The ability to “Enrich” contact information is especially helpful, because it shows us when someone is not just a buyer lead but also a homeowner and potential seller. The integration with our CRM is fantastic and keeps everything in one place. The only thing that took a little time was getting used to Fello’s terminology and how that language relates to each contact. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. This is the only plugin I have been able to find that has the specific features i was looking for. It creates the valuation on the fly, emails it to the lead, while capturing the lead. This is fantastic and very affordable. It is also super easy to administrate and they offer spot on documentation making it that much easier to use. Lastly their support is phenomenal.
