I loved how the benefit that Thumbtack provides through your platform, helps me get refunded on Thumbtack dollars, if I hire a professional through their app, I love how I don't have to spend any of my money to use the Bucket Thumbtack Support Wallet towards a work from home item through your shop or a refund on a ski pass or gym membership the benefits are amazing. **What do you dislike about Forma?** I dislike that Thumbtack lowered the Thumbtack report work support Wallet to $1000.00 benefit, because I used all of it for my ski pass every year, and now it's lower I have to pay more out of pocket, but that's not Forma's fault. What I do dislike is getting denied claims on my Thumbtack dollars, it has to be specific way submitted or I don't get the refund, I think with conversation history and receipt should be enough to approve someone on their claim for Thumbtack dollars. Which is not, I am asked for the dates specifically to show in the conversation history between me as a customer and talking to a professional which, a lot of the time Thumbtack's app doesn't have that detail, and the receipt is not enough of the Job done, which gets my claim denied. **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving me money on Thumbtack bucks and also Thumbtack Remote Work Support Bucket.
