What do you like best about LearnUpon LMS?
We spent 6 months demoing and vetting LMS platforms for our SAAS company. In the past, we had failed to successfully implement two other LMS's. With LearnUpon we have successfully implemented the LMS company wide and with our own customers and clients, integrating into our ongoing processes.
We chose LearnUpon for several key reasons:
1. The product is robust but easy to use. The UI has a lot of flexibility and lets you complete tasks from a variety of entry points.
2. LearnUpon has a unique portal approach that allows you to have a single account but create different portals for training use cases, for example, for internal training, external client training and even a dedicated portal to a single client.
3. Their customer service expertise is top notch. They don't just help you get up and running, they work with you to reach quarterly and yearly goals to impact company goals through the LMS. They are responsive and know their stuff.
4. They regularly roll out upgrades and new features to the platform, often in response to user request.
5. They have key integrations with other business software the company uses.
6. They have an extensive catalog of courses and materials that support their product and a helpful user community where customers can connect to share questions and their knowledge of how to best use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about LearnUpon LMS?
In all honesty, the downsides are few. There are a few "in the weeds" feature upgrades that we hope they rollout for our use case, such as deepending the integration with the course authoring tool Easy Generator and continuing to refine their AI tools. I imagine other customers have their own wish list, but there is nothing that elevates to a true downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
