"Flawless for Long Calls; Needs Better Visual Collaboration Tools"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I appreciate most about jiomeet is how it seamlessly combines exceptional functionality with a highly user-friendly experience. Here is a breakdown of the standout features that make it my preferred platform:

Uninterrupted 24 hour free meetings: The free tier is truly unmatched. Unlike other platforms that force you to restart a session after 40 or 60 minutes, jiomeet allows uninterrupted meetings for up to 24 hours. This is an absolute lifesaver during intensive collaborative events like hackathons. It allows our team to maintain an "always-on" virtual workspace for all-nighters, ensuring constant communication and flow without the frustrating disruption of generating and sharing new meeting links every hour.

Native whatsApp integration: This has fundamentally improved how I handle external communications. jiomeet features a whatsapp chatbot that sends automated meeting reminders and direct join links straight to your phone. When I am connecting with diverse stakeholders especially when discussing supply chain logistics or service operations with partners who rely heavily on mobile messaging rather than email this ensures everyone gets to the meeting easily and on time. It takes the friction out of onboarding external guests.

Lightweight and resource efficient: As someone who needs their computer to perform optimally at all times, I love that jiomeet is highly optimized and doesn't consume excessive RAM. It runs smoothly in the background, meaning I can simultaneously operate heavy development environments, design tools, or multiple browser tabs without experiencing any system lag, freezing, or crashes.

Seamless onboarding and setup: The initial setup process is refreshingly straightforward. You don't have to jump through hoops or navigate complex IT configurations to get started. Creating an account and hosting a meeting takes just a few clicks, making it highly accessible and completely frictionless for everyone joining the call.

AI-powered instant translation: The integration of AI for real-time translation across multiple languages is a massive competitive advantage. It effectively breaks down language barriers, allowing for effortless and inclusive communication. Whether we are collaborating with diverse team members or international peers, the instant translation ensures that everyone can participate fully and understand the conversation without missing a beat.

Highly cost effective: The fact that such a robust tool complete with extended durations, low system impact, and advanced AI features is completely free to use makes it an invaluable asset. It delivers an enterprise-grade experience without eating into any budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

It does have several noticeable drawbacks, particularly when the demands of a project scale up. Here is an elaborate look at the platform's specific pain points and limitations:

Limited Advanced Collaboration Features : While the generous time limit is great for open discussions, the platform falls short when you need to actively build something together. When trying to map out complex supply chain logistics for an agri-service venture or run highly interactive team workshops, the native whiteboarding and breakout room functionalities feel rudimentary compared to platforms like microsoft teams or zoom. It lacks the robust, integrated toolset required for dynamic, visual brainstorming, making those sessions feel rigid.

Screen Sharing Lag with High-Resolution: ContentOne of the most frustrating performance issues occurs during screen sharing. If I need to showcase 4K cinematic drone footage or present high-fidelity digital assets during a pitch, the platform frequently struggles to keep up. The frame rate often drops significantly, and the video playback stutters or freezes. jiomeet seems unoptimized for streaming heavy, dynamic visual content smoothly, which severely detracts from the professional polish of a presentation.

Inconsistent Quality on Fluctuating Networks: Although it is frequently marketed as being optimized for low bandwidth, the reality is that slight instabilities in the internet connection often lead to immediate audio clipping and heavily pixelated video. When networking with potential industry stakeholders or trying to make a strong impression during a critical project pitch, these sudden drops in audio and video quality disrupt the natural flow of conversation and can come across as unprofessional.

Clunky User Interface for Large Events: The user interface lacks the intuitive, refined polish found in top-tier enterprise competitors. When coordinating large-scale virtual events like managing multiple speakers, coordinating transitions, and handling attendees for collegiate TED talks the UI can feel cumbersome. Toggling between participant lists, chat boxes, waiting rooms, and host controls requires too many clicks. The layout simply doesn't adapt as elegantly when trying to quickly manage high-volume, structured meetings.

Delayed Access to Cloud Recordings: After hosting a long collaborative session or a guest speaker, the processing time required to access cloud recordings is noticeably slow. If I need to quickly review specific operational details discussed during a meeting or immediately share the session's insights with team members who were absent, waiting hours for the recording file to become available creates an unnecessary and frustrating bottleneck in the workflow. "Smooth Experience For Daily Professional Communication"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

what I like about JioMeet is that it feels simple and practical for my professional work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I use it frequently for patient follow up consultations, nutrition strategy discussions, weight loss review sessions and communication with other professionals. Ease of use is good because scheduling and joining meetings feels easy without much setup, and implementation was also simple for me.

screen sharing is very useful during meetings because I often explain diet charts, meal plans, reports and health presentations to patients. Recurring meetings, waiting room and mute controls also help in managing consultation sessions in a more organized way. Performance is smooth most of the time because audio and video quality stays stable and meetings work properly even on normal internet connection. Chat and meeting link sharing are also very helpfull.

The number of Features feels enough for regular workflow because scheduling, screen sharing, recurring meetings and meeting controls are available in one place without making the interface confusing. Overall, it works well for patient communication, online nutrition consultations, health education discussions and daily professional coordination work without making the meeting process complicated. What do you dislike about JioMeet?

sometimes while handling back to back consultation meetings, notifications and meeting management can feel little less smooth. I also noticed that if many participants join together, audio quality may fluctuate for few seconds depending on internet connection. For my work, I often switch between patient reports, diet charts and meeting windows together, so sometimes the overall workflow feels slightly less flexible compared to some bigger meeting platforms. Apart from that, for regular professional communication and consultation work it works fine for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JioMeet’s 24-Hour Free Meetings Plan Make Team Calls Seamless"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

JioMeet is the best video conferencing app for our team. The long call duration in the free plan makes it stand out from its competitors. It’s especially useful for us because we have a lot of discussions in our internal meetings, and JioMeet is able to handle them seamlessly, offering up to 24 hours of meeting time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

When I join a meeting from my phone, the video quality drops. I once tried to show the office whiteboard from my phone because my laptop wasn’t available, but my teammates working from home couldn’t see it clearly due to the low quality. I think the technical team could fix this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, User-Friendly Meetings with Smooth Performance on JioMeet"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I like most about JioMeet is how easy it is to start or join meetings right from the dashboard, without any confusion. I’ve used it for online meetings, and the interface feels clean, simple, and user-friendly. Features like scheduling meetings and the quick-join option are especially helpful, since they let me check my audio and video before I enter a call. Overall, the performance is smooth, and the audio/video quality is generally stable during meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

One thing I don’t like about JioMeet is that the audio or video quality can sometimes drop a bit when the internet connection isn’t very stable. This can lead to minor delays or lag during meetings. Also, compared to some other platforms, the interface could use a little improvement so navigation feels more intuitive for new users. Overall, it works well, but better performance in these situations would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet particularly for video conferencing and attending my business meetings. JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by providing better audio and video quality even in low network coverage areas. Unlike other meeting apps, it does not have a time limit for free usage and provides longer duration for up to 100 participants, so I can easily attend longer meetings for free. The initial setup was very easy, as I could simply download the app, log in or create an account using Gmail and phone number, give permissions like camera and microphone, and then upload personal details if desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

The UI can be made more better for a new user and also features like in-meeting polls and quizzes should be introduced and should be integrated with Google Calendar and Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Reliable Meetings Without the Hassle"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I like about JioMeet is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is very easy to use, even for first-time users, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes joining or hosting meetings quick and hassle-free. I also appreciate its stable audio and video quality, which performs well even on moderate internet connections.

Another major advantage is that it's lightweight and doesn't consume too many system resources , making it suitable for users with average devices .

Features like screen sharing , scheduling and in-meeting chats are well integrated and work smoothly without interruption . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

JioMeet lacks some advanced features, such as third-party integrations and detailed meeting analytics. Occasionally, I run into minor glitches with screen sharing or notice slight delays. It also provides fewer customization options than more established video conferencing platforms, which can make it feel a bit limited at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Effortless Meetings—Quick to Join or Host, Even in the Browser""
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I like best about JioMeet is how simple and reliable it is for daily use. We use it regularly for internal team meetings (around 10–15 members) and client calls. Joining meetings is quick, and even non-technical team members can use it easily without any confusion. The video and audio quality are generally clear, and screen sharing works smoothly during presentations. It also works well on both mobile and desktop, which is helpful when I need to join meetings while traveling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

A few things about JioMeet don’t work as well for me and could definitely be improved. One issue is that it feels a bit limited compared to other meeting apps. It covers the basics, but when you need more advanced features—like better collaboration tools, integrations, or customization—it starts to feel lacking. Another thing is performance on weaker internet. While it works fine on a good connection, I’ve noticed that on slower networks the video can lag and audio can get out of sync. The interface is okay, but it could be more polished. Sometimes it feels a bit basic or slightly cluttered, and not as smooth or modern as some competitors. There are also occasional technical hiccups—like minor glitches, lag during screen sharing, or the app using more device resources than expected—which can be frustrating during important meetings. "JioMeet: Delivers what it promises (and it’s made in India!)"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

This is a made in india app. If you’ve used Zoom, this is almost exactly similar to it feature-wise. It is decent for one on one meetings and also supports hundreds of participants. For iOS, the app is lightweight and extremely smooth to use. I have used it when it was just launched and I started using it few months back, I could see many positive upgrades. The app doesn't glitch, chats are fast and all the meetings are password protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

This app had issues when it just launched but it has drastically improved now. Although there are times, the audio isn’t stable. But this is something that can be overlooked due to its various positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, dependable Video call app with a Clean and Familiar Interface"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

My favorite thing about JioMeet is its simplicity and dependability in daily usage. Its user-friendly interface is very clean, and it's quite similar to Google Meet. This way, you do not spend much time getting used to the system.

I am always satisfied with my audio/video calling experience because, with this app, one can be sure that the call will be clear even in case there's an average internet connection. Besides, I like that there are no excessive functions in JioMeet. it provides only basic capabilities that one might need. Also, it is free for personal use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

If you have more than 30 members, you will have upgrade to the paid plan. Zoom allow more users on free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplistic and Reliable for Everyday Meetings"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet mainly for online meetings and quick video calls because it’s simple to set up and works well for both personal and professional use. The interface is clean, making it easy for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy to join a meeting. The video and audio quality are generally good, especially on a stable internet connection. I appreciate features like screen sharing and scheduling meetings, which are helpful for work or study. JioMeet is a reliable and easy-to-use app for everyday virtual communication. What I like most is how hassle-free it is—you can just open the app, join or start a meeting, and you’re good to go. I appreciate the clean interface where everything is easy to find. It covers all the essentials without feeling overloaded. Joining a meeting is quick, without long loading times or complicated steps. It runs fairly well even on average internet connections without dropping calls too often. The app is lightweight and doesn’t lag much even on a regular smartphone. For a small team of around 10 to 50 people, it handled our meetings smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
