# What is the best recruitment platform for specialized job roles?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been looking into applicant tracking/recruitment platforms, and one thing I’m struggling with is finding the right fit for <strong>specialized roles</strong> (tech, healthcare, finance, niche industries, etc.). Some tools are great for high-volume hiring, but don’t always shine when it comes to targeting or managing more specialized candidates.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Researched a bit on G2 and found the following platforms that keep coming up:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/greenhouse/reviews"><strong>Greenhouse;</strong></a> highly rated, known for structured hiring and scalability.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/bullhorn/reviews"><strong>Bullhorn</strong></a><strong>:</strong> widely used in staffing agencies, strong market presence.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/jobdiva/reviews"><strong>JobDiva</strong></a><strong>:</strong> very high satisfaction scores, often recommended for specialized/niche recruiting.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ceipal-ats/reviews"><strong>Ceipal ATS</strong></a><strong>:</strong> flexible ATS with AI features for sourcing and matching.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/teamtailor/reviews"><strong>Teamtailor</strong></a><strong>:</strong> candidate experience focus, with customizable workflows.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/jazz-co/reviews"><strong>JazzHR</strong></a><strong>:</strong> popular with SMBs, solid ATS for growing teams.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/lever/reviews"><strong>Lever</strong></a><strong>:</strong> combines ATS + CRM, useful for building pipelines.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve also seen <strong>Workday Recruiting</strong> and <strong>iCIMS</strong> mentioned for larger, enterprise hiring.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For those of you recruiting for specialized roles, which platform has actually worked best? Do tools like <strong>JobDiva</strong> or <strong>Ceipal</strong> handle niche roles better, or do broader platforms like <strong>Greenhouse</strong> and <strong>Bullhorn</strong> still get the job done?</p>

&lt;p&gt;Also, curious on what really makes the difference when choosing a recruitment platform? Is it things like candidate matching, CRM features, or just how well it integrates with job boards?&lt;/p&gt;
