“Intuitive Real-Time Collaboration That Keeps Our Support Team Productive”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like most about Google Workspace is its ease of use and real-time collaboration. As a Level 1 support agent, I use Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs daily to manage documentation, track tickets, and share internal processes with my team. The ability to collaborate live, leave comments, and maintain version history makes teamwork efficient and organized. It is intuitive, reliable, and integrates well with other tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One downside is that advanced features in Sheets can sometimes feel limited compared to more specialized spreadsheet software. Also, managing file permissions at scale can require careful attention to avoid access issues. However, overall these are minor limitations compared to the productivity benefits it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace helps centralize documentation, communication, and data tracking in one ecosystem. In a support environment, having shared drives, structured spreadsheets for ticket tracking, and standardized documentation reduces confusion and improves response times. It benefits me by increasing efficiency, improving collaboration across teams, and ensuring that important information is always accessible and updated in real time. “All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is that it offers an all-in-one collaboration environment. It brings together chat, video meetings, file sharing, and task collaboration in a single platform, which helps keep communication seamless, organized, and easy to follow. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Microsoft 365 tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft SharePoint, making scheduling and document management much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One downside of Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel heavy and slow, particularly when several channels, chats, and files are open and active at the same time. In those situations, the app may use a noticeable amount of system resources, which can lead to lag or reduced performance on lower-spec devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams helps solve the problem of scattered communication. Before, conversations, meetings, and files were spread across email and different tools, which made things confusing and time-consuming. Teams brings everything together in one place—chats, meetings, and shared documents—so it’s much easier to stay organized and keep track of what’s happening.

For me, it saves time and cuts down on back-and-forth emails. I can quickly message teammates, jump into a call, or open shared files without constantly switching platforms. Overall, it has made collaboration smoother and more consistent, especially when working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effective for Large Conferences, Needs Improved Stability”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like using Zoom Workplace for its effective communication capabilities, especially when it comes to holding large meetings and conferences. I really appreciate the room options for large audiences, which make it easy to manage big events. The feature that allows us to divide attendees into groups and separate rooms is very easy and effective, and I find it particularly useful for large conferences. I also enjoy the screen sharing feature with the ability to highlight using a pen, as it makes it very easy to circle any area and point out important details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes it gets hang and crash, which feels irritating. It happens during call or at the time of joining. I think performance and load testing needs to be done properly. When usage is high, it causes issue. The initial setup is quite lengthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Outstanding Quality and Functionality Supporting Business Growth”
What do you like best about Quo?

I truly love the product — it is simply outstanding. I am very impressed with its quality and functionality, and I strongly believe that with your support, my business will be able to grow even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding support response times. At times, operational contingencies may arise that require immediate action, and in those situations, a faster or more prioritized response would be extremely valuable.

Overall, this feedback is shared with the intention of contributing positively, as we genuinely enjoy using the product and see great potential in continuing to grow alongside your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I previously experienced an issue related to billing; however, it was ultimately due to an error on my end. That said, the situation did raise concern, as there was a risk of my phone number being suspended. Fortunately, the matter was resolved with the assistance of your support team.

I would like to mention that I was somewhat concerned about the initial response times when requesting support. I understand operational constraints may exist, and I hope these response times can continue to improve over time.

Overall, I appreciate the support provided and value the service. Thank you for your assistance and continued efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable for Small Meetings, but Needs Better Participant Visibility in Large Calls”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Most of the basic functions work nicely and reliably. Scheduling sessions, joining meetings, and managing a small number of participants is generally smooth, which really matters when coordinating across distant places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One limitation I noticed while using the Webex Suite is coordinating a meeting when there are many participants. In particular, you can only view the participants who are visible on the main screen, and when someone is presenting their screen it becomes difficult to quickly scan what everyone is doing at once, which is possible in other video conferencing tools. Having a broader view of participants would make coordinating meetings much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex helps solve the challenge of coordinating meetings and communication across teams, especially when people are working from different locations. For me, it makes it easier to run meetings smoothly, keep everyone connected in one place, and handle both small team discussions and larger group sessions with minimal setup and less confusion. “Zoom Phone Boosted Our Call Audio—Seamless Internet Calling Without a SIM”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

Zoom phone is a calling software that has been developed by zoom networks. We have been a old user of Zoom for video calls and meetings but after installing zoom phone the audio interactions has been improved as it does not need mobile network service provider or a SIM card for connecting calls. The software completely works through online medium and strong internet connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

Zoom is a platform that is mainly developed for professional and business usage only even if you have bought its premium plan you will not be able to make personal call as calls only get connected through internet connections and also there is no availability of multiple channel video conferencing feature like zoom video calls. “Nextiva quietly fixed are communication chaos without adding more tools, It's Cohesive & Reliable”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

We use it for calls, voicemail internal messaging and customer conversations, and it actually feels cohesive instead of stitched together. Call quality has been consistently reliable, even for remote team members, and features like call routing and voicemail to email same time every single day. Once it's setup it just works in the background without needing constant attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The desktop app could also feel a bit heavy at time compared to lighter communication tools especially on older machines. And sometimes some advance to settings aren't very intuitive and require either documentation or support help. So I guess it could be more easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now everything is centralised which means fewer missed calls faster responses and clearer accountability. For managers, call logs and analytics make it easier to understand call volume and team performance which helps improve customer experience without micro managing. And before using it calls, messages, and customer followups were scattered across different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Pure Video Meetings Experience”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

Thing that i like most about Go To Meeting is it has consistently maintained its superior video conferencing experience. It requires minimal training to start using it, meetings that require video facility and we require it all the time, Go To is perfect solution for sure, we've got it integrated with our Microsoft calendar to avoid overlapped meetings. What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

It's a standalone system, is not part of any ecosystem of Microsoft or Google. In this age of using an ecosystem that offers all the digital service under one license - having separate license and login may add some discomfort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It comes with pure video conferencing experience, anyone not having a link or invitation to join the meeting, can dial in with the meeting number as well using the local mobile carrier service to join the meeting. This is not possible with many widely used popular platforms, it does work satisfactory most of the time with low internet speed as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

I like that TeleCMI offers a mobile application which makes it easy for us to record details without having to log into a desktop or laptop. The mobile app allows us to monitor details and track reports efficiently. I appreciate having two options in the mobile app for both the admin and the agent. What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet particularly for video conferencing and attending my business meetings. JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by providing better audio and video quality even in low network coverage areas. Unlike other meeting apps, it does not have a time limit for free usage and provides longer duration for up to 100 participants, so I can easily attend longer meetings for free. “Fair pricing and a seamless experience for solopreneurs”
What do you like best about Allo?

I switched to Allo because the prices are realistic for a solopreneur and it works really well. I've been using it every day for 2 weeks. The implementation is super simple. You can use it either as a web app from a browser or from the Windows application. In both cases, the usage is ultra simple. The AI call summaries are almost instantaneous and the platform's design makes it super easy to use. Moreover, the growing number of integrations with different CRMs on the market makes it an essential tool. Special mention to Allo's customer service, Adrien and Léo, who are super responsive and do everything they can to satisfy customers. It's a big positive point and it's what some of their competitors lack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allo?

Having tested Aircall and Ringover, Allo truly ranks at the top of the list! While Aircall works really well but is super expensive, Ringover is just as expensive as Aircall but has terrible customer service and a platform that frankly leaves much to be desired, it's really a mess! In fact, in both cases, if you are a solo user, like me, these two platforms completely shut the door on you and do not allow you to use them. It's been 2 months now since Ringover promised me a quote to be able to purchase a new virtual number starting with 07. I'm still waiting... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Microsoft 365 Hub That Keeps Work Flowing Smoothly”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most is how Microsoft 365 brings my day-to-day work into one place, so I’m not juggling apps all day. Outlook handles email and calendar, Teams covers chat and meetings, OneDrive and SharePoint keep files organized, and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint take care of documents—all connected under the same sign-in. I can open a file in OneDrive, co-edit it with a teammate while we’re chatting in Teams, and then send a quick calendar invite without having to constantly context-switch. Overall it feels smoother than it used to; performance is better than a few years back, and small touches like presence and commenting across apps make collaboration feel natural instead of forced.

Getting set up on new machines is straightforward for me. I sign in, policies apply, and my mail, files, and apps sync down. I’m not spending a whole morning tweaking settings; most of the time it works out of the box. File sharing is cleaner too: I send links within the org, permissions carry over, and we avoid the old problem of five different versions floating around. When I move between devices—desktop to web to mobile—the experience stays consistent enough that I don’t lose my place. That ease of implementation is real, and it saves me time every quarter when we refresh laptops.

Feature-wise, it’s packed but still usable. Co-authoring in Word and Excel is a big win, comments and track changes feel less messy, and version history has saved me more than once when someone edits the wrong thing. Teams meetings with screen sharing and captions are solid, Outlook rules and delay send help keep client mail tidy, and Power Automate lets me set up quick flows to cut manual steps, like filing attachments or pinging a channel when a doc changes. Search across mail and files has improved—still not perfect, but good enough that I can find an old deck or thread quickly. The real value is the integration across apps: it keeps me moving without glue code or a dozen extensions. I’m in Microsoft 365 basically every workday, and it feels like far less friction than trying to stitch together a bunch of separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I don’t have many dislikes, but I do want to call out the occasional sign-in loop or sync hiccup. Every so often, OneDrive gets stuck and a file will show as syncing forever until I quit the app and restart it, and then it clears. I’ve also had rare moments where licensing checks keep nagging even though I’m already signed in; again, a restart usually fixes it. Updates can sometimes shuffle a button or menu around, which steals a few minutes while I relearn where a setting moved. None of this is a deal breaker for me—just small bumps that tend to show up at the wrong time, make me sigh, and then I keep going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves the scattered-workflow problem for me. Instead of bouncing between different vendors and trying to make them talk to each other, I can keep communication, files, and documents under one roof. That reduces context switching and helps prevent mistakes, because the calendar, chat, and file permissions all line up with our org policies. It also fixes the handoff mess: if I start a doc, a teammate can pick it up using the same link, comments stay with the file, and our conversation remains in the channel where the work actually lives, so decisions are visible and easy to follow.

It also takes a lot of the compliance and security headache off my plate. Company policies apply across apps, sharing links respect groups and roles, and I don’t have to worry that a random public link slipped out. Version history and audit trails help when I need to show who changed what and when. In practice, that means faster reviews, fewer “oops” moments with attachments, and less time spent chasing the right copy of a file. Day to day, the benefit is straightforward: I stay organized, I move faster, and working with clients and my team feels calmer because the suite keeps the pieces together without me having to wrestle it. “A flexible tool for organizing virtual events and hybrid team collaboration”
What do you like best about Gather?

What I like most about Gather is how easy it makes virtual collaboration feel. I use it in a business context for team meetings, onboarding sessions, and occasional training events. The customizable spaces create a more interactive environment compared to regular video calls. Moving around the virtual workspace helps keep people engaged, and the platform feels simple enough for anyone to join without technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?

The only downside is that performance can drop slightly if too many people join the same space, especially if their hardware isn't great. Also, some customization features require extra time to configure properly. Still, once everything is set up, the overall experience is smooth and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gather helps solve the problem of remote team disengagement by providing a more dynamic and interactive environment than standard video conferencing tools. For us, it makes onboarding more personal, improves team communication, and allows quick informal check-ins without scheduling a full meeting. It also centralizes resources inside the virtual workspace, which makes collaboration more fluid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best about NuaCom is the promptness of which I can get my questions answered. “Flexible and Reliable, but Admin Usability and Reporting Need Work”
What do you like best about 3CX?

3CX is a solid phone system for organizations that want flexibility and control without the cost of traditional telecom solutions.

It offers strong call handling features, softphone options, and integrations that work well for distributed teams. Setup is generally straightforward for users with basic technical knowledge, and once configured, the system is reliable for day-to-day operations. The web client and mobile apps make it easy for staff to take calls from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

Where 3CX can fall short is usability for non-technical administrators. Some configuration and troubleshooting tasks are not intuitive and may require outside support or documentation. Reporting is functional but limited, often requiring exports to get the insights needed for management review.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I feel that setting up RingEX — especially call flows, messaging, extensions, and advanced features — can be confusing or time-consuming, particularly for small businesses or those not familiar with UCaaS platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem: Many Teams struggle with multiple disconnected systems for phone calls, SMS, meetings, messaging, and fax — which leads to missed messages, lost context, and lower productivity.

RingEX Solves It By: Bringing all communications into one unified platform so you can access voice, video, chat, SMS, and fax from a single interface. That means less time switching apps and more time getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
