What do you like best about Nooks?

What do you dislike about Nooks?

1/ I wish there was a multi-screen version during parallel dialing, so we can get more insight from each contact during those sessions. Let me explain. When power dialing, each contact opens up a dashboard where I can see various widgets, including a snapshot of their LinkedIn profile. However, you lose this feature during parallel dialing. It would be helpful to have a parallel dialing interface that gives you a dashboard for each contact, so you're better prepped for the call. This would likely work best for multi-screen setups, but it'd be a 1% boost in how relevant my convo could be.

2/ The AI note taker sometimes gets too generalized with longer detailed cold calls. I've had 10-20 minute calls where key details were missing, because the AI note taker was trying to consolidate details into high level notes. Having more specific key details can be beneficial in follow up calls to the same prospect, or to calls within the same organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cold calling loses steam when you're worried about capturing all the important information in notes or when you have to queue up the next contact or manually dial that call. It leaves room for SDR's/BDR's to get distracted. That results in less calls made and less conversations had, and ultimately, less meetings booked. Nooks keeps my focus on cold calling by slashing the time I spend on the admin/minutia.

I love the virtual workspace. Recently, I had a senior person coach me on my calls, which was a massive help. Without the virtual workspace, I'd have to wait for our End of Day connect to listen to call recordings together before I get feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. It does what it’s designed to do really well, but when you want deeper customization or very detailed reports, you may hit some limits. What do you like best about DialedIn?

My favorite aspect of DialedIn is that it keeps my day of making calls to order and purpose. I take up hours in outbound calls and the manner it arranges call sessions will enable me to remain consistent without getting tired. Options like pacing and call flow are useful in keeping me energized during the day. What do you dislike about DialedIn?

The thing I hate about it is that it is not always flexible with changing strategies to adjust the calling rules. In case we want to replace outreach methods in a short period of time it may require additional work. This has affected our campaigns in that it has slowed the adjustments and made them manual. DialedIn addresses the issue of unorganized outbound work. Previously, making calls was inconvenient and tiresome. What do you dislike about FlashIntel?

We used this platform for several months, and it was by far the worst product we have worked with. We encountered numerous issues when adding LinkedIn accounts, and the LinkedIn add-on itself was extremely unstable, frequently failing to load or function properly, which made it essentially unusable.

The email warm-up feature caused serious damage as well. Instead of protecting sender reputation, it generated high bounce rates that ultimately damaged—and within three months completely killed—all of our domains.

On top of these issues, communication and customer support were extremely poor. Our concerns were often ignored, and when responses did come, we were left waiting days—and sometimes even weeks—for problems to be addressed or resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesfinity?

Salesfinity is intuitive and easy to use while still being a very powerful tool for sales and outbound calling. As a power dialer, the platform removes a lot of manual work from the calling process, which saves a lot of time and allows us as a team to focus on high-value conversations. The interface is clean, the setup is straightforward, and the features are flexible enough to support different outbound sales strategies. With the filter options you can tailor your calling list to your needs in that moment (e.g. what time zone to call)

The boss mode feature is really helpful to save time and make sure to get good connects and conversations. My favorite feature is the analytics tab where you have full transparency over your team’s and your own numbers with individual score cards per rep that you can also benchmark. Also very useful is the AI that summarizes your calls to help log them in our CRM as well as providing transcripts for every call.

I haven’t tried the AI training tab that extensively yet, but it’s a great way practice calling specific ICPs and improve your skills based on this and the feedback provided in the Analytics tab. The Salesfloor is a highly beneficial tool too, as we can call as a team at the same time, listen in on live calls and discuss our outbound strategy in real time. What do you dislike about Salesfinity?

While Salesfinity is very effective, there is a bit of a learning curve and it takes some time to get used to and try all the features (which is ultimately just a sign of how extensive the services are that SF provide).

Some bugs can show up from time to time, voicemail detection not always working perfectly (e.g. German mailboxes being connected as live calls). The latency when getting connected with a prospect can sometimes take a few seconds, and sometimes even longer when your internet connection isn’t stable, so that’s something to consider. Salesfinity solves the problem of manual, time-consuming outbound calling and low connect rates. By optimizing and automating the dialing process, it helps us ensure consistent communication with prospects and reduces the risk of missed opportunities. This leads to higher productivity, better lead management, and ultimately improved conversion rates for our outreach efforts. It also helps with documenting calls in our CRM and gives you valuable data for coaching and improving your skills, supports follow-up planning with provided follow up dates and tasks and let’s us have an in office experience while simultaneously calling on the Salesfloor. The holistic analytics platform has transformed the way we run our call center. We are monitoring more than 60 various indicators in real- time, including conventional KPIs such as average handle time and first call resolution and more specific ones such as sentiment trends and keyword frequency. The personalized dashboards imply that every supervisor will only see what is important to his or her team. The speech analytics is not just a simple transcription using AI, but rather the recognition of training opportunities, compliance risk, and customer satisfaction trends that we would never have detected otherwise. What do you dislike about Voiso?

The analytics features learning curve is not as low as the basic call handling. Training sessions were beneficial, but it also took our team approximately a month to capitalize on all of it. In addition, certain of the more progressive reports cannot be effectively interpreted without a good comprehension of contact center metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voiso solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were operating a call center of about 200 agents in different locations, virtually unaware of what was really going on. Our previous system was giving us simple call logs, but no actual performance, quality, or customer experience. The decisions made by the management were made using anecdotal evidence and gut feelings. The analytics platform of Voiso turned us into a data company. Our most successful agents have been found to be using particular phrases and strategies which we have now integrated into training. We found that there were spikes in the number of calls that were not explained on Tuesday afternoons, which meant that we could change staffing. We identified a flaw in the product through monitoring the trend in keywords before it was a PR crisis. Above all, we are now able to present ROI to the executive leadership with actual data which helped to budget expansion. What do you like best about Ozonetel?

I like using Ozonetel for handling both outbound and inbound calls, especially in the context of customer grievances. It helps me by recording calls and maintaining a history of calls for the day, which is really convenient. I appreciate how it sends me notifications if a customer calls while I'm in manual mode. The feature offering both manual and blended options is very appealing to me. With manual mode, we're not disturbed by inbound calls and can focus solely on outbound calls. Blended mode is great because I can receive inbound calls once I log in, and if I'm available, it allows me to make outbound calls too. Setting up Ozonetel is quite simple; just enter your credentials, log in, and you're ready to go, using either the manual or blended mode based on your needs. What do you like best about Readymode?

What strikes one straight away is the to the point control of the call outcomes Readymode has. We are able to implement certain required fields per disposition, and make sure essential compliance notes do not get lost. The dynamic scripting of the system changes dynamically according to the various client segments on the fly ensuring that the appropriate disclosures are always conveyed without the agents having to perform manual checks. What do you dislike about Readymode?

It is a little more cumbersome in that our audit team manages granular user permissions within the system than is expected. It would be convenient that historical script versioning is more directly associated to individual call records as part of long term compliance checks. The creative workarounds were also taken to automate the communications of certain sensitive call dispositions to their external alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our key problem was always to comply with the requirements of complex regulations disclosures in thousands of outbound calls. Agents used to be supplied with either printouts or memorable data which brought inconsistency in information and auditing of posts or call after calls was extremely slow and error prone. Since we have implemented Readymode we are sure that all the disclosures are done accurately. The qualification time spent by our compliance group to verify past calls is very minimal and our total regulatory risk exposure has reduced tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
