I like that Fello gives our clients reliable, up-to-date insights on their home’s equity. It lets us focus our follow-up on the people who are actually engaging with the platform. The ability to “Enrich” contact information is especially helpful, because it shows us when someone is not just a buyer lead but also a homeowner and potential seller. The integration with our CRM is fantastic and keeps everything in one place. The only thing that took a little time was getting used to Fello’s terminology and how that language relates to each contact.
