I never felt rushed, and I especially appreciated Jack’s creative, solution-oriented mindset when it came to fine-tuning layouts. Toward the end, the feedback cycle felt a bit more reactive—something I could have managed better on my end—but having a centralized place to view project progress, see which pages were ready for review, and which were still in development would have been incredibly helpful. Lastly, something I wasn’t aware of until after we migrated to AgentFire was that the platform is built on an outdated version of WordPress. The whole support team was very helpful in crafting creative workarounds post-launch, the older infrastructure does present some limitations—particularly in terms of customizing landing pages or certain site features. Had I known this earlier, I may have approached the decision with a bit more caution because I find myself messaging support frequently to update small changes. The positive is that the support team is extremely responsive. **What problems is AgentFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgentFire helped us solve two major challenges: creating a cohesive, well-designed site with consistent layout throughout, and building a backend that’s easy for our team to manage. Their platform makes it simple to create landing pages and update content, which was a big priority for us. First, I loved the site and saw its potential. Even at a more entry level point, the design was superior to other offerings. Perhaps not second, let's call it 1B, Max, the salesperson who worked with me initially, was helpful, patient, and positive. I'm not their biggest client (yet) but that didn't matter. Once I started working with Agent Fire we did hit a bump in the road BUT that's when Jack stepped in and ended up exceeding my expectations in every way. When I was in a different industry I judged companies by their ability to work through things. When I found people I could work with, I tend to be very loyal to them because I feel like everyone can be great when absolutely nothing goes wrong. It takes mature professionals to find solutions and work well with clients. At one point a team member, Ruby, stepped in and within a couple of minutes we had everything worked out. This is a big deal in my opinion. I give them five stars all around for this. With respect to the design, Jack was incredibly creative and seemed to just "get" what I was going for with my website. Every company has a personality (or should) and he captured it perfectly with his design. He was patient and gave me a lot of options without pressuring me. The end result is a website that I am proud to present. He was great with balancing asthetics with user experience. Isn't that what a great design is all about? Blending form and function?
