Instead of worrying what's for dinner and the extra cost of delivery, it was a great 'treat' that it was 'free' for me. **What do you dislike about Forma?** While there were many available options to sign up for different gyms (or similar things), it would have been great to have something very flexible, like Classpass, to cover even more gyms in my area. **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** While I ultimately would prefer as an employee to get more money in my paycheck, if the company needs a wellness write off then it could do worse than using this app. ### 2. They also make the submission process clean (including things like seeing acceptable balance) **What do you dislike about Forma?** The app feels slightly unfinished in places. The overall look and feel leaves somethings to be desired. The default programs offered are thin. When a reimbursement is denied, there is little feedback and support when talking to their human support team unfortunately - kind of holding a party line of "this is all that's accepted but you can try again." **What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, Forma allows me to track my balances and submissions for company-sponsored reimbursement programs (wellness, office, PD, etc.). This beats previous resources like expensify that mean you have to track what is remaining or not. ### 21.
