course code to search courses.

When going through pages, being allowed to select a number instead of just arrow by arrow.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing resources to our customers

  ### 9. LearnUpon is the bomgdiggity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coleen S. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

It is very easy to use and the support is awesome. It's very intuitive when developing courses. Our learners have really enjoyed it. Setting up the marketplace was very easy. We and our learners use it every day.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

We haven't found any downsides. We can get the analytics that we need. If we want something else out of it we just ask our rep and they always get right back to us.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use a google doc to track all the trainings and powerpoints we needed out learners to use. It was very clunky and inefficient. This system has made it so everyone learns the same thing. We have included knowledge checks to see if they are retaining information. It has lessened our workload by having our learners take the courses, then we do one-on-one mentoring with them.

  ### 10. User friendly product and great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

LearnUpon is a top-tier LMS with excellent customer service. The platform is user-friendly and continuously evolves to meet our needs. Their team is responsive, engaged, and a true partner in our learning goals.

We'd love to see improvements to user search functionality and support for company-specific AI integrations and reporting capabilities.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distributing education and collecting data.

  ### 12. Great system that's easy to use

**Reviewed by:** Katy W. | Director of Program, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

The customer support from LearnUpon is above and beyond anything we've experience. So helpful in walking us through set up and continued support to ensure that the system is meeting our goals.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Wish that it had a more robust Community of Practice

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a place to house our trainings and ensure that multiple audiences could get access the to the trainings they need, when they need them.

There's really not a great deal to dislike, maybe the widgets on the home screen could have more customisation but I'm grasping at straws!

The onconsistency of training through a business that is spread across the UK and is spreading across Europe!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

The ability to create groups and implement dynamic rules within those groups has really allowed us to automate a big portion of the learning experience. The product has been very easy to use and the training materials they supply to you in addition to the implementation consultant made it an enjoyable process. We had not used a LMS prior to LearnUpon so it was very easy to set it up from scratch and learn best practices as we go.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

We really don't have anything negative to say about LearnUpon at the moment as it's done exactly what we hoped it would do and more. Excited to watch it continue to iterate and grow as we do.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LearnUpon to help onboard and train our customer base. We used to do all 1-on-1 training calls which we often found was slow, expensive and not scalable. We decided to rethink how we get our customers educated on the product and found LearnUpon as a potential solution. Since we have implemented the LearnUpon software into our onboarding process, our customers are learning much quicker and able to learn when it's convenient for them resulting in a faster, cheaper and more effective learning experience.

  ### 29. LearnUpon makes instruction effortless.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon is incredibly easy to learn. While I am pretty technologically savvy, I had no prior instructional design experience before working with LearnUpon. That wasn't a problem. I am now managing our online learning platform through LearnUpon. While we use the basic features for our needs, someone with just a little more experience would easily be able to create an even more beautiful and user engaging experience. Their customer success and support teams make using the system a joy, knowing that someone actually cares about your experience is hard to find these days.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There is limited customizability within the interface. However, they are always making updates and refreshes so that it isn't even a big deal.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have a Manager feature where I can assign different agencies managers over their groups. This helps me not have to micro-manage each agency and only address the higher-level needs.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Since we train people outside of our organization, there are some workarounds to make it work for us. Learners must have a valid email address in order to create an account and some of the agencies we serve do not have email addresses for all staff and there are union restrictions to using their personal email. It can be frustrating sometimes, but the LearnUopn team are always available to help us figure out how to make something work for our unique situation.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using LearnUpon, we had several different systems to deliver training depending on the modality (live, webinar, SCORM, etc. Using LearnUpon allowed us to have one system of delivery for everything, giving much more control to the learners.

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

We are using LearnUpon for our elearning needs, both internally and with clients. The support is by far the best feature, every time we have had a question it is quickly answered. They also go the extra mile to confirm and workshop workflow discussions.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There are small little things - such being unable to lock a course behind completion of another course. This can be accomplished thorugh learning pathways, but we are not utlizing that for our specific workflow.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilizing LearnUpon to train our customers, as well as internal employees. It's been wonderful as we have a new offering of e-learning to our client in addition to live trainings. The customization we can develop with our courses (videos, scripts, subtitle support, ease of use, reporting) is wonderful.

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

My experience with Learn Upon has been stellar. The team is knowledgeable and very helful. The quick response times and felxible support has been very helpful!

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Honestly so far there is nothing I dislike. From teh sales team to the implementation tem and customers success team I have only positive feedback. We are very pleased with the patform and support!

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibilty to up to date materials, on demand training and compliance tracking. Our goal is to lower trurnover by providing career paths in a digital enviroment, as the hospitality industry can be challenging to deliver in person training. The combination of both online and hands on training is what we hope to find beneficial.

  ### 36. The Best Customer Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer H. | Senior Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

By far, the best feature of LearnUpon is its people. The customer support they provide is the best I've ever experienced.

Beyond tracking learning completion, LearnUpon has helped us streamline our learning process, increase employee engagement, and deliver best-in-class results for our clients and employees.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There is one area of the platform that we don't really utilize fully due to its functionality, and that's the forums. I know this is something LearnUpon is looking into updating, and I can't wait to see the improvements.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beyond tracking learning completion, LearnUpon has helped us streamline our learning process, increase employee engagement, and deliver best-in-class results for our clients and employees.

  ### 37. My LearnUpon Review!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon d. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2021

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

I've been using LearnUpon to develop online experiential learning for more than 7 1/2 years. There are a number of things that I love about this learning management system, such as the responsiveness and quality of support they provide, how progressive they are, how intuitive and easy the system is to learn and use, the ever-expanding new features and the power of the LearnUpon platform, how invested LearnUpon has always been in my own success, and last but not least, the people at LearnUpon and how much they care. I'm a huge fan.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There is nothing I dislike about LearnUpon and I cannot think of there ever having been a downside to using this learning management system. There may have been some downsides in the early days, when LearnUpon was in its infancy, with it not having some of the features I might have liked in a learning and development platform, but today it offers me all of the features I need, and a whole lot more. :)

**Recommendations to others considering LearnUpon:**

I highly recommend LearnUpon as a corporate learning and development solution.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LearnUpon to develop and create on-line, experiential/action learning for my clients. I have been relying on this comprehensive learning management system for almost 8 years now, and it has never let me down. LearnUpon has allowed me to be responsive to the broad range of learning and development priorities, needs and challenges of my clients. The benefits over the years have been extensive and include the ability to have separate branded learning portals, along with access to all of the powerful features of this comprehensive learning management system, without the prohibitive cost of a traditional LMS. LearnUpon has been the key to my success as a curriculum designer and learning and development content developer. I would not have the business I have, without it.

  ### 38. LearnUpon is a robust and user-friendly LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura K. | Manager, Retail Enablement and Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

One of the things I like the most about LearnUpon is that we have monthly check-ins with our CSM. Not only do they keep us up to date on the road map, but they also are willing to set aside extra time during these sessions and additional meetings as-needed to dig deep into whatever your current needs are. The Knowledge Base is great, but the CSM relationship is even better. On occasion, there is a feature request that you don't get right away, but it makes sense how things are prioritized. They don't overcommit or expend resources on things that aren't going to be somewhat universally useful. And that's okay.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Some of the Admin functionality isn't where I would like it to be. We serve hundreds of clients and thousands of users. It would be nice to have bulk-actions for removing users if we're deleting an entire group due to a client cancellation. But again, it's entirely possible that we are an outlier and most LU users don't have need to delete 100s of learners at once.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LU has made it possible for us to offer multiple types of learning to our clients and internal users. We were able to create portals for our client leaders, general staff and back office staff. We can then further break down specific training needs by client using groups.

  ### 39. LearnUpon LMS Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luuk P. | Applications Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon is easy to use, configure and apply branding. All our users find it easy to navigate and find relevant courses and materials. The gamification features make it fun for the users as they unlock achievements and badges. We also like the ability to assign managers who can assign training to users within their departments. Onboarding and support have been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

We have not had any issues with LearnUpon and haven't found any shortcomings with the software. So far, we have not found anything to like with the LearnUpon system.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LearnUpon, we did not have an LMS, and all training was done in a training room or one-on-one. LearnUpon provided a nice, centralized way of providing training content to all our users. This has been very beneficial considering we have a mix of onsite, hybrid and remote users. The hybrid and remote users can access their training from home. Onboarding is now done through the LMS, so the users can access this training on the day they start, meaning the HR does not have to schedule specific onboarding days for new employees.

  ### 40. "My Training Experience with LearnUpon LMS"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Being a fresher coming from college directly to the company I had no idea what to learn and how to learn the topic which is related to my work fortunately our company had LMS where they post all work-related and company privacy policies in the LMS system in video format where I can learn very easily and effectively they even conduct a quiz on the topics that we had learned and we can share those certificates in the Linkedin very easily.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Being a fresher I haven't found any sought of dislikes in the LearnUpon because it's been almost 7 months that I am using this and I have seen many modifications they have done to the interface which looks very attractive.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have continuously improved the interface of the LearnUpon which looks very attractive. LearnUpon gives information like how much training I had completed till now.

  ### 41. Proactive Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon M. | LMS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon has an intuitive, minimalistic, yet aesthetically pleasing UI while maintaining a feature-rich tool. The only thing that one-ups the tool is its support team!

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

There are at times some features our team needs that aren't yet in the product roadmap, but our support guru, Sam, is always happy to help us find a way to make things work for our use case.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a lot of "flashy" LMSs out there. And while they look pretty, you pay for a ton of features you never actually use. LearnUpon is working closely with it's clients to find out and build solid features to meet the *real* needs of LMS users and admins.

  ### 42. Best customer experience and utility out there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon is a company dedicated to customer success in the best way possible. Their teams are focused on supporting customer initiatives, taking feedback and critism, and communicating clearly about new features or upcoming changes. The amount of support and care is incredible! They are always looking to innovate and improve their product based on customer needs.

The LMS itself is incredibly well-rounded and constantly improving. It is much more user friendly than most systems on the market and is easy to teach new users or retain existing ones because it's easy to navigate and clearly understand what is available. Courses can be built natively and feature intuitive modular structure. The catalog is one of the biggest bonuses for offering professional development and supporting resources! As for the admin side of things, it is incredibly easy to maintain, report, and integrate into any existing structure.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

The only downside of the LMS is that it isn't as robust as some other products. While it has the basics of all features you could dream of, some of them aren't quite there yet. For example, the quizzing tool covers pretty much all needs, but for certain niche use cases, it misses the mark by not being as customizeable. However, many of these concerns are followed up by customer care teams from LearnUpon who make suggestions and take feedback back to the developers, so I have never felt like any of our problems didn't have solutions!

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnUpon has bridged the gap that Articulate 360 failed to close with Storyline. The ease of use and consistent look, feel, and reporting has made our courses easier to create and review, leading to more time for innovation behind the scenes. With better options to natively build out courses with quizzes and a more user friendly catalog, learning & development has become a much higher priority for employee support in professional development, employee wellness, and leadership.

  ### 43. LearnUpon is instrumental in broadening our impact

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Our company has capitalized on LearnUpon's portal structure to organize our training content based on learner population. We have one for internal compliance trainings, one for invitation-only trainings, one for state government projects, one for our conference, etc. It has allowed us to curate the content and have better control over which groups are advertised which trainings. We know that we have capacity for more segmentation, which is exciting for future growth.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Innovation is exciting and essential for a technical product. However, LearnUpon struggles with the balance of thoroughly testing new features versus getting the update into users' hands. For example, a major feature is pivoting from old to new interfaces, and the user reminder feature was scaled down without realizing they were taking away a familiar cadence for thousands of users. If beta testing had lasted longer, it might have been caught and fixed before the global roll-out.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For years, our organization had a local impact - training people within a 30-mile radius of our campus. LearnUpon has allowed us to go online with both virtual ILTs and asynchronous modules. This means we have grown from local/regional impact to GLOBAL impact. We have users from 12 foreign countries discovering our microlearnings and learning from us! It's incredible!

  ### 44. Really nice tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Ease of use
Nice overview
Standings
Modules

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

saving during training is a bit too complicate

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single source of all open trainings

  ### 45. Fast Implementation and Easy to Use Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Campfire Learning Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon has a clear roadmap for implementing a new learning management system and also has the internal expertise and guidance to get your organization up and running in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

While the ease of use for end users is simple and intuitive, the current way learning paths function could be drastically improved to allow learners to navigate more easily through a combination of courses.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new and modern interface that didn't impede the learner's ability to quickly find and take courses at their convenience. We also needed Salesforce integration that consistently works.

  ### 46. LearnUpon is user-friendly to both admin and member users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KariAnn D. | Director of Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

LearnUpon is helpful in that is allows me to streamline all my processes for my courses. A feature I like best, is certificates are added to the platform and sent to users when they finish the course. Its not up to me anymore to track all that.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

At the moment, I am having trouble with the Zoom integration. The attendance for the users are not being marked in the system. The API is also having an issue with our new Member Clicks AMS. The improvement would be to get the integration to work with Zoom and membership AMS'.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have any current ones at the moment other than the Zoom integration. Previously, LU support continuously worked on an issue for me and kept me informed of the progress until it was fixed. They never gave up and continued with the communication.

  ### 47. Easy to use and supportive staff

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris D. | Wish Granting Volunteer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

I like how LearnUpon was very easy to learn when it came to creating content - equally easy to upload SCORM files or create content using their native software. The people that work there are very supportive.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

We had some bumps along the way when we needed to migrate where our info is stored from Europe to the U.S. To be fair, we were one of the first customers that did this migration-- LearnUpon definitely seems to be willing to learn from these difficulties and to their credit, was very supportive as we encountered some challenges with the process.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have a nice process in place for improving their platform. New features are continually rolled out and I've even been able to provide input to inform their design process as they explore future changes.

  ### 48. An step forward for our L&D delivery albeit with pain points

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

Using LearnUpon has been a massive improvement on how we deliver our onboarding and training, previously we had relied on Excel and Microsoft Stream. Its relatively simple to upload videos and to add headings. Beyond that I do not have any positives on the system.

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

Overall I find the platform cumbersome, slow and difficult to use as an administrator. My main issue is the layout of the platform. You could have 50 courses available on the platform but there is no labeling to tell you how many pages of courses you have, instead you will need to click one by one through the pages to get to the end.

When you create a newer version of a course it will archive the previous course but that archived course will still remain in the courses subpage.

The level of customisation of the platform is limited beyond the simple format of Heading, Text, Video, Quiz. I feel you can't make the course feel like your own system as it follows the same format.

Development of the platform - in the time I used the platform I felt very little progress was made on the platform and how it developed. Communication from our rep was good but not much change happened that stood out to me.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its better than an Excel spreadsheet beyond that I do not see LearnUpon LMS as a platform without any real USP.

  ### 49. Great LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennie E. | Environmental Health and Safety Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about LearnUpon?**

User friendly, excellent customer service, provides several resources, constantly developing new and improved features

**What do you dislike about LearnUpon?**

I'v been using LearnUpon as an Administrator for about 6 years and I personally don't dislike anything. Every time I put in a ticket, the support team is always available to help. If there isn't a solution they're open to adding it to their future goals.

**What problems is LearnUpon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is very user friendly for all levels of access which makes it easier for us to maintain compliance.

  ### 50. Stellar Business Collaboration and Support!
