What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. My greatest benefit would be increased motivation in the team. DialedIn makes outbound calling every day more interesting by adding competitions and visible rankings. I also use it frequently to help keep reps on track to the weekly targets and it does actually enhance participation. The primary thing that worries me is that the enthusiasm may decrease when the same tactics of engaging are used too frequently. As it is a frequent activity, part of the team members lose interest in current competitions. Although it has many different features, not every one of them appeals to all people. DialedIn addresses the issue of differing outbound work within the group. Some would be pushing hard at the beginning of the week and then slackening off later before using it. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I think PhoneBurner's UI is great. It's very easy to understand and the reports are so in-depth, which is awesome for data nerds like me, saving time and offering real insight into my business. I also appreciate their support system, which consists of fantastic individuals well-versed in their responsibilities. It's critical for success to have such a supportive team behind you, wanting to do the best. They even have an AI named Finn who is very helpful and was my first line of defense for issues, even after hours—it's awesome. Additionally, they offer better quality numbers and technology, which I believe is necessary for success today. I also find the Connect scores intriguing and I'm keen to dive into them to see how the proprietary software works. Overall, I can't say enough good things about PhoneBurner. What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

I don't necessarily say it doesn't work well for me. I'm just a nerd that likes to kinda mess around with things, and I know that there are some native GoHighLevel plugins for the CRM, but I just didn't have access because of the way my subaccount is created off a very large backend where the primary account wasn't able to install that for everybody. Nor did they wanna fund that. So, I think that was maybe one thing. As far as, you know, the folder systems is okay. I think it could be better than having a folder system. But I've been able to manage as well as create some things on the backend that have improved that system for me. So nothing out of the blue that really doesn't work well for me. What do you like best about Salesfinity?

Salesfinity is intuitive and easy to use while still being a very powerful tool for sales and outbound calling. As a power dialer, the platform removes a lot of manual work from the calling process, which saves a lot of time and allows us as a team to focus on high-value conversations. The interface is clean, the setup is straightforward, and the features are flexible enough to support different outbound sales strategies. With the filter options you can tailor your calling list to your needs in that moment (e.g. what time zone to call)

The boss mode feature is really helpful to save time and make sure to get good connects and conversations. My favorite feature is the analytics tab where you have full transparency over your team’s and your own numbers with individual score cards per rep that you can also benchmark. Also very useful is the AI that summarizes your calls to help log them in our CRM as well as providing transcripts for every call.

I haven’t tried the AI training tab that extensively yet, but it’s a great way practice calling specific ICPs and improve your skills based on this and the feedback provided in the Analytics tab. The Salesfloor is a highly beneficial tool too, as we can call as a team at the same time, listen in on live calls and discuss our outbound strategy in real time. What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

While Salesfinity is very effective, there is a bit of a learning curve and it takes some time to get used to and try all the features (which is ultimately just a sign of how extensive the services are that SF provide).

Some bugs can show up from time to time, voicemail detection not always working perfectly (e.g. German mailboxes being connected as live calls). The latency when getting connected with a prospect can sometimes take a few seconds, and sometimes even longer when your internet connection isn’t stable, so that’s something to consider. Salesfinity solves the problem of manual, time-consuming outbound calling and low connect rates. By optimizing and automating the dialing process, it helps us ensure consistent communication with prospects and reduces the risk of missed opportunities. What do you dislike about FlashIntel?

We used this platform for several months, and it was by far the worst product we have worked with. We encountered numerous issues when adding LinkedIn accounts, and the LinkedIn add-on itself was extremely unstable, frequently failing to load or function properly, which made it essentially unusable.

The email warm-up feature caused serious damage as well. Instead of protecting sender reputation, it generated high bounce rates that ultimately damaged—and within three months completely killed—all of our domains.

On top of these issues, communication and customer support were extremely poor. Our concerns were often ignored, and when responses did come, we were left waiting days—and sometimes even weeks—for problems to be addressed or resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A customer could initiate a chat and become frustrated with the limit, and call us, and be required to repeat everything. Prior to Voiso, we used to have a disjointed and annoying customer experience. When channels changed, customers kept repeating themselves, and our agents appeared incompetent despite the fact they just lacked context, we would have lost conversation history. Our customers were not happy, and we were using different platforms that did not communicate with each other. The omnichannel solution offered by Voiso was the light switch. Customers were suddenly visible in all interactions irrespective of channel. The time it took us to resolve an issue decreased by 38 percent since the agents no longer had to ask the customers to repeat the information. The score of customer satisfaction rose by 25 points. None at the moment. As a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Manager, and Admin Manager across various platforms, I always recommend CallTools as the top dialer whenever I work with clients. Having used a variety of dialers in different roles, CallTools consistently stands out for its robust features and ease of use. It's by far the most outstanding tool I’ve encountered. One of the biggest issues we faced was our numbers being categorized as spam, but CallTools solved this with the ability to register our phone numbers with carriers. This feature has truly eased our pain.

As an Enterprise User, we also benefit from having 100 free phone numbers for each cold caller, along with the privilege of priority support whenever issues arise.

The Support Team has been outstanding, especially with Crizelda Cagaanan and David Rojo, who have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues. They’ve not only offered exceptional assistance but also shared valuable insights and skills to help me perform my role more effectively as an Admin Manager.
