What I value most about Remuner is its flexibility and ease of use. Its no-code interface allowed us to design and implement complex compensation plans in a matter of days, without relying on developers or third parties. Additionally, the human support has been outstanding: the Remuner team not only responds quickly but also engages strategically, proposing improvements and actively accompanying us in our evolution. What do you dislike about Remuner?

One of the areas to improve is the auditing and administrative reporting capability. Currently, it is not possible to generate individual downloadable PDF reports per user to deliver to HR, which limits the automation of information transfer to these areas. What do you like best about Remuner?

I really like Remuner's ability to provide clear visibility for team members regarding their performance and goals. I also appreciate the reduction in manual tracking and spreadsheet-based reports. Additionally, I value how it aligns the areas of customer success, sales, and finance. The more organized and objective structure for performance evaluations is equally valuable. What do you like best about Remuner?

Before even opening Slack or my calendar, I check Remuner. I see how I did last week, what my objectives are, and what I need to focus on this week. It has become a fundamental part of my work. What I like the most is its simulator, it allows me to make projections to understand how I can end the month. It motivates the whole team and gives us much more visibility. What do you like best about Remuner?

What I like most about Remuner is that it updates quite quickly and conveniently. It's easy to see sales, decreases, increases, and pack drops. Also, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remuner?

What do you like best about Remuner?

From an admin standpoint, the biggest win is how much time it saves me every month. I used to spend days reconciling spreadsheets, double-checking formulas, and answering payout questions. Now, everything is automated and transparent. The Salesforce and Netsuite integrations were smooth, and the onboarding team made implementation much easier than I expected. I like that Remuner makes the complex simple. It provides visibility and alignment, in addition to reducing human errors. The data flow from Salesforce, which is often chaotic, is displayed on the platform with great clarity. It's evident that the platform is built with the end user (AEs) in mind since they themselves love it.
