**What do you like best about Fello?**

We have an amazing Customer Success Partner.  The system offers so much, we were overwhelmed when we started.  Our on-boarding was handled by someone else and the experience was not ideal.  We still were lost in how to make the system work for us.  

However, when we started working with Tamarah McKinney everything changed.  She explained how to leverage the system to get maximum results and guided us through how to maneuver through the system to get the most information on our clients.  She's also knowledgeable in FUB, which is extremely helpful to us!

We are thrilled with our investment and have already secured a few listings simply from the engagement initiated by the system.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

So much to learn, and utilize it's hard to identify where to best start to get the results quickly.  Having a good Customer Success Partner definitely helps bridge the gap.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fello daily.  It helps us stay connected with the right prospects and past clients by bringing to our attention the ones with the highest lead score, but also sends consistant engaging communication to people in our database that we most likely would not have contacted.

We have been using the system since November and have already secured listings we were not expecting.  We've even connected with out of state buyers because we can see they are selling their homes and will be moving to our state!

**What do you like best about Fello?**

The integration with FollowUpBoss is fantastic; it's a smooth part of my CRM, including an Action Plan to remind me to call people who inquire through Fello. The data is incredible; I love taking a call and going to a listing appointment with multiple AVMS, the mortgage info, reliable owner info, etc. The mortgage and owner info has been highly reliable so far. The hands-off email campaigns are also fantastic, they create regular leadflow with ZERO management from me, and with a professional, non-invasive, value-add tone that I respect. Finally the customer service, support, and general vibe of the team is fantastic, they have been great to work with and really invested in my success, even as a small single agent.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The postcard campaigns were very unsuccessful and expensive; I wasted a lot of money on those before taking a hard look at the analytics.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better information when approaching sellers. The ability to offer sellers what they often are aware of wanting (a quick online number), as a way to meet their immediate needs while helping to educate them. A genuine, hands-free way to manage long-term nurture of low-intent contacts with excellent white-label setup; fantastic branding for me.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

I like that Fello gives our clients reliable, up-to-date insights on their home’s equity. It lets us focus our follow-up on the people who are actually engaging with the platform. The ability to “Enrich” contact information is especially helpful, because it shows us when someone is not just a buyer lead but also a homeowner and potential seller. The integration with our CRM is fantastic and keeps everything in one place. Lastly, our rep, Tamarah, has been incredibly helpful with onboarding and is always sharing great ideas on how we can use Fello at a higher level.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The only thing that took a little time was getting used to Fello’s terminology and how that language relates to each contact. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once I understood the labels and what they meant, everything made a lot more sense.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fello, we didn’t have a clean way to integrate home value tools with our CRM or easily see how our leads were interacting. We also had no simple way to know whether a “buyer lead” already owned a home. Fello solves both problems by tying engagement data directly into our CRM and showing us which leads are also homeowners, so we’re working with better, clearer data on everyone in our system.

Fello has so many great features and resources. It’s we love the automation of emails that go out that provide a touch point for our database and the AI features that help us determine which leads to reach out to. It’s really been helpful for our business.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

This is not just Fello - this is any lead source that is providing home estimate or home valuations, but sometimes the numbers or the value can be a little off because the estimator took doesn’t always take into account any updates. But that is normal with a tool like that. That’s not much we don’t love about Fello!

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fello, we didn’t get in front of our database as much as now. And now that we are more top of mind and fellow sends consistent reminder emails of home valuation, we have been able to convert more of our existing leads. It’s definitely been a win for us in our business, and we are super thankful for Fello!

Although I have a very good CRM, I find that there are too many procedures involved in sending an effective message to my database. Fello, on the other hand, is targeting the high-propensity members of my database with appealing offers, and as a result, we are receiving responses and starting conversations.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

This technology feels far more advanced than my current understanding of AI, which makes me a bit apprehensive that I might be missing important aspects. Clearly, I have some catching up to do.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real estate industry is layered with complexities, especially when it comes to lead generation, which is often surrounded by compliance challenges. Being able to connect with more high-intent individuals who explicitly grant permission to be contacted truly changes the game. I have always felt that sending cards, letters, and mailers to entire subdivisions was inefficient and wasteful. Now, with Fello and its AI systems, I am better able to identify the right people to engage with, focus my efforts, and ensure I am reaching those who matter most.

I appreciate how the system can search through my database to identify potential sellers among the many contacts available, as well as the additional enhancement features it offers. Noticing lost opportunities, such as when a home is listed with another agent, is also valuable. It serves as a reminder that I may need to improve my follow-up efforts to increase conversion.

When it comes to pricing structure, as a boutique firm, I am seeking a solution that offers all the features I need at the most cost-effective price. I want the system to provide tools that will help both myself and my agents serve our clients more efficiently, while keeping costs as low as possible.  They provide what we need and it's competitive but always looking to help with costs.

We’ve been able to tailor Fello to our needs without any hassle, and it’s been simple to fold it into our daily lead-gen routine. The different segments are helpful, the site is easy to use, and Jamie Pedersen has been incredible throughout the process. She’s always just an email away, and her biweekly calls make onboarding feel manageable. She constantly shares small tips that make our experience even better. She asks questions about what our pain points are and our pillars of business and then has used that information to build our Fello to work even more effortlessly for us.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

I wish it was more sync'd with Follow up boss without the need for workflows. I can say that our success manager has handled all of our workflows so this hasn't been a real issue.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fello, we were using another home-value system that was easy enough but didn’t give us any meaningful data to use in real conversations with our clients. It also didn’t offer any insight into why someone might be thinking about selling or becoming a hot lead.

Fello gives us all of that. It pulls in tons of information with almost no work on our end, scores each lead, adds them to a hot sheet, and even gives us talking points for outreach. And any time we’ve had a question, our Success Manager, Jamie Pedersen, jumps right in and makes everything simple. It truly feels like she’s part of our team.

I like that Fello is user friendly, a real effective way to find and do business. From filling in the blanks in my database, to providing landing pages for easy Open House sign in's, providing marketing postcards to encourage interaction from my database.  The list goes on and on. It is easy to make the investment into Fello because not only is it easy to learn and implement protocals but you can integrate it with your CRM and most importantly, I love that I have the support team.  Working with Jamie P. is the greatest thing next to sliced bread. She helps me learn Fello, but more importantly makes it easy for me to understand and work the platform and she constantly reveals the benefits of using Fello.

The credits! but that is more of a selfish thing. LOL

Fello is allowing me to interact more with the lesser known individuals in my database. Fello holds me accountable to being there for my database and building a stonger community within it.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Our team of 40 agents has been using Fello, with about 10 agents currently assigned seats. We manage roughly 30,000 leads and bring in additional traffic from Realtor.com, and so far we’ve been very happy with the platform.

With the help of Fello’s incredible support team, we’ve been able to engage with hundreds of leads that we likely wouldn’t have reached on our own. We’ve already set several appointments, and our email engagement rates are noticeably higher than before. Their team has also been instrumental in helping us build effective SmartLists and notifications for our unique system, which has made it easier for our agents to identify and call potentially hot leads at the right time.

The only challenge we’ve encountered is the per-seat cost. Because only a quarter of our agents need active access, paying for 40 seats isn’t practical for us.

Consistent weekly trainings to keep the entire team engaged and confident in the platform is our next priority. 

Overall, Fello has been a strong value-add for our team and our clients!

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The per-seat cost. We would prefer to pay based on the number of leads we are nurturing, rather than how many agents we have on the team. There are too many agents that do not take full advantage of the systems we have to offer, so paying for another system for each of them is difficult to justify

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had difficulty nurturing so many leads on a consistent basis, especially those of which we did not have accurate information for. Fello solved the issue of finding the CORRECT information, and has taken care of nurturing all our homeowner leads without us having to press any buttons.

The automated emails that go out to our client base so even if we aren't in direct contact with them, they are still getting touches from our team!

Sometimes when we have an active listing, it will still show up as a listing that we missed? It only happens with certain agents and I have learned to ignore it, but it is not ideal!

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello is helping us to ensure that even if our agents are slacking on staying in touch with their past clients, we can count on Fello to be showcasing our team as the experts. We often find that many agents can be transactional and quickly move on to the next client, which is a problem because past clients and referrals are the backbone of our business, so trusting Fello to deliver those touches has been fantastic!

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Fello makes it incredibly easy to keep tabs on your database (even if they are making moves without you), WHICH allows you to decide if you want to double down on that relationship and try to win them back or let them go and clean your system. It's also organized very well - the dashboard is intuitive, and it's SO easy to get help from the support team and from your point of contact. I work with a lot of different software and tech companies, and Fello stands out because they really do work to answer in the most timely and efficient way possible (I love that they will send a Loom video - saving us all time). I love that while they have a well-built out helpdesk/video trainings/support documents, they don't rely on that as the end-all be-all and will jump into your business with you and help you get the system working with your already built business practices

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The sync / API connections are great - it would be nice if there was a two-way sync option or a way to track contacts directly in the platform for agent accountability. I can see how if you don't keep an eye on it the calls needed won't get made, and then the platform could "appear" to not be adding value - anything that would increase the accountability visibility to what movement was actually made on a person/contact in the system

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello gives us a real value to add to our clients post close. Their dashboard goes beyond the basic insights, and with the ability to customize and really build it out helps us continously drive traffic back to a place that isn't just our website full of primarily listings - it helps match our audience (the closed database and close SOI) with the right messaging that leads with a value first (continual market monitoring on their specific home) and then also allows us to get some great data on the leading indicators that tell us who we should be honing in on with the AI lead scoring system. At any given time we can dial into the 10% of the database that we know will buy,sell, or refer that year.

Fello has given us the opportunity to gently reach out to each person in our database and ask the question that every home owner wants to know.... their value! **What do you like best about Fello?**

The quality of the website that the end user gets with 4 or 5 valuations. My clients love it and I see them going back several times to see their valuations. The ability to personalize and brand, as well as the ability to use video as part of my lead follow-up in Fello. The fello community is also very supportive and helpful with advice, tips and tricks to use. The integration to my FUB is fantastic.

1. I like the lead score. I don't use it as a first choice of looking for high intent but I use it to confirm when I see a lead is active on FELLO its confirmation for me when I see a high lead score
2. I like the widget in FUB for a quick glance how often they are opening emails and clicking around to determine how serious of a seller they may be 
3. I like the look of the dashboards from a agent perspective. Easy to read at a glance with the AI summaries 
4. I find the values to be pretty close to what we think price would be
5. Ai summaries are fantastic and appreciated
6. The feature that shows you when a house is listed or sold is amazing. Wish it had more accountablity to it for the agents making it a bigger deal they missed the opportunity so admins don't have to but it's still great

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

1. I dislike how agents are not able to see within the FUB profile the emails that get sent to the leads on their behalf in the cadiance to try to drive them to the dashboard. I think this would be helpful if they showed up under "emails" tab in FUB for the lead or even in "marketing emails" tab in FUB. As admin I tell the agents that FELLO sends them emails and they panic they can't see what was sent/when/where at a quick glance 
2. I dislike the wording of the high intent actions "FELLO HOME VALUE" tag means they opened the email. Why not change to "FELLO VIEWED DASHBOARD" making it simplier to understand what the lead did "FELLO OPENED EMAIL". I feel the tags make it sound too complex (Submissions another too complex wording) instead of just telling us what the lead did since really all they can do as a customer is open emails, view dashboard, click button to request CMA. I am an admin and I'm still confused half the time what the lead actually did.  Make it more simple wording for agents to understand quickly with less training from admins on what means what 
3. I dislike how confusing the timeline for the lead is within FELLO for an agent perspective. It says what email sent, skipped in automation etc. it makes it too clunky. I don't think this is neccessary if you would just put these emails under "marketing emails' tab in FUB they could see it there
4. Take off the ability to call, email, text the lead from their FELLO profile. We want to train agents to do that via FUB within FUB and this confuses them that they think they need to have another browser open to work FELLO when really FELLO should be pushing the information to FUB and they can work the lead within FUB not FELLO
5. Make the "marketing" and "nonmarketing" better to understand. I am an admin and agent says "I want to stop the emails" I have to explain what ""marketing" and "nonmarketing" is. It's tiny on the left side. When it could be easy way for them to turn on and off without them needing to contact us cause they don't know how 
6. Take off the tags on the FELLO. This isn't something that we want our agents to look at in FELLO. Thats a FUB thing 
7. Make a easy 'copy and paste' ability to copy their dashboard within the widget in FUB so i don't need to go into FELLO click the property and copy dashboard. Quicker way from the widget would be helpful when sending emails and texting calling can grab quick and send it

We enjoy the feature when it emails you if a house is active or sold. This helps us locate agents on our team with the most missed opportunites to try to help them

The Fello platform is super sleek. You do have to prompt your people that the "Welcome Email" almost always ends up in a spam folder, but I think this is an issue a lot of mass email providers have. We ran into some issues with our emails being backed up when we first imported our databases but Jamie and the support team we're able to very quickly address and solve the issue.

Fello is a superior home valuation tool because of it's data and it's marketing automations. We love that it pulls from three sources and that we can customize our dashboard. We love the custom segments that make workflow and outreach easy. We are also OBSESSED with the new Fello AI features and can't wait to see the digital marketing and email templates. The call scripts and talking points specific to each client makes reaching our to our prospects incredibly easy.

I wish there was a better tool for reporting to incorporate it with FUB. We love diving in to KPIs for everything and having an easy tool to figure out how many cold calls it takes in order to secure a listing walkthrough to then turn it into a listing agreement would be amazing and allow us to coach our agents that they need to make 10 calls a day in order to get 1 listing a month.. or something like that.

I think the real time data is extremely helpful right now we can easily filter and tag to go very granular on things. The ability, in addition, for us to have an AI helper which gives us scripting for our Isas as well as the upcoming marketing rollout is going to be bonkers. I also think the platform itself is relatively intuitive and love the layout.

The only thing so far that I've found I don't like is that if we're running through the AI piece but we want to grab a phone number once we click out of the AI piece to grab the phone number everything disappears. It would be nice if we could have that box stay open and still be able to navigate or at least have a feature where everything that's already been displayed can be saved from the previous instructions.

What I like most about Fello is that it takes the guesswork out of who to call. The platform uses AI and enriched data to identify potential sellers in my database by showing how long they’ve owned their home, how much equity they have, MLS and public records history, and how likely they are to sell. It gives me proven call scripts and real-time alerts when someone shows buying or selling signals—like requesting a home valuation or viewing comps.

Without Fello, it’s easy to waste time calling cold leads or chasing people who aren’t ready. Fello gives me clear, data-backed insights into homeownership length, equity, selling signals, and property history, so I know exactly who to focus on.

It’s also solving the problem of staying top of mind with automation—emails, postcards, and landing pages go out automatically, keeping my database engaged without constant manual follow-up. The AI features now make it even easier to build targeted call lists and take action faster.

The data also helps me to reach narrow down my lists even more and create target marketing that can appeal to the property owner. Finally, it is showing me that some of the tools I already have available are very useful, and something that I need to utilize.

What I like best about Fello is how seamlessly it integrates with my CRM, Follow Up Boss. Once I begin marketing to a seller, Fello offers valuable insights that help me better understand the prospect while also helping the seller gain clarity on their position in the market.

The platform empowers sellers to explore equity reports, view active, pending, and sold comps in their neighborhood, and understand where they stand. This creates a more transparent and collaborative experience. These interactions also trigger key events within Follow Up Boss, surfacing signals of seller engagement and intent. This makes it easier to identify who’s moving down the funnel and getting closer to transacting.

I’m also assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager, Desmond, who truly understands this platform. He listens to what’s important to me and how I operate day to day—from how I prospect to what I’m prospecting—and builds a specific game plan tailored to my workflow. It’s so easy to implement when you have a CSM like Desmond who can jump into action without having to go back and forth trying to find answers. He already has them, and he sends a detailed follow-up full of useful information that keeps me one step ahead. Incredible experience all the way around.

Another great feature is the ability to send postcards with just a click. Fello lets me send sellers a branded postcard that includes a QR code, allowing them to find out their home’s value instantly. It’s a seamless addition to my marketing strategy and ties in perfectly with email campaigns, call follow-ups, and other outreach. This creates a unified experience for the seller.

The user interface is intuitive, and the educational value is exceptional. The regular Zoom masterminds hosted by CEO Ryan Young, featuring top-performing teams and agents across the U.S., are both inspiring and practical. Fello has become an essential tool to my business that is utilized every day.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

What I dislike, though it’s more bittersweet than anything, is receiving property intelligence alerts that reveal when a seller in my CRM has listed or sold with another agent. It’s tough seeing potential business slip away. That said, this isn’t a flaw in Fello—it’s actually a benefit. Without Fello, I wouldn’t have known those leads were lost unless I manually checked each address in the MLS, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

So while it can be frustrating to see those missed opportunities, it’s ultimately helped me identify cracks in my follow-up process and improve my lead qualification strategy. It’s a tough truth but a necessary one for growth.
