I was able to get a subscription to Spa Envy and begin using the service right away. The process is seamless and easy to use. Also, I like that there's options to use the leftover balance that accumulates month over month. It is a great perk ! **What do you dislike about Forma?** I don't have a down side. It is easy to use. Straightforward and works without any issues. Everyone should use it because there are so many options - there's something for everyone! **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had back issues for a long time and massage was always recommened to help. Forma allows me to have a membership as a benefit and I have had 3 appointments already. The dashboard when you log in is intuative and clearly displayed. This means I know exactly how much I can claim in total and how much is left in each available benefit that my company offers me. submitting the claim is extremely easy too, and as I use it very often (three or four times per month, this is good news) it requires few details as we as a photo for proof and off it goes. I usually get an email back within 24 if the claim is approved. If it not, the customer support clearly state the reason why and I can amend if necesaary. The team are very knowledgable about our company's terms and conditions. **What do you dislike about Forma?** If there is only 1 thing, and this may be specific to me as a payroll administrator who processes claims through the back end, it would be good to get some commentary on the claim report that comes through. I am often asked to reconcile amounts paid as the cut off set by our firm is quite early and people often forget how much is for what date. So being able to explain "this was for that claim..." would be amazing **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, the forma benefit is an alleviation of the huge cost of living that is incurred by simply travelling to work. It is great in the sense that it is for more than simply public transport or fuel/parking but covers other items making your journey morwe comfortable or safer. ### 50.
