We’re looking into AI helpdesk tools that can help our support team respond faster without adding too much setup complexity. Based on G2 reviews of AI customer support agent software, here are a few platforms I’m evaluating. Has anyone used these in a smaller team context?

Known to reduce first-response times significantly while keeping the brand voice consistent.

Gladly: Conversation-first approach keeps customer history in one view, allowing agents (and AI) to respond faster without asking repetitive questions.

If you’ve worked with any of these, which gave you the fastest lift in response times? And were there any trade-offs with accuracy or agent workload?

Curious to know if these tools hold up once volumes spike. Do you have any other recommendations for high-volume support tools?
