**What do you like best about Fello?**

What I like best about Fello is how seamlessly it integrates with my CRM, Follow Up Boss. Once I begin marketing to a seller, Fello offers valuable insights that help me better understand the prospect while also helping the seller gain clarity on their position in the market.

The platform empowers sellers to explore equity reports, view active, pending, and sold comps in their neighborhood, and understand where they stand. This creates a more transparent and collaborative experience. These interactions also trigger key events within Follow Up Boss, surfacing signals of seller engagement and intent. This makes it easier to identify who’s moving down the funnel and getting closer to transacting.

I’m also assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager, Desmond, who truly understands this platform. He listens to what’s important to me and how I operate day to day—from how I prospect to what I’m prospecting—and builds a specific game plan tailored to my workflow. It’s so easy to implement when you have a CSM like Desmond who can jump into action without having to go back and forth trying to find answers. He already has them, and he sends a detailed follow-up full of useful information that keeps me one step ahead. Incredible experience all the way around.

Another great feature is the ability to send postcards with just a click. Fello lets me send sellers a branded postcard that includes a QR code, allowing them to find out their home’s value instantly. It’s a seamless addition to my marketing strategy and ties in perfectly with email campaigns, call follow-ups, and other outreach. This creates a unified experience for the seller.

The user interface is intuitive, and the educational value is exceptional. The regular Zoom masterminds hosted by CEO Ryan Young, featuring top-performing teams and agents across the U.S., are both inspiring and practical. Fello has become an essential tool to my business that is utilized every day.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

What I dislike, though it’s more bittersweet than anything, is receiving property intelligence alerts that reveal when a seller in my CRM has listed or sold with another agent. It’s tough seeing potential business slip away. That said, this isn’t a flaw in Fello—it’s actually a benefit. Without Fello, I wouldn’t have known those leads were lost unless I manually checked each address in the MLS, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

So while it can be frustrating to see those missed opportunities, it’s ultimately helped me identify cracks in my follow-up process and improve my lead qualification strategy. It’s a tough truth but a necessary one for growth.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello is solving the biggest challenge I face as a listing-focused agent: identifying who in my database is most likely to sell, and when. Before Fello, I had to manually plug addresses into the MLS or wait for a seller to raise their hand. Now, I get real-time property intelligence and seller behavior insights that show me exactly who’s engaging, which saves me hours every week and makes my prospecting far more targeted.

It also helps me stay ahead of the competition by alerting me when a seller in my CRM lists or sells with someone else. That may be tough to see, but it shows me where I need to improve and keeps me accountable.

The system makes it easy to sort and prioritize leads, generate postcards instantly, and give sellers real-time market data—making me look more professional and informed in every interaction. With the support of my CSM, Desmond, I have a personalized game plan and hands-on help that makes implementation smooth and actionable.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

The tracking and information the Fello systems provides about our database is really the key feature for our company. Not to be outdone is the marketing that it does to our database effortlessly and providing something of value to our past clients through tracking the value of their home. I'm impressed with the effort that the team at Fello put into the marketing campaigns that's resulted in increased response rates and interactions. Also, the team at Fello is easily accessible, moves quickly, and are knowledgeable about their product. There's untold value in the webinars and connections that are provided with top producers around the country as well.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

This isn't really a downside, but more of a product request. I would like to see where our agents can have their own credit cards set up for their database in order to do postcard mailings.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insights into the movement of clients in our database as well as my favorite phrase, "database hygiene". The data enrichment is also invaluable.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Our business is all about creating front of mind awareness with homeowners. Fello delivers compelling data to homeowners consistently, and provides an easy to navigate dashboard for agents allowing them to see which homeowners have engaged in the content.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The email notifications sent to agents are a bit cryptic.  I'd love for the AI component built into fello to provide a more descriptive look at how the homeowner has engaged.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying front of mind with our homeowners is something we're constantly working on.  Fello is a huge support in this area.  If we can cause homeowners to think about us when they think about real estate, we will crush it.  Fello is helping in this effort!

hands down the best seller lead gen and nurture tool we have had. Super easy CRM, customer support is fantastic. Easily integrates with our CRM for our agents. Easy to implement and something we use daily and track weekly. Super easy to get leads but more importantly Fello does a great job or nurturing the leads and keeping our company top of mind.

nothing honestly. Only issue we have is we have too many lead for our agents!

Main problem they help solve is our agents have too many leads to nurture current ones and Fello does just that for us. Staying in front of our leads and being top of mind.

I wish we could tag more than one person as a contact owner. Texting directly /integrated with fello.

Helps our team ensure that leads are not slipping through the cracks. There have been many times when a contact has not reeponded to us directly, but continues to engage on the platform. Because of their continued engagement, we are eventually able to break through and have a conversion converesation.

Even though we are in touch with our clients on a regular basis, fello identifies those that we had no idea were even thinking of selling.

That's an interesting question - I really can't think of anything at all.  It's definitely worth the effort to learn all the things that fello offers - and we are still learning all the time!

We have thousands of contacts in our database and even though we are constantly working it, fello sorts through them and finds those that we have no idea are even thinking about selling.  We have always been a listing-based business so fello is perfect for us!

It's provided by the team I work on. It gives me good insights into the homeowners in my sphere and I like that it tells me if someone is planning to list their home based on their activities. I also like that I get landing pages/QR codes that I can use as an agent on a team.

I almost think there are too many filters...create a few that identify your highest likely to sell individuals and move on.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Functionality - great service to clients. Aesthetics - some of the best in the business, agent and client-side portals very pleasing to the eye. Systems - amazing automations, segments for separating clients and opportunities, and overall applicability to the industry. Oh, and the support is second to none - these guys actually reach out to ME before I ever ask the question.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

Really, nothing right now. Improvements can always be made in automation and integration, for any platform. But, off the top of my head, I cannot think of an immediate gap.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in front of clients. I don't get on the phone as often as I should. We do try to stay pretty heavy with client events. And our support intra-transaction is great, I would say. But communication inter-transaction is not so great. This is a very good way for me to bridge that gap. And the system is such that it is enticing to clients, not just noise like so many other marketing gimmicks.

Fello does a really good job at reaching out to people in a non "pushy" way. We get more open emails with fello, and the  clients love how the information is presented to them. 
Huge high five to your customer support system. When we first joined they took the time to walk us thru the platform and made things really simple.

Need help converting the leads.
It seems like there is alot of inquiring minds but conversion is low.

There are a lot of things I appreciate about Fello. The property intelligence, data enrichment, and the way the CRM is built around segments stand out most. Coming from Follow Up Boss (we’re still big fans of FUB), I was impressed to see a product in real estate that actually outperforms it in how the data is organized and presented. I can search for just about anything, build segments that integrate seamlessly with FUB, and when I hit a wall or only have a half-formed idea, I know I can reach out to my rep, Jamie P—who’s fantastic—or lean on the AI feature, which has been equally valuable. The Fello team is sharp, persistent, and clearly invested in their work. I’ve now used Fello with two different teams, and each time my experience has only gotten better. It’s a product I consistently recommend and will continue to.

Within property intelligence, I love being able to see who in my database is transacting and connect those deals back to Fello. Our team is focused on ROI, and at the price point, even one closing every couple of years makes it worth it (in practice, we’re seeing more than that). I look at Fello the way I look at marketing: it keeps us top of mind, gives us reasons to reach out, and makes staying in touch with our database easy through rotating email drips and consistent presence. We’re excited to see how Fello continues to grow.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

One thing I would love to see in the future is the integration of FollowUpBoss back into Fello. When working through segments within Fello, I have to switch back and forth to see if there is communication that would keep me from reaching out. That is the only aspect that is a little clunky.

Fello gives our agents—and me personally—a clear reason to reach out to past clients. Every Monday, I get about 25 notifications from clients checking their home value, which creates natural opportunities to connect. The email drips continue to perform well, and while we spend most of our time in Follow Up Boss for activity management, I can quickly see who is working their leads effectively because of how well Fello integrates with FUB. Beyond that, Fello supports our outreach through consistent campaigns that keep us top of mind, and we even incorporate it into our monthly seller seminars at the local public library.

What I love most about Fello is the ability to have a real-time overview of our entire database, specifically seeing a bigger picture of how our database is interacting with email clicks and email opens. I really like the automations that are built in to automatically send postcards for our drop-off site visitors as well. The other piece of the platform we use often is the listing and cash offer net sheets; this has been huge for us to not only send offers to our clients/leads, but to be able to build net sheets for various client offers for traditional list as well as cash offer offerings. Myself and my team also LOVE being able to view their mortgage balance and details; we use this feature nearly every day. The engagement we get with our leads database to stay in front of clients and provide value is huge. The real sellers reporting is also great to see how our agents are performing based on what is in their database; i.e. how many listings they took, versus how many from each of their database listed with another agent. Customer support us unmatched, I wish every company had the support and tech team that Fello does.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

There arent really any downsides, in my opinion, but I would love to see there be some sort of option to have a daily view of hand raisers to call each day. Such as some sort of dashboard that shows in the last 24 hours these are people with the specified amount of clicks/opens we set and our agents can touch base with those people. Rather than looking for it manually.

Client/lead engagement and traditional and cash offer net sheet functionality. As well as being able to see mortgave balances and interest rates/loan types. As the owner of a residential real estate brokerage, finding software that truly meets the needs of our agents and clients has always been a top priority. Fello has been a game-changer for our business, especially with its seamless integration with our CRM, Follow Up Boss, as that is where we are operating out of daily, thereforw any of our agent or client facing software solutions absolutley need to be where we are, so we can use it often.

From the start, Fello's amazing people made onboarding our team seamless. The learning curve was minimal, which meant our agents could quickly integrate the software into their daily routines without missing a beat. The platform's comprehensive features—from lead management to automated follow-ups—have significantly improved our efficiency and client satisfaction.

One of the biggest advantages we've experienced is how smoothly Fello integrates with Follow Up Boss. This integration ensures that our data flows effortlessly between the two systems, enhancing our team's ability to track leads, manage client relationships, and automate follow-ups. The combination of Fello's robust tools with Follow Up Boss has allowed us to create a powerhouse system that keeps our agents organized and our clients engaged.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Fello is amazing and has been working for my team. We have generated more sellers and listings for my real estate business. I have 350k contacts that Fello is targeting for me, which is not easy. The way they take my account and distribute the emails over a period of time, makes deliverabilty a breeze. Our account manager Jamie is wonderful, she is super helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Ryan Young has been a friend for many years, and I'm super appreciative that he made this product and introduced it to me early on.  Thank you so much for increasing my business and helping my team gain more listings.

There is no downside about Fello, nothig my team dislikes about it.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello is solving my deliverability issues, I've used other platforms and have had issues with my emails landing in spam and not even being viewed.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Fello makes it easier to identify who your next Seller is likely to be when you apply Fello filters and sorting options! Also, the emails they send are highly engaged with by leads, it's very impressive! The Fello widget captures motivated Sellers as well and easily integrates them as leads into our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

I don't have a least helpful feature to share about nor a downside for using Fello. It's the most helpful program I think anyone in Real Estate can use, and it's very easy to effectively implement! I recommend using it frequently  - mine is always open when my CRM is open! And when I have a question, Fello Customer Support has been quick to respond and offer solutions.

We have a team structure and are blessed with a large database after many years of business; both of those have created situations that Fello has worked on with us that have produced favorable outcomes for us and their product development!

**What do you like best about Fello?**

I love that within Fello I can see not only who is engaging with me; but, I can also see personalized information unique to their property and home, so I can be strategic in my outreach so I don't miss any opportunties to sell homes from within my database. I also love that I have a dedicate support person that is highly responsive ensuring I can easily use the product.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

It produces so many opportunities for connection, until I had a system in place it was hard to follow up with them all.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello is helping me stay in front of my sphere of influence and people I have connected with in my past. I can connect with them and help them monitor their home values, which is, in most cases their biggest life investment. Fello provides me with the ability to know how likely they are to be selling as well as provides other powerful information that is helpful to know going into a conversation with someone when it comes to selling their homes. I am also able to see who is selling their homes, even if they list without me.

Fello has been a gift to our company. The best things about the platform are that it nurtures and enhances the leads that are already in our database. Another great perk is the email marketing feature. Fello will use sticky email campaigns to get people to engage with the content on Fello's platform for home values, cash offers or CMA requests. It's all branded to our company and our agents. Fello also has the ability to send out mailer campaigns creating a unique lead follow up and nurture approach.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

Fello is still working on making its UI a bit more user friendly. It gets better every update though!

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fello solves the following issues for our team-

1. Lead nurture and incubation 
2. Seller lead generation

4. Mailer campaigns 
5. Retargeting our existing database
