“Seamless All-in-One Productivity and Collaboration with Google Workspace”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What stands out most about Google Workspace is how seamlessly it integrates everyday productivity tools—like custom-domain Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Meet—into a single connected ecosystem that makes real-time collaboration effortless. Being able to manage files, coordinate projects, and communicate from any device without switching platforms keeps operations smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One noticeable downside is that some advanced administrative and security features require upgrading to higher-tier plans, which can increase costs for smaller teams or growing businesses. Additionally, while integration is smooth across the suite, deep customization for specific workflows can sometimes feel rigid compared to standalone specialist software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace solves the major problem of fragmented communication and scattered files by bringing custom-domain email, document creation, cloud storage, and video conferencing into a single, unified ecosystem.

This benefits my day-to-day operations by enabling real-time collaboration without switching platforms, making it effortless to manage business files, coordinate projects, and communicate seamlessly from any device to keep our enterprise workflow smooth and efficient. “Easy Collaboration with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes the experience depends a lot on the internet connection, especially during video meetings. The number of features can also feel a little overwhelming at first, and occasional audio or video issues can happen during longer meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace helps make remote meetings and team communication easier. It saves time by allowing us to discuss things quickly through video calls and screen sharing instead of having to meet in person. It is especially useful when working with people from different locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Microsoft Teams: A Centralized Collaboration Hub That Boosts Productivity”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams stands out as a centralized collaboration platform. Its strongest features center around productivity, context retention, and system integration The value provided by Microsoft Teams aligns well with its pricing, provided an organization fully uses the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams struggles with high memory usage and sluggish performance, which slows down overall system speed. Its weak search functionality makes finding specific files or messages difficult, while switching between accounts from different organizations requires disruptive app reloads. Additionally, disorganized notifications and channel clutter make it easy to miss important updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams addresses communication fragmentation, context loss, and operational friction caused by managing separate tools for chat, meetings, and document storage.

Before adopting Teams, organizations typically struggled with scattered email threads, siloed file versions, and constant app-switching between standalone chat tools and video conferencing platforms. Implementing Teams consolidates these functions into a single interface, allowing teams to co-author documents in real time, keep conversation histories alongside project files in dedicated channels, and reduce context switching. “Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses”
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo gives me a dedicated business phone system without requiring a separate phone or traditional office setup. It keeps calls, texts, voicemail, and missed-call notifications organized in one place, which helps me separate business communication from my personal phone.

The automated text response and phone menu also help me stay responsive when I am unavailable while filtering out many robocalls. That saves time, reduces interruptions, and helps my small business appear more professional to prospects and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable video conferencing and project plaining suite”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The primary advantage of Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stream stability, which consistently maintains clarity even during sudden bandwidth fluctuations. The layout interface within the Webex User Hub is well-structured and highly professional. It allows our operations team to schedule consecutive project alignments, define clear meeting agendas, and distribute static personal room links to our distributed team members with minimal administrative overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The 40 minute duration restriction imposed on the free evaluation tier can disrupt deeper operational syncs or software validation walkthroughs if discussions extend past the limit. Furthermore, the standalone desktop application exhibits noticeable resource utilization and a slower initialization phase upon system startup. Optimizing the desktop client's load latency to match the responsiveness of the web browser interface would significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite addresses communicational fragmentation by centralizing our virtual coordination, data pipeline planning, and platform evaluation benchmarks across distributed corporate structures. Previously, managing disparate meeting links across multiple channels compromised workflow continuity. By utilizing a dependable, unified hub, we have successfully minimized scheduling friction and ensued smooth, structured cross-team collaboration with external stakeholders. “All-in-One Podcast Hosting and Multiplatform Live Streaming”
What do you like best about Riverside?

I like being able to host, edit, and publish our podcast, and then get it out to a large audience. I also appreciate that we can host live on multiple social media platforms at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

There are a few tools I think would be especially helpful for editing that aren’t currently available. Because of that, I sometimes have to download my edited podcast just to add and post custom graphics. Riverside is a strong recording platform, but there are several areas where I think the experience could be substantially improved for serious, ongoing podcast production.

The UI/UX can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be. Recording, editing, producing clips, managing files, and organizing episodes do not always feel like parts of one seamless production workflow. I would like a clearer project-based interface where everything associated with an episode—recordings, scripts, edits, graphics, transcripts, clips, approvals, and exports—is organized together.

Integrations are another limitation. For a production team, Riverside should feel less like an isolated recording application and more like the center of a larger production ecosystem. Deeper integrations with cloud storage, podcast hosting, YouTube, social platforms, project-management systems, creative applications, and automation tools would reduce the amount of manual work required after recording.

In terms of performance, reliability is extremely important because recordings cannot simply be recreated when something goes wrong. Uploading, processing, synchronization, rendering, and exporting need to be consistently fast and dependable. When a platform is being used for a real production schedule, even relatively small delays or technical issues can disrupt the entire workflow.

The pricing/ROI could also be stronger. Subscription pricing is easier to justify when the platform replaces several other tools. If producers still need separate applications for advanced editing, graphics, social-media production, project management, publishing, and other post-production work, the overall cost of the workflow increases quickly. I would like Riverside to provide more production capability within the subscription rather than requiring an ecosystem of additional paid services.

For support and onboarding, I would like to see a more hands-on experience for professional users. Instead of simply teaching users where features are located, onboarding could help someone design their complete production workflow—from pre-production and recording through editing, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving.

Finally, AI/intelligence is probably the area with the greatest opportunity. AI should go beyond transcription, summaries, captions, and identifying clips. I would like an intelligent production assistant that actually understands the show, its format, branding, speakers, previous episodes, publishing requirements, and production standards. It could identify editing issues, recommend cuts, prepare multiple platform-specific clips, maintain brand consistency, generate metadata, assist with show notes, organize assets, and help move an episode through the entire production pipeline.

Overall, my biggest frustration is that Riverside has many of the pieces of a modern production environment, but it does not yet feel like a complete production house operating system. I would like to be able to start with an episode concept and move all the way through recording, post-production, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving without constantly leaving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an IT professional, what I like most about Nextiva is how easy it is to manage and maintain. The admin portal is straightforward, making it simple to add users, update settings, and troubleshoot issues. The call quality has been consistently reliable, and the platform offers the features our organization needs without being overly complicated. It has helped us improve communication while reducing the time spent on administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Convenient All-in-One Calling with Smooth Forwarding, Voicemail, and SMS”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

We use Zoom Phone mainly for internal team calls, and it’s really convenient because everything is in one place. The call forwarding is great—if you’re not available, it automatically forwards to someone else, so no call gets missed. Voicemail and SMS also work smoothly, and I can check voicemails directly from the app without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The auto attendant setup was a bit confusing at first, and it took us some time to figure out how to configure it properly. Also, sometimes the call quality drops suddenly even on a good internet connection, which is a bit frustrating when you’re in the middle of an important internal discussion. “Convenient and Reliable for Client and Team Meetings”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I mainly use JioMeet for client calls and internal discussions. Since I work with multiple clients on compliance and regulatory matters, it is useful for discussing documents, explaining compliance requirements and coordinating with client teams without having to arrange physical meetings. The screen sharing feature is particularly useful when I need to walk a client through a document, compliance tracker or filing-related matter. I also find it convenient for regular discussions with team members when working on multiple client assignments. The value is very good for what I am paying, especially because I am currently using the free version. I mainly use JioMeet for client discussions, internal meetings and compliance-related consultations, so I do not have to incur an additional cost for regular video meetings. It helps me save time on travel and makes it easier to connect with clients and team members when a discussion is required. For my current business consultancy requirements, the free version provides most of the basic features I need, so I find the overall value quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

The overall experience is good for regular meetings, although there can be occasional issues depending on the internet connection or device being used. Some advanced collaboration features could also be improved to make it more suitable for larger corporate meetings and detailed project discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

JioMeet helps me solve the problem of coordinating meetings with clients and internal teams, especially when we are handling multiple assignments at the same time. “RingEX Makes Multi-Time-Zone Business Hours and Call Routing Effortless”
What do you like best about RingEX?

We've got locations in three different time zones and used to have someone manually flip on the "closed" voicemail message for each office by hand every evening, more than once someone forgot and a customer got confused on when we're actually open. RingEX lets us set business hours per location and calls route automatically based on time, no manual switching needed. Voicemail transcription has helped too, front desk can skim what a voicemail says intead of listening to a bunch of messages back to back before responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Setting up separate call flows for each location took some hand-holding from support initally, wasn't as intutive as just picking a template, had to build each one from scratch to match how that office actually operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having someone manually manage after hours settings for three different offices has removed a genuinely annoying daily task nobody wanted to own. Transcribed voicemails also mean the front desk responds fastersince they're not sitting through audio one by one. Initial call flow setup needed more hand-holding than expected, but once each office's flow was built correctly, it's basically run itself since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Microsoft 365: A Comprehensive, Secure Collaboration Ecosystem Powered by Copilot”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings collaboration, productivity, and security together in a single ecosystem. Whether teams are working remotely or across global locations, tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Office applications make it easy to communicate, share information, and collaborate in real time. I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 is an exceptionally powerful platform, its breadth of capabilities can also make it complex to manage. Organizations often struggle to fully utilize all of the available features because of the learning curve and the pace at which new functionality is introduced. Keeping users trained, maintaining governance, and managing licensing can be challenging, particularly in large enterprises. That said, Microsoft continues to improve the platform with AI, security enhancements, and user experience updates, making it one of the most comprehensive productivity and collaboration solutions available today. What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of keeping people productive, connected, and secure regardless of where they work. By integrating communication, document collaboration, file storage, project management, and AI-powered productivity into a single platform, it eliminates many of the barriers created by disconnected tools. For me, it has enabled more efficient project and program management through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, and the Office suite. It has improved collaboration with stakeholders, simplified document sharing and version control, and reduced time spent on administrative work through automation and AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot. As someone who has led large-scale enterprise programs, Microsoft 365 has helped me keep distributed teams aligned, make faster decisions, and deliver projects more effectively while maintaining strong security and governance.
