“Google Workspace: Real-Time Collaboration and Seamless Sharing for Teams”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I am using Google workspace from last 3 years, its extremely useful for collaboration, documentation and sharing data insights with cross functional teams. tools like google sheets, Google docs and Drive allows me to store all the datasets, and share analysis results with my team members in real time, the real time collaboration feature is particularly valuable because multiple team members can review reports, add comments, and update documents simultaneously without version conflicts. its integrations are also very good . I use Google sheets for quick data exploration and visualization, then summarize insights in Docs or presentation in Google slides for clients. and Google AI features like smart compose and smart reply, gemini is very helpful. I use it almost daily in and personal use too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

i think its amazing for collaboration, but its not suitable for heavy data processing or large scale data analysis, when working with very large datasets, Google sheets can become slow compared to specialized analytics tools. advanced data science workflow often require integration with external platforms like python or data warehouse. What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

for me and my workflow, it has improve team collaboration, faster knowledge sharing and better communication of data insights, instead of sending files back and forth, everything is stored in a centralized cloud environment when updates happen in real time, it solves the issue of collaboration on data insights and documentation across over the team. it allows me to present finding clearly through shared documents, spreadsheets and presentations. it works extremely well for collaboration layer for managing documents , reports and client communication. “Microsoft Teams Keeps Our Team Connected with Chat, Channels, Meetings, and Integrations”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is a great communication tool for staying in touch with my team every day. The platform has chat, and it also offers channels where you can share files and even organize them into folders. It includes a meeting space and a calendar that help keep you updated and on track. Within my team, it was very easy to implement, and we didn’t run into any issues. I use it every day I’m working, and my team does too. The integration with other tools, such as Loop, has also been a great choice for us—we have many tables, and we can always organize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy, Reliable Virtual Meetings with Seamless Screen Sharing”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability for virtual meetings and collaboration. The video and audio quality is consistent, screen sharing is seamless, and scheduling meetings is straightforward. It also integrates well with other tools, which makes teamwork more efficient and communication much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that occasional connectivity or audio issues can occur, especially with large meetings or weaker internet connections. Additionally, some advanced features can be a bit confusing for new users, and managing multiple meetings at once can sometimes be cumbersome. Improving stability and simplifying certain settings would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for video meetings, webinars, and team collaboration. “Quo Helped Us Turn Scattered Work into Structured Success”
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is its simplicity and speed in managing tasks and collaboration. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which reduces the learning curve for new users. It helps in organizing work efficiently, tracking progress in real-time, and keeping communication streamlined within the team. I also appreciate how it brings everything—tasks, updates, and discussions—into one place, which improves productivity and avoids confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

While Quo is helpful for basic task management and collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One thing I noticed is that the platform sometimes feels limited when handling more complex workflows or larger projects. It works well for simple tracking, but when multiple dependencies or detailed reporting are needed, the features can feel a bit restrictive.

Another drawback is the lack of deeper customization. Teams often have different ways of working, and having more flexibility in dashboards, notifications, or task views would make the tool more adaptable. At times, navigating between sections can also feel slightly less intuitive, especially when switching between projects or trying to locate specific updates quickly.

Additionally, integration options are not as extensive as some other tools in the market, which makes it harder to connect Quo seamlessly with existing systems. Improving performance speed in certain areas and enhancing mobile experience would also make a noticeable difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo helps solve the common problem of scattered communication and unorganized task management within a team. Before using it, tracking updates, assigning responsibilities, and following up on progress required multiple tools and constant manual coordination. This often led to missed information and delays.

With Quo, everything is centralized—tasks, discussions, and progress tracking are all in one place. This has made it much easier to stay aligned with team members and clearly understand who is responsible for what. It reduces confusion, improves accountability, and ensures that deadlines are met more consistently.

From a personal productivity perspective, it saves time by eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. I can quickly check updates, prioritize my work, and respond to changes without any hassle. Overall, it has streamlined my workflow, improved team coordination, and made daily operations more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Good UI and integrations, but video calls and pricing ROI need improvement”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite is good and the UI feels very similar to Microsoft Teams, but it still lacks some basic utilities. The Whiteboard integration is really helpful for quick brainstorming sessions and makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly. That said, video calls need a better upgrade, as the overall experience could be smoother. The quick calling feature is available, but I think it should be named something clearer, like Meet or similar, so it’s easier to understand at a glance. AppHub integration is also really helpful, especially the GitHub integration, since it lets me get quick insights without switching contexts. Premium plan is also reasonable but its not good ROI considering pricing of almost 100$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Need better call and support for web meetings, Along with audio and video well versed and covered. Vidcast seems to be forced on users which is no need for private meetings and org level Video and meetings platform. AI agent need more refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, it’s pretty affordable compared to other business phone systems, but you still get helpful features like call routing and team chat, so it feels totally worth it overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Bringing Structure and Clarity to Everyday Business Communication”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

I use Nextiva as a comprehensive communication and customer engagement platform that brings together all essential business interactions into a single, streamlined ecosystem. In my day-to-day work, it primarily serves as a reliable solution for managing business calls through VoIP, enabling clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams without the limitations of traditional telephony systems. The platform’s intuitive interface allows me to handle high call volumes, access call logs, and manage voicemail efficiently, ensuring that no important conversation is missed or delayed.

Beyond calling, I leverage Nextiva for team collaboration through messaging and virtual meetings, which significantly reduces dependency on multiple disconnected tools. Having messaging, video conferencing, and calling integrated into one platform helps maintain continuity in communication, especially when coordinating with cross-functional teams or working on time-sensitive tasks. This unified approach not only saves time but also improves overall productivity by minimizing context switching and communication gaps.

Another key aspect of my usage is in managing customer interactions and enhancing the overall customer experience. Nextiva provides features such as intelligent call routing, voicemail transcription, and interaction tracking, which allow me to respond to queries more efficiently and maintain a professional, responsive communication flow. It also helps in organizing customer conversations across different channels, giving better visibility into customer needs and enabling more informed and timely decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

While Nextiva offers a robust and reliable communication platform, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved to deliver an even better user experience. One of the main challenges I’ve encountered is the initial setup and configuration process, which can feel slightly complex, especially for first-time users or teams without dedicated IT support. Certain advanced features, like call flows and routing rules, require a bit of a learning curve before they can be fully utilized.

Another aspect is the user interface, which, although functional, can sometimes feel less modern and slightly cluttered compared to some newer communication platforms. Navigating between features like calling, messaging, and analytics is not always as intuitive as it could be, and it may take some time for users to become fully comfortable with the layout.

I have also noticed that occasional delays or minor glitches can occur, particularly in the desktop or mobile app during high usage periods. While these are not frequent enough to disrupt work significantly, they can impact the overall smoothness of the experience.

Additionally, the pricing structure and add-on costs can be a concern for growing teams. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which may make it less flexible for smaller organizations trying to scale gradually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Nextiva, communication in our workflow felt scattered—calls were handled in one system, messages in another, and follow-ups often depended on manual tracking or memory. This fragmentation created small but frequent inefficiencies, like delayed responses, missed context between conversations, and difficulty maintaining a consistent communication standard. Nextiva essentially solves this problem by acting as a single communication backbone, where every interaction—whether it’s a call, message, or meeting—connects into one continuous flow instead of isolated touchpoints.

One of the biggest problems it addresses is the lack of visibility in communication. Earlier, it was hard to track who spoke to whom, what was discussed, or what needed follow-up. With Nextiva, that visibility is built into the system, allowing me to quickly access conversation history, voicemails, and interaction details. This directly benefits me by reducing dependency on manual tracking and ensuring I can respond with full context, which improves both speed and accuracy in communication.

It also solves the issue of inconsistent customer experience. Without a unified platform, responses can vary depending on the channel or the person handling the interaction. Nextiva standardizes this by organizing communication flows and enabling features like call routing and centralized interaction handling. As a result, I’m able to maintain a more professional and consistent approach when dealing with clients or stakeholders, which builds trust and reliability over time.

Another key problem it addresses is time loss due to tool switching and coordination gaps. Instead of juggling multiple apps, I can manage everything from one place, which simplifies my workflow and keeps me focused. This has a direct impact on productivity—I spend less time navigating systems and more time actually engaging in meaningful work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I use GoTo Meeting for web conferences with my work team and love its reliability and connection stability. I appreciate the clear audio and video it provides, which enhances clear communication, even on average or slower internet speeds. It solves traveling issues by eliminating the need for us to all be in one place to discuss important projects, saving time and being efficient in terms of cost. The initial setup was straightforward, as all that was needed was to download the app, sign up or sign in, and join meetings, which didn't require much time or technical guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I think GoTo Meeting should improve on the user interface. I sometimes feel it is outdated and less attractive compared to other alternatives. For example, layout controls like camera and mute are not as clear as they should be compared to other alternatives such as Zoom. The icons look outdated, so generally, I think the user interface should be made clearer and more user-friendly in that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 gives us a professional, all-in-one operating environment for email, document management, collaboration, meetings, and day-to-day business operations. “No support and broken features”
What do you like best about Allo?

Having an AI assistant. Being able to not worry about unanswered calls are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allo?

The onboarding and support experience has been a disaster, specifically regarding number porting and platform stability.

Broken Porting Logic: My number port finally went through after a long wait, but the system failed to migrate my settings from the temporary number to the ported number as promised. Even worse, the platform is now in a "zombie state" where any attempt to update the settings on my ported number fails—the UI simply reverts to defaults without saving, leaving me with a professional business line that I cannot configure.

Non-Existent Support: I have been waiting over 5 days for a response from the support and porting teams. For a service that is meant to be the "front door" of my business, a 5-day silence on a critical ticket is completely unacceptable.

Failed Integrations: I chose Allo for its automation potential, but the Zapier integration is currently non-functional for my account. Without support to troubleshoot the API connection, the primary value proposition of the software—automated ticket creation and workflow—is useless.

Reliability Gap: You cannot trust a "concierge" service that you can't actually manage. If you are an MSP or a business owner where every call counts, be warned: if something goes wrong during setup, you are on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that webinars are included without needing a separate platform. Registration, live polling, and recording are all built in, which makes setup straightforward. Streaming to external platforms has also been reliable for our public sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The customization options are solid overall, but the branding controls could be more flexible. I’d appreciate a bit more control over the layout and visual elements during live sessions, so it’s easier to match the look and feel I’m aiming for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has replaced several tools we used for meetings and webinars. Now everything is centralized in one place and much easier to manage. As a result, we’ve been able to reduce costs and make team training simpler and more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Enhanced Customer Service with Easy Setup”
What do you like best about RingEX?

I like their advanced package the most. It includes analytics that help me see how customers are interacting in their journeys and allows for searching analytics, which also aids in marketing and special promotions, making things easier overall. I also appreciate the initial setup process being very easy with scheduled implementation. Features like auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues simplify workforce management, and I value having voicemail to email, online fax, and meeting tools included. Using the RingEX mobile app and soft phone helps me take on business outside the office with the same caller ID and phone number as if I'm at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really, they've been great to work with. Great sales support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Flexible and Reliable, but Admin Usability and Reporting Need Work”
What do you like best about 3CX?

3CX is a solid phone system for organizations that want flexibility and control without the cost of traditional telecom solutions.

It offers strong call handling features, softphone options, and integrations that work well for distributed teams. Setup is generally straightforward for users with basic technical knowledge, and once configured, the system is reliable for day-to-day operations. The web client and mobile apps make it easy for staff to take calls from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

Where 3CX can fall short is usability for non-technical administrators. Some configuration and troubleshooting tasks are not intuitive and may require outside support or documentation. Reporting is functional but limited, often requiring exports to get the insights needed for management review.

Overall, 3CX is a good fit for organizations that value customization and cost control and are comfortable managing a more hands-on system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

3CX solves the challenge of managing a modern, flexible phone system without the cost and complexity of traditional telecom providers.

It supports remote and hybrid work by allowing staff to take calls from desktop and mobile devices.

It centralizes call handling, routing, and voicemail in one system, improving consistency and reliability.

It reduces phone system costs while still providing enterprise-level features.

It gives us control over call flows, extensions, and users without relying on a carrier for routine changes.

The benefit is a more flexible, cost-effective communication system that supports how our team actually works day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
