What do you like best about Performio?

Performio streamlines commission tracking, making the process both simple and transparent. I rely on it regularly to check payout accuracy, forecast my commissions, and analyze deal-level metrics. The dashboard offers all the essential features I require without being overwhelming, and its integration with our CRM ensures data remains consistent. After getting used to the interface, I found it very intuitive to navigate, which has saved me a significant amount of time compared to handling reports manually. What do you dislike about Performio?

While Performio generally performs well, I find that the interface could be more responsive and user-friendly. Certain pages tend to take a few extra seconds to load, and the design of the reports appears somewhat outdated. The main features are solid, but the platform is missing some of the refinement and quickness found in newer solutions. What I like best about Performio is how it takes the headache out of managing sales commissions. It's clear, automated, and removes the guesswork—sales reps can see exactly how their commissions are calculated, and admins save hours of manual work.

I find it problematic that the breakdown of the MRR actuals based on the work order is missing from the dashboard. It is only available under the 'my orders' tab. This segmentation makes it less convenient to access all relevant information at a glance. I would prefer if this feature were integrated into the dashboard to improve accessibility and efficiency. What do you like best about Performio?

In my 10 years of selling, I had never had a way to digitally approve my monthly commissions until I was introduced to Performio. Seeing an itemized list of sales in real-time means I can check it every day or at the start of every week to make sure I'm staying on track. What do you like best about Performio?

Performio is a great software which has everything you need as an Account Manager to manage your workload. You can access your workload, your monthly/yearly target, results. It talks to Salesforce and any changes you make to the dollar value in an account in Salesforce is reflected in Performio. You can also see any incentives/competitions the company is running for its employees and how you are performing against the targets. I've never had to contact our IT team for any issues and I've never seen it down. I use this everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
