In my day-to-day work as a mechanical design engineer, I use JioMeet mainly for internal discussions, quick design reviews, and occasional client calls. What I find most useful is how consistently it performs even during longer sessions. We often share screens to explain CAD changes or walk through design updates, and the clarity remains stable without frequent drops. I also like that joining meetings is straightforward, especially when coordinating with team members who are not very technical. It doesn’t demand much setup, which saves time when meetings are scheduled back-to-back.
Another standout feature is that it provides essential functionalities like screen sharing, scheduling, and recording without unnecessary complexity. The fact that it integrates well with tools like calendar apps makes meeting management smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t always feel as feature rich when compared to some other meeting platforms, especially when it comes to advanced collaboration tools. Also, when multiple people are on video along with screen sharing, the interface can feel slightly restrictive in terms of visibility and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
