Unfortunately, Instantly is not great at tracking leads for attribution. There have been multiple times when I've been looking for a lead by email and I have to check in multiple places to find it - even then it doesn't always work. What do you like best about Instantly?

The best thing about instantly is how easy it makes bulk and personalized email communication, we need to contact many candidate for job opening, interview scheduling , follow ups and feedbacks, instantly allow us to spend emails in bulk while still keeping them personalised which feels more professional. I also like the email warm up feature because it help maintain good email deliverability .earlier, many HR emails were going to spam, especially when sending bulk interview calls, after using instantly, open and reply rates improved noticeably. the dashboards is simple and clearly shows open rates, and campaign performance. What do you dislike about Instantly?

from an HR point of view, instantly does not have many HR specific features like candidate tagging or recruitment pipeline tracking, we still need to manage candidate status in our ATS or spreadsheets, also reporting is basic, and for detailed analysis , data export is required. Beyond the setup, the platform makes it simple to manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously. The unlimited email accounts feature and the automated warm-up are essential for protecting domain reputation while reaching a high volume of leads. I especially value the intuitive UI and the Unibox, which consolidates replies from hundreds of inboxes into one place. The unclear pricing structure was another problem, making it challenging to understand the costs and features associated with different plans. I wish it were a bit more intuitive to use. There are a lot of settings tucked away within different panels, and it isn’t always obvious where to find things as a first-time user. You’ll probably need to reach out to support fairly often to get up to speed, and it also helps to watch the training and getting-started videos they have online. What do you like best about Instantly?

Simple, clean and intuitive UI, providing a highly functional UX. Really love the fact that they are continuously working on enhancing the platform - seems that there's some type of an upgrade/enhancements every couple of weeks, making the platform progressively more powerful.

The balance between cost and value delivered is also a positive, imo. Compared with its competitors, Instantly provides a great offering at a "make sense" price point.

Implementation and setup is very easy and quick, another bonus. Also, they are steadily adding new integrations that make it increasingly more useful in our business operation, specifically HubSpot, Aimfox, Slack, Google calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, five of my accounts were flagged by Gmail, which interrupted my email outreach campaigns for a few days. Although Instantly compensated by providing new accounts, this disruption was problematic, and I hope it doesn't happen again. Furthermore, customer support was not very responsive until recently. About one or two months ago, the support team didn't respond promptly, leaving my questions unanswered for days, which was frustrating. I love how Instantly has significantly eased the process of outreach and service delivery for the past two years. The UI is particularly impressive, providing a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface that made setting things up incredibly easy. Apart from the natural learning curve associated with cold emails, the setup was smooth. Instantly effectively addresses our outreach and pipeline issues, directly contributing to our topline growth. By sending an impressive volume of 1 million emails monthly, Instantly facilitates efficient lead generation which we then convert through sales calls managed using Instantly's Unibox feature. This process greatly enhances our revenue.
