I quite like how simple the configuration of Mailscale is. I really appreciate the ease of setting up domains and email accounts. Additionally, I find it incredible to be able to purchase domains and email accounts directly from the tool, which really facilitates the management and use of the service without needing to resort to other external providers for these purchases. I am impressed with Mailscale's ability to increase email deliverability, although I haven't started sending emails yet, which makes me look forward to good results when I do. It took me quite a bit of effort to understand what Mailscale was really for. I thought it was an email sending tool, but in reality, it is only to increase email deliverability. It took me a while to understand its purpose. Additionally, I think it could be helpful if Mailscale explained its purpose better for those who are not familiar with similar tools, such as the benefits and the good things it offers. Non-granular ability to scale domains/mailboxes between tiers, have to make a big jump, should be able to pay per add'l at each tier to bridge between them. Login authentication not using passwords and forcing magic links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you're running an outbound business, you don't have time to muck about with poor UI and overall poor UX. Mailscale is super easy to use; any apprehensions about not understanding technology, or DNS or inbox setup or whatever is put to rest: the ease of implementing Mailscale into your workflow is incredible.
