It is affordable and very easy to use. We can embed things from canva, youtube, gforms etc. And most importantly the support team responses within minutes whenever I reach out to them. Stepan, Anna, Veronica, Saif, each and everyone of them. Performance needs improvement and it lags sometimes. Easy AI and the Voice Narration are so far my favorites in Easygen. Easy AI helps refine the content within the course builder and there is no use to pay for extra LLM. The narration tool from eleven labs some times skips or under pronounce words but is good overall.. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** Not being able to add learners to multiple courses. I have to go to each course and add emails their separately & Not being able to change the email of the learner, one loose all the progress if their email is changes by the company due to some reason. I would like if managers could have visibility of their teams, what we do now is download the complete learner report and then vlookup with the email and then send the report to the managers for their team. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows to introduce short (micro learnings) for the teams that they can have on their own pace, otherwise it would have been very difficult. This helps us in addressing identified behaviors, introducing new skills or providing a policy explainer. ### 2. I love the ability to start from an existing document too. I am also pleasantly surprised that each time I come back to it after some time away, there's usually a fantastic new feature to try out as it keeps evolving and improving. Even when there's a new tool the GUI is so intuitive that it rarely takes me long to find out how to utilise the new feature. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** I would love there to be a little more by way of built-in control of access somewhere between sharing a link and creating your own front-end or using an LMS. A time restriction where access remains available for e.g. 3 months, 6 months, 12 months etc We use this as a supplementary tool where we provide this as an add-on to a hardware purchase and don't wish to have customers having permanent access to content. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enabling the creation of interactive materials and subsequently training courses where face to face or remote learning isn't possible or cost effective due to time/cost or geographical restrictions. Our dedicated training team is one person, me and for me to cover every training need even as a remote session to save travel is not realistic. This enables sites to have on-demand learning which is far more than any Document or Video could possibly provide ### 3. They make it simple to build engaging content by letting learners click through cards, sort them, and move step by step through a visual walkthrough. I also like the "Easyvideo" feature, which lets me create videos with avatars. In my experience, learners appreciate having someone talk to them instead of having to rely only on reading text. These tools are easy to use, anyone can apply them as they are intuitive user-friendly built. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** One of my favourite features, Easyvideo, is also the one I’ve struggled with the most. The AI-generated voice had a lot of glitches, inserting weird sounds in the middle of sentences. I often had to shorten my scripts, replace words with simpler, easy-to-read ones, and regenerate my video multiple times. Sometimes I even had to create separate parts for a single video just to keep the scripts short. However, once I merged those parts, it was obvious the video had been cut into different pieces. What I’ve noticed is that for very short videos (just a few seconds), it worked fine, but anything longer than a minute or two had many more glitches. I believe Easygenerator is constantly improving these tools, and I’m hopeful these issues will be addressed, because video generation with Easyvideo is my favourite tool. It could save users a lot of time if the voice-generation feature were improved. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Easygenerator, I personally had to deliver training courses live using PowerPoint presentations. This was very time-consuming, because I had to present the same courses myself every time they were needed. I also feel that approach is old-fashioned now. After switching to Easygenerator, the first thing I noticed was how many useful tools it offers to create interactive materials that, when built properly, aren’t boring to go through. And once a course is created, it can be viewed by as many learners as needed, and as many times as needed, without me having to repeat the delivery. I also really like the newer feature for automatic translation into different languages, and how easy it is to switch from one language to another. All of this saves a tremendous amount of time and energy. To summarize, Easygenerator now saves me a lot of time, improves the quality of my training courses, and reduces the time and cost involved in translating them. ### 4. At times, the content block options feel a bit restrictive, for example, when adding image blocks, I may want to display four smaller images across a page, but the platform typically limits this to three smaller images or two larger images. I also often use images without text underneath, and this can sometimes impact the spacing and overall layout, making it harder to achieve the exact design I’m aiming for. Developing the course is very straightforward. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** reporting capabilities can be better i.e scheduling and sharing report. dynamic report sharing link is good, but it requires an active checking when needed. Certain functions could be reviewed i.e. prevention of accidental auto-translation when a manual translation was made on content blocks. (especially crucial when there are multiple authors involved). Capability to allocate co-authors to specific content blocks or language for their input (i.e. if author A should only need to review French, hence, should only be able to review French and not shown other languages. They are also able to accomodate to a teams meeting if a screensharing of the problems does not resolve the issue. Another big plus is the automatic AI translations. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** I dislike the fact that there are too few customization features in the e-learning setup, and that many things have to be done with code. For example, inserting pictures into tables, or (even more importantly) inserting a question into a normal content page. Additionally, when I want to change the type of a quiz page, I always have to change it manually. It’s the same with copying a block from one page to another—why isn’t this possible yet? It's the limitation of the context of the images. It's the one thing that you always need to replace because whatever image it attaches to a section of the course, it doesn't make sense. I knew we were planning on getting different areas of the organisation to create e-learnings in order to facilitate knowledge sharing but other platforms etc were going to be difficult to train people, especially when not in the L&D space day to day. Not only is our customer success manager amazing, so are the various trainers who have helped us seamlessly implement EasyGenerator across the organisation. This platform is simple enough for our subject matter experts to use and the course builder functionalities mean they can use materials in other formats to give them a starting point. I cannot recommend EasyGenerator enough, especially for a small L&D team. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** There are not many! The only one I can think of is that some of our authors would like to be able to use the text to speech tool to put a narration over a video e.g. screen recording. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training among the different divisions of the organisation. It is relatively simple to mirror you author structure and start creating content. I am the chief admin and use it daily to support, maintain and develop content. I have to day converted approx 1500 powerpoint slides into interactive, attractive content and this tool approx 4 months, so it was really easy to implement. Many thanks to my business success manager! It is an elegant solution for a particular set of problems. The customer support is world class. There is chat option where the response is really fast by live agents, approx. within the hour by my experience. The support tool also gives you access to a comprehensive wiki and a lot of issues can be resolved this way. Most cases of requiring support were localised server or browser issues. The platform has maintained 100% uptime in the 2 or so years we have used it for our company. There is a transparent roadmap and a lovely surprise when they happen as they have ALWAYS been for the betterment for product and user experience. Many thanks for the testing/dev department and their communication. I believe these update comms can be turned off too from your profile. We have not required an special integration however I want to report deep integration exists between branded LXP's and the authoring tool. Although we did not require this, we still use the "dynamic updates" feature of SCORM publishing which is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** It is designed it for a specific purpose so lacks the complexity of other authoring tools by design. Some more customisation would also be handy for certain situations although this may not be beneficial for less technically sound authors. **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Course content generation and maintenance. SME knowledge transfer, so when SME's leave the business there is a minimum loss of knowledge. Upskilling internal employers. If you work with different language trainings like me this will simplify your life, because you can translate them in seconds, as well adding voice-overs! It also has a lot of interactive buttons, which makes your trainings more entertaining! It is also very easy to share even if your company does or doesn't have an LMS, you can share via link or using SCORM! So it's very practical! **What do you dislike about Easygenerator?** I wish it has more options regarding colors, being able to modify the boxes and cards with different colors would be nice, but is not as important as other features that actually work very well in easygen! **What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves me a lot of time, as well if I don't have an LMS I can share via link!
