“Effortless Integration and Real-Time Collaboration That Just Works”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like most about Google Workspace is how effortlessly it integrates with everything else, along with its seamless real-time collaboration. Because Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive are fully cloud-native, multiple people can open the exact same file and co-edit smoothly, without lag or confusing version conflicts. For group projects, it feels like the gold standard since almost everyone already has a Google account, so there’s basically no onboarding friction or learning curve.

Beyond that, the ecosystem connectivity is hard to beat. You can create a Google Meet link directly inside a Calendar invite, attach or pull a file from Drive straight into an email, and quickly find what you need using Google’s built-in search. Overall, it’s fast, intuitive, and consistently reliable across all my devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I dislike most about Google Workspace is how messy and disorganized file management becomes over time. Google Drive’s search bar is great, but the folder structure itself feels like a nightmare, especially on group projects. The “Shared with me” section quickly turns into a huge, chaotic dumping ground of random files that are nearly impossible to organize or sort. I also hate how stripped-down and basic the apps feel compared to desktop software. If you need to do heavy data crunching in Sheets or advanced formatting in Docs, it either starts lagging right away or simply doesn’t have the same raw power as Microsoft Excel and Word. On top of that, working offline is still a massive headache because it requires specific setup ahead of time, and if your internet drops unexpectedly, you’re basically locked out of editing your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace solves the nightmare of version control and fragmented communication when working with other people. Before I started using it, group projects meant constantly emailing file attachments back and forth, which quickly turned into a mess of filenames like "Project_Final_v3_EDITED.docx." If two people edited the same document at the same time, someone’s work would inevitably get overwritten.

Google Workspace eliminates that problem by keeping everything in a single, live, cloud-based link where everyone can chat, comment, and type simultaneously without any lag. For me, that translates into a huge savings in time and anxiety. I can schedule a group meeting in Google Calendar, and it automatically generates a Google Meet link and attaches the relevant Google Doc for the project. Because everything connects natively, I don’t have to waste time setting up permissions or troubleshooting software compatibility for my classmates—if they have a web browser, they can jump in and start working right away. “Smooth, Reliable Team Collaboration in One Place with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I've been using Zoom Workplace for daily meetings and team collaboration, and it's been a really smooth experience. The video and audio quality are reliable, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. I also like that it combines chat, meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is simple to use, even for new users, and it works well across both desktop and mobile. Overall, it has made communication with my team much more convenient and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings, which can make my laptop slow down. Occasionally, joining meetings takes a little longer than expected after an update, and some advanced features are only available on paid plans. Other than that, my overall experience has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when everyone is working from different locations. It helps us hold meetings, share screens, discuss ideas, and stay connected without needing to be in the same office. It has improved communication, saved time, and made remote work much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Quo Helps Me Run My Business More Efficiently”
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been a game-changer for my mobile notary and wedding officiant business. As a business owner who also works a full-time job, I rely heavily on Quo to manage client communication efficiently.

My favorite feature is Sona, the AI assistant. It helps answer calls, qualify leads, collect appointment details, and guide clients to the correct booking options when I'm unavailable. This has improved my response times and reduced missed opportunities during my regular work hours.

I also appreciate the call flows, automated messaging, and integrations that help streamline my workflow. What surprised me most is how quickly Quo became an extension of my business rather than just a phone system. It helps me maintain a professional client experience while saving valuable time each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

One area where Quo could improve is the AI call handling experience. While Sona has been extremely helpful for answering calls and qualifying leads, there have been times when it asked follow-up questions that the caller had already answered, particularly when discussing services such as I-9 verifications or apostille assistance. Improving the AI's ability to retain context throughout the conversation would create a more seamless caller experience.

I would also appreciate additional flexibility in some automation settings and business-hour configurations for appointment-based businesses. Despite these minor challenges, the platform continues to provide significant value, and the development team appears committed to improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Quo, I faced the challenge of managing client calls and messages while working a full-time job. Because many of my clients reach out during traditional business hours, I was concerned about missing calls, delayed responses, and lost business opportunities when I was unavailable.

Quo has helped solve this by providing professional call handling, automated messaging, and AI-powered lead qualification through Sona. Prospective clients can receive assistance, provide appointment details, and access booking information even when I cannot personally answer the phone.

As a mobile notary and wedding officiant, responsiveness is critical. Quo has improved my ability to capture and manage leads, maintain a professional customer experience, and reduce the amount of manual follow-up required. The time savings and increased efficiency allow me to focus more on serving clients and growing my business rather than managing communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Rock Solid and User-Friendly for Virtual Meetings”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I find Webex Suite rock solid as it never randomly drops during meetings. It's very easy to use and doesn't require frequent updates. I really appreciate having my own virtual space for meetings which makes collaboration easy. Setting it up was very straightforward, taking just a couple of minutes. It's effective for serious technical meetings without disruptions, and it works well for video calling, conferencing, meetings, and audio calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Only thing is that sometimes it foes not open , it opens in background. It is unreliable with MacOS and some of the features are not the best. The translation button does absolutely nothing, as it does not recognize speech and is constantly giving wrong traslatation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite provides my own virtual meeting space, enabling easy collaboration and customer meetings without disruptions. It's rock solid, easy to use, and doesn't require frequent updates, allowing me to conduct serious technical meetings smoothly. “Effortless Recording and Amazing Text-Based Editing”
What do you like best about Riverside?

The most helpful thing about Riverside is how easy it is to use. I can just hit record and let the AI lay the groundwork for me with cuts and clips, and the text-based editing is amazing. I also like that Riverside has added a lot of different ways to connect and share your content once it’s finished. They make it really easy to upload to different social media channels and other platforms, and you can even host your podcast and get an RSS feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

I think we’re still early in the AI journey, and there are simply some things that are better handled manually. I do believe it’s going to be good once AI catches up to the level of professional editing.Performance-wise, I'm still not sure if it is my connection and my computer that is slow or if it is the Riverside platform that takes a while to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now, I’m a one-man show trying to produce a video podcast, so the low cost to get started and the support they offer can make a huge difference for a solo creator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable, Scalable Communications with Outstanding Support”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

What I like best about Nextiva is the combination of reliable service and excellent customer support. The platform is easy to use, scales well across multiple locations, and makes communication much more efficient. Their team has been responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout both the sales process and implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The main challenge we experienced with Nextiva was the learning curve during setup, especially when integrating certain third-party hardware and advanced features like paging and custom PBX-style workflows. Some configurations required additional troubleshooting. However, their support and implementation teams were responsive and worked closely with us to resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva solved several communication issues for our organization, including unreliable legacy phone systems, disconnected locations, and inefficient call routing. By centralizing our phone system, parents and staff can reach the right person more quickly, communication between centers has improved, and managing phones across multiple locations is now significantly easier and more reliable. “Convenient All-in-One Calling with Smooth Forwarding, Voicemail, and SMS”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

We use Zoom Phone mainly for internal team calls, and it’s really convenient because everything is in one place. The call forwarding is great—if you’re not available, it automatically forwards to someone else, so no call gets missed. Voicemail and SMS also work smoothly, and I can check voicemails directly from the app without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The auto attendant setup was a bit confusing at first, and it took us some time to figure out how to configure it properly. Also, sometimes the call quality drops suddenly even on a good internet connection, which is a bit frustrating when you’re in the middle of an important internal discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we used to call each other on our personal numbers, which felt unprofessional and got messy. Zoom Phone solved that for us—now all internal communication goes through one system, and it’s much more organised and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“JioMeet makes product demos feel effortless”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

A big part of my work happens over video calls. Whether I'm reviewing code with another team, demoing a new feature, or helping a client reproduce an issue, I'm usually sharing my screen for most of the meeting. All I really need is a platform that lets everyone join without wasting the first few minutes explaining how to connect. JioMeet has been great for that. Some people join from the browser, others use the desktop app, and meetings usually start without any unnecessary delays. When you're working with clients who aren't particularly technical, that simplicity makes a bigger difference than most people realize. Audio quality has been consistently good, meetings stay stable even during longer sessions, and features like screen sharing, recordings, virtual backgrounds, and switching between devices cover everything I need on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

After using it for a while, we notice that screen-sharing quality depends a lot on the connection of whoever is presenting, especially during technical demos. It's not something that happens often, but we start sharing individual application windows instead of the entire desktop whenever possible. That small adjustment makes presentations much smoother and avoids unnecessary distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I still remember working with a client who was seeing an issue that nobody on our team could reproduce. Instead of spending the whole morning exchanging screenshots and long email threads, we jumped on a JioMeet call and asked them to share their screen while they walked us through the exact steps. At the same time, we were checking logs and comparing everything with our local environment. It didn't take long before we realized the issue only appeared under a very specific combination of user permissions that we'd never tested internally. The fix was ready later that afternoon, and what could've easily turned into days of back-and-forth was resolved in a single meeting. Since then, whenever something is difficult to explain over email, my first instinct is to jump on a quick call and see it happening live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable and easy to use platform for virtual meetings”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

What I like best about GoTo Meeting is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is easy to set up, join, and manage meetings without requiring much technical knowledge. The audio and video quality are generally stable, and features like screen sharing, meeting recording, and scheduling help make remote collaboration more efficient. It works well for both small team meetings and larger business discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

One thing I dislike is that the interface can feel a bit dated compared to some newer collaboration platforms. Occasionally, joining meetings through certain network environments may require some troubleshooting. While the core features work well, some advanced collaboration capabilities could be improved to match competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently moved four numbers across to NUACOM — US, Canada, Ireland and UK — and Vaibhav handled the whole process from start to finish.

What stood out was the communication. Every update came before I had to ask. When the Irish port hit a snag early on, he flagged it straight away, explained it needed no action from our side, and resubmitted — no drama. The US and Canadian numbers went across first, then Ireland and the UK number went live today exactly when he said it would.

It's the kind of service where you notice what didn't happen: no chasing, no confusion. Vaibhav was responsive, competent, clear and just got it done.

Highly recommend.

Overall, my experience has been positive. That said, the licensing and subscription plans can feel a bit expensive for individual users or small businesses, and some advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. Performance can also slow down on low-end devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Useful for Managing Webinars, Meetings, and Online Sessions”
What do you like best about ClickMeeting?

I was looking for a simple way to organize online education sessions and webinars without spending too much time on setup. ClickMeeting made that process much easier and more structured. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Because of that, I often need a platform where I can schedule educational sessions, manage participants, and share information with a larger audience in a professional way. I use it for health education webinars, nutrition awareness sessions, online presentations and online meetings. Features like webinar scheduling, registration pages, attendee management, presentations, chat, polls, and webinar recordings help me manage sessions in a more organized way. It is useful when sharing information with a larger audience and keeping everything in one place.

Performance has been smooth during regular use. Moving between webinar settings is quick, pages load properly, and setting up events does not take much time. This helps when preparing sessions, managing registrations, and organizing webinar activities. I also like that the platform supports different types of events, including webinars, training sessions, and online meetings. The number of features feels well balanced without making the system complicated. Integration and implementation were simple, and I was comfortable using it in a short time. I use the platform regularly when planning educational sessions and online programs. Overall, ClickMeeting helps me organize webinars more efficiently, manage participants more easily, and deliver online sessions in a professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

I sometimes spend more time than I would like on webinar registration pages because small changes often need to be checked more than once before everything looks right. I also find that recordings and webinar files can build up over time, so keeping them organized takes some extra effort. When managing multiple webinars, I would prefer a simpler way to keep related materials together and easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps solve the problem of organizing webinars, online meetings, and educational sessions in one place. Instead of using different tools for registrations, attendee management, communication, and presentations, everything can be managed from a single platform. For my work, it helps me run health education webinars, nutrition awareness sessions, and online presentations in a more organized way. Registration pages, attendee management, chat, polls, and webinar recordings help keep sessions structured and easier to manage.

It also saves time when planning events because scheduling, participant communication, and webinar setup can be handled from the same platform. This makes it easier to focus on delivering the session instead of managing multiple tools. Overall, ClickMeeting helps me reach participants more efficiently, manage online events more smoothly, and deliver educational sessions in a more professional and organized way.
