This is the only plugin I have been able to find that has the specific features I was looking for. It creates the valuation on the fly, emails it to the lead, while capturing the lead. This is fantastic and very affordable. It is also super easy to administrate and they offer spot on documentation making it that much easier to use. Lastly their support is phenomenal.
