"Great Program!"

What do you like best about Forma?

Well i think it is a Great Program to have. It really help me to be able to afford taking family on vaction again. Its been a while for us , but thanks to Forma, we had to opportunity to travel again. Thanks Forma..... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for Compliance, But Setup Challenges Remain"

What do you like best about Forma?

I like that Forma provides one portal for our employees to access. I appreciate having visibility into individual employee account details. Forma's compliance with pre-tax accounts and LSA accounts was appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

I'm frustrated with how claims are handled in Forma. There are often claims being rejected that should be approved because of our unique policy rules, and even after requesting automation of rejected claims to our benefits team, it was deemed not feasible.
