What I value most about Remuner is its flexibility and ease of use. Its no-code interface allowed us to design and implement complex compensation plans in a matter of days, without relying on developers or third parties. One of the areas to improve is the auditing and administrative reporting capability. Currently, it is not possible to generate individual downloadable PDF reports per user to deliver to HR, which limits the automation of information transfer to these areas. From an admin standpoint, the biggest win is how much time it saves me every month. I used to spend days reconciling spreadsheets, double-checking formulas, and answering payout questions.
