“All-in-One Collaboration Suite That Keeps Our Team Productive”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is one of the best workspaces available — it brings together all the essential apps a team needs in one place. It is excellent for team collaboration with real-time co-editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Gmail keeps email communication smooth and reliable, while Google Meet and Chat make video and audio calls effortless. The admin console makes managing users and assigning different roles and permissions very easy. File sharing through Drive is seamless and integrates with every other app in the suite. From email to calendars, documents, video calls, and storage, Google Workspace covers everything a modern team needs. Overall, it is a very helpful and reliable tool that has improved how our team communicates and gets work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Google Workspace. Some advanced features in Docs, Sheets, and Slides are not as deep as desktop equivalents. Pricing can climb for larger organizations as you scale up users. Offline editing also requires a bit of setup. None of these are major issues, and the overall value of the suite easily makes up for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace solves the problem of using too many disconnected tools for email, documents, calls, calendars, file storage, and chat. By bringing all of these into one integrated suite, our team collaborates faster and stays better connected. Real-time co-editing eliminates version control headaches in shared documents. Gmail, Meet, and Chat keep communication unified, whether we are sending messages, jumping on quick calls, or hosting video meetings. The admin console lets us manage users, roles, and permissions centrally, which has simplified onboarding and offboarding significantly. File sharing through Drive removes friction from collaboration with both internal teammates and external stakeholders. The result is less time spent juggling tools and more time spent on actual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Microsoft Teams Brings Communication and Collaboration Together Seamlessly”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like Microsoft Teams most because it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different apps for chats, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration, Teams makes communication simple and organized. I also like how easy it is to work on projects with others in real time, especially through group chats and shared documents. It saves time and makes teamwork more efficient, especially for students and remote teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I dislike that Microsoft Teams can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming, especially with many channels, notifications, and features in one place. It can also become slow or laggy at times, particularly during meetings or when multiple applications are running. Finding older messages or files can sometimes take extra effort, which can make the experience less smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams solves the problem of scattered communication and collaboration. Instead of using separate apps for messaging, video calls, file sharing, and teamwork, it combines everything into one platform. This reduces confusion and saves time.

For me, the benefit is convenience and better organization. I can communicate with people, attend meetings, share files, and collaborate on tasks in one place. It makes teamwork faster, improves coordination, and helps keep everything connected and easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Zoom Makes Global Communication Feel Face-to-Face”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom helps us connect and communicate with people all over the world. It reduces the drawbacks related to geographic distance and time differences. We can talk with others almost like a daily conversation because we can speak face to face and still sense emotions and body language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Nothing much to say. We can use the free version and connect directly through the web version. The installation takes too much time, and having to check the guidelines feels unnecessary because it’s so simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication is one of the most important aspects of business. To truly understand others, we often need to spend a lot of time unless we can talk face to face. Zoom Workplace offers a solution that helps my team stay connected and work smoothly.

Sometimes my boss and manager travel overseas to meet with suppliers from whom we import a lot of goods every month. Since they can’t always handle everything directly in Vietnam, we really appreciate that Zoom allows users to record meetings. Those recordings become valuable documents that we can review later to confirm details and capture the right information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Quo Makes Business Calls and Texts Effortless—Excellent Support”
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo does a great job of managing my business calls and texts, and allows me to use a separate business and personal phone number from the same device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

So far I have not discovered any dislikes about Quo. Daily use of the software has been great, and the service team was excellent in helping me make my business phone functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo solved the problem of needing a separate business mobile phone number, while still using the same device I use for my personal phone. It also manages automated answering for my customers when I cannot answer the phone, and allows more than one of my team members to be able to answer the calls/texts from different phones. I now have even better ability to capture each call, than I would if I had a brick and mortar business location with a full time secretary. Multiple team members can have the app on their cell phone, and we all are able to answer the incoming calls from our mobile phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable for Large Meetings, Needs a UI Refresh”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I really appreciate how Webex Suite resolved most of my meeting issues, especially when I had trouble with Teams. The ability to easily connect and collaborate across teams was a game-changer. The call quality was reliable and consistent, even on variable connections. I find that the screen sharing and recording capabilities work well, and the technical walkthrough is easy to follow. Integration with enterprise directory services is on point as well. The connection is always spot on—good quality, clear, and precise—and that really helps us avoid technical hitches. The streaming is smooth and everything just goes fine. Also, the stability of the platform is okay. These features and the platform's overall reliability make Webex valuable to me and my team, and we're thinking of continuing with Webex to prevent any future technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The interface could feel a bit dated compared to Teams or Zoom. The desktop app is quite resource heavy, which can be disruptive in some calls. The initial setup wasn't too straightforward, spending a bit of time on the technical walkthrough since it wasn't as straightforward as Teams. It felt outdated, and I wish it could be more user-friendly like Teams or Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite resolved meeting issues, enabling cross-team collaboration with consistent call quality even on variable connections. The screen sharing and recording features work well. It's a reliable, secure enterprise communication platform, overcoming issues I had with Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it's a reliable cloud phone solution for individuals and teams, and everything is in one app—calls, meetings, contacts, and voicemail—so I don’t have to switch tools, which saves time and makes communication faster and simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

Some advanced features are only available on higher plans, and setting up call routing or admin settings can be a bit tricky at first. Call routing setup could be simpler, with clearer settings and guided setup for admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

It’s easy for me to create and edit my business call flow. The system is very user-friendly, and I can edit and route my call tree however I need to as my business needs change. The pricing is very competitive for this caliber of a product. There are many add-on features you can upgrade if you do scale your business or need a more complex software system in the future. The support and onboarding was instant and very helpful. I have been a customer for around a year and have not encountered any problems so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I have only had Nextiva for around a year now and it has been pretty smooth sailing so far. Have not really encountered any issues. It took a couple phone calls to get everything set up properly and we had problems porting over 1 of my 5 phones but we eventually got it straightened out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva allows us to transfer and route phone calls throughout the office quickly and seamlessly. The interface is easy to understand, even for new users, and it works well for regular video calls, team discussions, and client meetings. It also offers useful meeting features without requiring expensive plans, which makes it practical for everyday use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I’ve been using JioMeet for a while and it works well for regular meetings and daily use. The app is simple and easy to join from any device. Sometimes the audio and video quality can improve a little during long meetings or weak network connections, and adding a few more collaboration features would make the experience even better for teams. Apart from that, it’s a reliable platform for online meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

JioMeet solves the problem of joining online meetings in a simple and accessible way without needing complicated setup or expensive plans. One thing that makes it useful for me is its easy interface, which helps even non technical users join meetings quickly without confusion. “Easy to Implement, Efficient Phone Service with Seamless iOS/Android Integration”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

It’s easy to implement and very efficient, especially for phone service. It works well with my computer’s operating system and integrates seamlessly with iOS and Android mobile apps. Setup is straightforward, and the price feels affordable—especially since a physical phone is no longer necessary. The provider’s technical support isn’t quite what I’d like, although I haven’t really needed it because the system is very intuitive. I still need to learn more about its AI functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

To date, I haven't found any issues with the solution. My only problem is that I can't generate call reports for specific extension groups in a particular format, but I understand that's because I don't have the necessary permissions. The solution can do it, but I haven't been given granular permission to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a 100% cloud-based solution frees up space for a physical switchboard and saves on electricity. The solution has greatly improved the overall management of the phone service, as everything can be done from the console. What has been most helpful is the dial plan configuration; now I can configure it as and when I need. It has also resolved the issue of forwarding calls to mobile phones when the user is not at their desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Responsive Support and a Flexible, Easy-to-Use IP Telephony Platform”
What do you like best about NUACOM?

Support is key in a telecoms partner, and Nuacom are very responsive. The platform is comprehensive, sophisticated, and still easy to understand, and the apps are straightforward too. Calls can be handled on mobile via the app, as well as on Mac/PC and IP phones, which makes it flexible for day-to-day use. The use of AI to set up the IVR, along with call recording and redirecting, is excellent. The monthly fee includes all calls under a fair usage policy. Call quality is on par with, or even superior to, other providers in the IP telephony space. They also offer integrations, although I haven’t explored those yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NUACOM?

The only negative with Nuacom is the same as with all IP telephony platforms: it depends on the quality of the internet connection. That said, I think it performs extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m setting up a new business and needed a new telephone number, professional IVR messaging, and a seamless way to connect with my team both in the office and out in the field. “Experience using Office 365 as a university student”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Personally, I use microsoft 365 for school. I find excel is great for creating graphs to explain data. Microsoft word is great for writting essays. I believe its ease of use, professional design, and widespread user base allowing easy sharing and collaboration really set it apart. Further, M365 integrates easily with many other platforms, the desktop apps allow high workloads without being likely to crash as I find with some browser based tools, and lastly, Microsoft copilot is a very useful AI integrated directly into their tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The web versions of M365 apps also feel noticeably inferior to the desktop versions and can be slower than its competitors. However, using the desktop apps solves this issue. Further, it can costly. Luckily I had the student plan (integrated into my tuition) but for personal use the price can be more of a burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

In school it was very useful to use excel for graphing. My school (UBC) would even create tutorials specifically about creating the graphs with excel, not considering alternatives because excel is very good for this purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“No support and broken features”
What do you like best about Allo?

Having an AI assistant. Being able to not worry about unanswered calls are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allo?

The onboarding and support experience has been a disaster, specifically regarding number porting and platform stability.

Broken Porting Logic: My number port finally went through after a long wait, but the system failed to migrate my settings from the temporary number to the ported number as promised. Even worse, the platform is now in a "zombie state" where any attempt to update the settings on my ported number fails—the UI simply reverts to defaults without saving, leaving me with a professional business line that I cannot configure.

Non-Existent Support: I have been waiting over 5 days for a response from the support and porting teams. For a service that is meant to be the "front door" of my business, a 5-day silence on a critical ticket is completely unacceptable.

Failed Integrations: I chose Allo for its automation potential, but the Zapier integration is currently non-functional for my account. Without support to troubleshoot the API connection, the primary value proposition of the software—automated ticket creation and workflow—is useless.

Reliability Gap: You cannot trust a "concierge" service that you can't actually manage. If you are an MSP or a business owner where every call counts, be warned: if something goes wrong during setup, you are on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Unified Workflow with AI: Reliable and Highly Efficient”
What do you like best about RingEX?

What I appreciate most about RingEX is how it seamlessly bridges the gap for international business. It provides a fully functional virtual number with all the essential features—SMS, voicemail, and even fax—that work exactly like a physical line. The AI-powered tools, specifically the automated call recordings and summaries, have been incredibly helpful for staying organized. Beyond the features, the interface is polished and the system reliability is outstanding; I rarely, if ever, encounter downtime or lag. It’s a high-performing tool that offers great value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The call forwarding function sometimes didn’t work for some reason; however, I haven’t had any issues with it lately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a permitting company for motor carriers, we struggled to manually track complex vehicle dimensions and route restrictions that came up during long calls with state agencies and drivers.

We used to have a hard time documenting technical permit details accurately. Now we can rely on RingEX’s AI-generated call summaries and transcripts, which has led to a 100% accuracy rate on our permit applications and a major reduction in costly revisions.

This feature alone saves our team hours of manual note-taking each day, which lets us turn around more permit requests in less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fun, Whimsical Virtual Office—But User Limits Hold Back Larger Teams”
What do you like best about Gather?

Gather is very fun to use and yet also functional even though the general idea is quite whimsical. Having a virtual office really helps create a feeling of being together with your colleagues even though you're many miles apart in real life. Especially for fully remote teams, Gather is really valuable.

With Gather 2.0, the interface and usability features got a great update as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?
