What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I handle daily client follow ups and online consultation queries, so I needed one place to keep track of calls and reminders. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I mainly use Pipedrive to note down client names, phone numbers, and to set follow-up calls for diet and consultation work. Earlier I used to forget some follow-ups when work got busy. Now I just open Pipedrive and see who I need to call today.

It was easy to start using it. I added a few people and made call reminders on the same day without reading any long guide. I use it regularly during the week when clients message me for diet follow ups or when someone asks for an online consultation. It helps me keep my small daily work organised without making things complicated.

The features I use are simple but useful for me, like activities for calls, contact details in one place, and a basic pipeline to track one or two consultation cases. I also connected my email and calendar so I can see reminders on time. It fits well with how I already work in the clinic and while handling health education queries, and it saves me from writing things on paper or in random notes. When I open the app, I can see my pending calls for the day and the name of the person I need to contact. This helps me plan my day better and finish small follow-ups on time. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

Performio is primarily solving the headache of manual commission tracking and the "shadow accounting" I used to do just to make sure my payouts were accurate. The biggest benefit for me is definitely having that consolidated view; I no longer have to hunt through different systems to see my progress, which saves me a ton of time and anxiety.

However, the benefit is a bit of a double-edged sword because of the platform's delivery. Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful.
