I do not like that you when you want to cash out earnings to a bank account in Forma it is kind of confusing for someone just now starting to use it. Basically you either have to spend the funds for the claim on one of the items in the store on Forma or you have to make additional purchases then cash out the earnings by that of a qualifying reimbursement. I dislike that Thumbtack lowered the Thumbtack report work support Wallet to $1000.00 benefit, because I used all of it for my ski pass every year, and now it's lower I have to pay more out of pocket, but that's not Forma's fault. What I do dislike is getting denied claims on my Thumbtack dollars, it has to be specific way submitted or I don't get the refund, I think with conversation history and receipt should be enough to approve someone on their claim for Thumbtack dollars. Which is not, I am asked for the dates specifically to show in the conversation history between me as a customer and talking to a professional which, a lot of the time Thumbtack's app doesn't have that detail, and the receipt is not enough of the Job done, which gets my claim denied.
