I like that Remuner seamlessly connects with our CRM and allows us to map data however we want. Even if some fields are missing in our CRM, I can create custom ones or perform calculations directly in Remuner, which keeps our CRM clean. The tool itself is also very intuitive. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and the Remuner team, specifically Anna, was super helpful throughout the process. Additionally, Remuner replaces the need for spreadsheet and manual commission tracking and calculation, saving a lot of time for both the sales reps and the finance team.

**What do you dislike about Remuner?**

For now, approval goes to all chosen users at once, and it would be great to be able to set the hierarchy.

What I like most about Remuner is the clarity and peace of mind it brings to something as sensitive as team compensation. I especially highlight the simplicity of use, as it is intuitive and you don't need to be an expert in labor matters to understand everything. I also appreciate the real-time visibility, as you can see the impact of any change instantly, and the orderly management of variables. I like the sense of scalability and the ability to make strategic decisions with clear data, not estimates. Additionally, the initial setup was much simpler than we expected, with a quite intuitive setup, clear data loading, and good support from the team.

If I have to mention something, from a constructive perspective, it is the greater customization of some reports. More configurable dashboards, more advanced simulators, greater analytical depth, more granular filters.

What I value most about Remuner is its flexibility and ease of use. Its no-code interface allowed us to design and implement complex compensation plans in a matter of days, without relying on developers or third parties. Additionally, the human support has been outstanding: the Remuner team not only responds quickly but also engages strategically, proposing improvements and actively accompanying us in our evolution.

One of the areas to improve is the auditing and administrative reporting capability. Currently, it is not possible to generate individual downloadable PDF reports per user to deliver to HR, which limits the automation of information transfer to these areas.

Remuner resolved our main bottlenecks in multi-currency commission management at the root, across multiple countries and with diverse teams. Previously, the process was manual, error-prone, and lacked transparency. Today, with Remuner, we have managed to automate the commission calculation with a maximum latency of 15 minutes, providing total and real-time visibility to the sales team, drastically reducing errors and reprocessing, and integrating smoothly with HubSpot. This not only represented a significant saving in operational hours but also strengthened internal trust, improved the seller's experience, and freed the team to focus on higher-value tasks.

Before even opening Slack or my calendar, I check Remuner. I see how I did last week, what my objectives are, and what I need to focus on this week. It has become a fundamental part of my work. What I like the most is its simulator, it allows me to make projections to understand how I can end the month. It motivates the whole team and gives us much more visibility.

At the moment I haven't detected anything, I hope we keep using it always, to be honest.

I'm not sure how I managed comp planning before Remuner. It's intuitive and quick to access, and has become a key part of my weekly routine. The product has also improved a lot since we started, especially the mobile phone experience and recommendations. Integration with our sales stack was also very smooth! It's made our compensation model feel easy and predictable. The initial setup was super easy, and Sergio and Conor helped explain everything in detail.

What I like most about Remuner is that it updates quite quickly and conveniently. It's easy to see sales, decreases, increases, and pack drops. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

It could be much more useful in calculating incentives. Remuner does not indicate in euros how much I need to reach the next tier, but rather shows it as a percentage. This makes the calculation difficult, as I have to do it manually.
