What do you like best about Forma?

The customer service has been great — whenever I have needed a claim approved or had a question about whether or not something was included in my benefits, their agents quickly got back to me. What do you like best about Forma?

What I like most about Forma is the flexibility it gives employees while still keeping administration straightforward. The platform lets us offer a broad range of wellness and lifestyle benefits without introducing unnecessary complexity, and the user experience makes it easy for employees to understand their options and actually engage with their benefits. From an admin perspective, the visibility into the program and the support we receive make it much easier to manage everything day to day and to advocate for employees when questions come up. What do you dislike about Forma?

One challenge I’ve experienced with Forma is the quick turnaround required for certain requests or changes. At times, this makes it difficult to fully evaluate the potential impacts or coordinate internally before implementation. While I do appreciate the team’s responsiveness, having a bit more lead time in some situations. It would help administrators better support employees and ensure a smoother overall execution. What do you like best about Forma?

Forma is our latest platform for expensing our Perks+ fitness and mental health benefits and by far it's my favorite. It is very easy to use and the response time from the representatives are very quick. I have had expenses approved on the same day. What do you like best about Forma?

I like that there are tons of options and especially so many categories that you can choose from to buy different items. You can get equipment, apps, programs like nutrition help, memberships, and all kinds of different things that will help boost your health in ways that I just wouldn't think about otherwise. This variety gives more impact on my health. It lets me not just get a bunch of weights for exercise, but also offers options like scales for tracking weight and apps to track sleep because that's also part of health. What do you dislike about Forma?

I didn't really like how things were reimbursed or restricted. I felt like the reimbursement process was really clunky unless you are strictly buying from the Forma store, which is kinda limiting because you buy something thinking that you can get reimbursed for it with Forma, and then they reject it. That's kind of frustrating. I also had an experience where my company's contract/list of approved items specifically listed that you could buy clothing or other items for your dependents, but when I tried to get athletic clothing for my child, they rejected it. I really appreciate the benefits that Forma provides, which allow me to claim on a wide range of things related to day-to-day life and work, like gym equipment and tech gadgets. I even made a significant purchase, a portable hoover, that has improved my quality of life. The ease of use is fantastic, making the claiming process really straightforward. I've always found everything I want to claim is available, which makes it a wonderful benefit. The support team is very friendly and helpful, guiding my decisions when I'm unsure about claims. The app is easy to access, and the online help is clear, which makes using it enjoyable. I use Forma to redeem remote-working items and for wellness services like massages and workout classes. I find Forma's redeeming system easy to use, which makes product searches simple. If I don’t find something in the online store, it’s easy to submit a claim through the site. I like the user experience, interface design, and the straightforward search categories. The product selections provided when looking for items are also a plus. I appreciate the simple, easy-to-navigate categories and the appealing color palette. Forma is very easy to use and has integrated AI that scans most of the information from bills when uploaded, making the process really convenient by automating most of it. I find it very user-friendly. Forma's customer support is also exceptional, always going above and beyond to help out the customers upon reaching out to them. There could be more clarity provided related to employer program policy as there is a lot of ambiguity in terms of what all is exactly covered under the employer's policy. What do you like best about Forma?

I like Forma because it makes it easy for me to see what qualifies for my monthly stipend, simplifying the purchasing process without needing receipts for reimbursement. I appreciate the array of different prizes available on Forma, which fit into my life well. I find it particularly valuable that if I can't afford a purchase, Forma can automatically handle it the next month with the stipend, so I don't have to worry about it. What do you like best about Forma?

What I like most about Forma is the simplicity and transparency it brings to reimbursements. The interface is easy to understand even as a new user, and submitting claims doesn't feel complicated or time-consuming. I can clearly see available budgets, past claims, and approval status all in one place, which removes a lot of guesswork. Uploading a receipt is straightforward, and the structured approval flow feels less messy. We also have a mobile application that lets us upload receipts on the go, which is great for quickly uploading them. We don't have to maintain our own tracker or follow up repeatedly, reducing the risk of missing out on reimbursable transactions.
