What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Sometimes it provides the low quality during the meeting in video as well as mic due to the slower network connection, it is not optimmized for the slower network connection. Also it had not the advance features like other meeting apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

At the moment, I notice that not many of my colleagues are using Jio Meet. Whenever I invite them to join, they need to sign up and start using the platform, which turns out to be a time-consuming process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy-to-Use Video Conferencing Solution"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet for online meetings, team discussions, and virtual collaboration. It helps me connect with colleagues or clients through secure video calls, screen sharing, and chat, making remote communication simple and reliable. What I like most about JioMeet is its ease of use and reliability. It offers smooth video calls, simple meeting setup, and useful features like screen sharing without needing complex configuration, making online meetings quick and hassle-free. In JioMeet, I value screen sharing the most for clear collaboration and the simple meeting controls because they make managing calls quick and hassle-free. The initial setup of JioMeet was straightforward and quick—easy installation and simple account setup meant I could start meetings without hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I’d like JioMeet to improve call stability on weaker networks and add more interactive features (like in-call annotations or built-in polls), which would make meetings smoother and more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and Reliable for Long-Form Meetings"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I really appreciate JioMeet's WhatsApp integration and reminders, which make it super convenient to get meeting notifications directly to WhatsApp, reducing stress over locating links. The unified contact list is fantastic as it combines my phone's contacts and corporate directory, allowing seamless transition from personal to professional calls. I love the 24-hour meeting limit, which is great for avoiding the constant need to re-join on other platforms. Device switching is another standout feature that lets me move between PC and mobile without missing a beat. I also find the low bandwidth mode very valuable; it switches to audio-only during poor connections, making sure the call continues smoothly. Another great feature is that guests can join via a web browser without needing to download the app, which is great for professionalism and accessibility. Finally, the Safe Driving Mode is a thoughtful addition that prioritizes safety by providing large, easy-to-tap buttons for essential controls during calls while driving. What do you dislike about JioMeet?

1. Video Quality Ceiling: While JioMeet is 'HD', it generally tops out at 720p, which can feel slightly soft or 'fuzzy' compared to the 1080p standard many competitors offer on paid tiers. An option for 1080p streaming would be beneficial. 2. Screen Sharing 'Hiccups': Users sometimes report black screens or lag when starting a screen share, and an 'audio echo' can occur if sharing a video with sound. The transition into screen-sharing could be snappier and more consistent across web and app versions. 3. Streamlining the Update Process: Updates can be frequent and intrusive, sometimes popping up right as a meeting is starting. Silent background updates or post-meeting update prompts would be helpful. 4. Better Browser Optimization: Optimizing the WebRTC version to use less CPU would benefit those joining meetings on older office laptops, preventing issues like loud fans and audio lag due to an overworked processor. "Easy, Reliable, and Accessible Video Calls"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet for conversing with friends and office colleagues via video calls, no matter the distance, and I feel connected and life feels easier. It makes it easy to interact with my loved ones with a smooth experience, be it with video or audio, in real time, without interruption. I appreciate the core features like sharing screen, talking, and clarifying points in important discussions in real time, given how easy it is to implement, access, and use. I like that it works well even on average internet, the user interface, ease of access, and implementation even for a layman with no prior technical experience. The shareability of meeting links and how easy it is to join, share the screen, and hold focused discussions without wasting time on how to use the given features are other positives for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Even though it happens not quite frequently, I experience a disturbed call quality on unstable networks. Apart from that, it feels up to mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup with Seamless Connection"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I like using JioMeet because accessing my loved ones and friends who are distant becomes easier via video chats. The fact that timing and distance issues don't matter anymore with JioMeet is really handy. I appreciate that there is no limit on accessing it, so I don't have to worry about meetings ending midway, especially during important and serious discussions. The meet link shareability is great because, with just one click, a user is in, with no complexities in further steps. I find the user interface of JioMeet quite appealing, which led me to consider switching to it permanently. The initial setup was super simple, with no learning curve, making it easily accessible even for someone with no technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I find that audio cuts off at random moments, which is rare but still noticeable. Also, while sharing screens, it can get stuck, though this happens very rarely. Video freezing is common, but I guess that's an issue across many platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy-to-Use with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet regularly for client meetings, professional calls, and interviews. It's a reliable and straightforward platform with a clean and easy interface, helping clients and interview candidates join meetings without confusion. The platform is easy to use and doesn't waste my time. The most important feature for me is the ability to meet with clients at any time, making work smoother and more efficient. JioMeet has made my business very successful by supporting meetings with clients, customer service, and product discussions. We switched from Zoom/Google Meet to JioMeet because it's simpler for clients and more stable on mobile data. The lightweight interface makes interviews smoother and reduces technical issues. Setting up JioMeet is very easy and straightforward, with no confusing configuration processes or settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Sometimes the audio can drop slightly if the network becomes unstable. It's not a major issue, but a bit more optimization for low-network conditions would help, especially during interviews. I think smarter noise cancellation would be useful during client meetings, particularly in noisy environments. It would also be beneficial to have an improved system that automatically reduces video quality but keeps audio clear during low bandwidth conditions. Enhanced waiting room controls, like custom messages or approval settings, are needed for organized interviews and client sessions. More interactive presentation tools, such as built-in whiteboard improvements and drawing tools, would make demos and training sessions better. The UI could be more modern. "Smooth and User-Friendly Conferencing"
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet mainly for video conferencing with clients and connecting with my distant family. I appreciate that even on an average network, it provides a very smooth experience. It's probably easier to use and implement than other platforms I have used, like Google Meet. What I really like is that it works perfectly even for a layman with no technical experience. The smooth operation without glitches in voice and video, the normal to high quality, and the ease of use make JioMeet stand out. The link shareability is also smoother, making it easy for anyone to join a meeting, and the user interface is great, even for someone with no technical background.
