What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is a power and parallel dialler that makes it so much easier to hit higher call volume per day. But it also enables better conversations by showing you all your key info in one screen. It automatically opens the prospects relevant CRM page, LinkedIn and company website so you have that to hand while calling.

It also has features that enrich numbers, so you connect to uncallables. It allows you to navigate the call screens that most people have set up.

My favourite feature is the AI roleplay bots that help you practice in real time.

It's only gone down a handful of times but they keep improving the product.

It’s not best practice to use Parallel Dialer (Dials multiple numbers at once (simultaneously), using AI to detect when a real human picks up and instantly routes the call to the rep) to call more than a few contacts at a time, because it can actually hurt results. Teams can end up over-rotating on this feature, and once that habit forms, it’s hard to break. What do you like best about Close?

I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. Honestly, the thing I like most about DialedIn is just how easy it makes everything feel. It takes something that would normally feel like a chore and makes organizing my thoughts feel less like a task. I don't have to switch into writing mode or try to sound overly polished—I can just talk the way I normally would, almost like I'm explaining something to a friend. That takes a lot of the pressure off. The biggest thing for me is the lack of friction; usually, when you're asked to write something, you end up overthinking it. With DialedIn, I can skip that part and focus on what I actually want to say. Then the AI steps in and organizes everything into something that's clear and readable. The product is great, makes the process of cold calling a lot faster. It integrates with most CRMs in the market and you can directly call from the CRMs using their extension. Compared to other platforms on the market, the price for you get is fair. There are multiple functionalities in the platform that makes activity tracking a lot easier, like adding phone scripts, pre-recorded voice mails. As an admin, they give you the ability to login as your callers, and listen to live calls, whispers, or even barge-in. Probably the UI/UX, it's not that I dislike it. I feel like it could use some modernization, and look more user-friendly. The product could also benefit from some AI-driven features. What do you like best about FlashIntel?

What do you dislike about FlashIntel?

We used this platform for several months, and it was by far the worst product we have worked with. We encountered numerous issues when adding LinkedIn accounts, and the LinkedIn add-on itself was extremely unstable, frequently failing to load or function properly, which made it essentially unusable.

The email warm-up feature caused serious damage as well. Instead of protecting sender reputation, it generated high bounce rates that ultimately damaged—and within three months completely killed—all of our domains.

On top of these issues, communication and customer support were extremely poor. Our concerns were often ignored, and when responses did come, we were left waiting days—and sometimes even weeks—for problems to be addressed or resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The omnichannel experience in its entirety was my selling point, and the execution was more than satisfactory. Our customer communication was taking place in entirely different systems over the phone, via SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, live chat on our site, and so on. The customers would cut channels and this would lose the context of the agents. A customer could initiate a chat and become frustrated with the limit, and call us, and be required to repeat everything. What do you dislike about Voiso?

Prior to Voiso, we used to have a disjointed and annoying customer experience. When channels changed, customers kept repeating themselves, and our agents appeared incompetent despite the fact they just lacked context, we would have lost conversation history. Our customers were not happy, and we were using different platforms that did not communicate with each other. The omnichannel solution offered by Voiso was the light switch. Customers were suddenly visible in all interactions irrespective of channel. The time it took us to resolve an issue decreased by 38 percent since the agents no longer had to ask the customers to repeat the information. The score of customer satisfaction rose by 25 points. The AI Agents builder is what convinced me to stick with it. We’re in healthcare, so our use cases are pretty specific—appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prescription-related requests, and patient identification. I honestly wasn’t expecting to be able to map all of that out manually, but once the orchestrator figures out what the caller needs, it routes them to the right agent. What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Getting from a draft to something truly production-ready takes longer than you’d expect. V17 definitely didn’t happen overnight—there were earlier versions where the orchestrator would misread the user’s intent and send them down the wrong branch entirely, which made the experience feel unreliable at times. On top of that, for a small business the pricing feels on the heavier side. It comes across like you’re paying for enterprise-level infrastructure whether you actually need all of it or not. We needed to cut down on how many routine calls were actually reaching our staff. There's no support line, you have to email and hope someone emails you back. Most of the time, it's an automated response that takes you to a page where you have to try and figure out how to fix any issues on your own. They have no support line; it's all automated, and you are stuck without help. They also keep you hostage. I tried to email multiple times to cancel, they charged me anyways. What do you like best about CallTools?

As an Enterprise user, CallTools has been a game changer for our business operations. There’s a lot to love about the platform, but the standout feature for us has been the Live Filtering. It provides a seamless experience, allowing us to easily filter out irrelevant calls in real-time, ensuring that our teams focus on what really matters. It’s a feature we absolutely rely on for improved productivity and efficiency.

In addition to the live filtering, the support team Crizelda Cagaanan and David Rojo at CallTools has been incredibly helpful, particularly when it comes to registering phone numbers and optimizing our caller strategies. As an Enterprise, having a dedicated team to assist with these processes makes a huge difference in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about CallTools?

None at the moment. As a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Manager, and Admin Manager across various platforms, I always recommend CallTools as the top dialer whenever I work with clients. Having used a variety of dialers in different roles, CallTools consistently stands out for its robust features and ease of use. It's by far the most outstanding tool I’ve encountered. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest issues we faced was our numbers being categorized as spam, but CallTools solved this with the ability to register our phone numbers with carriers. This feature has truly eased our pain.

As an Enterprise User, we also benefit from having 100 free phone numbers for each cold caller, along with the privilege of priority support whenever issues arise.

The Support Team has been outstanding, especially with Crizelda Cagaanan and David Rojo, who have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues. They’ve not only offered exceptional assistance but also shared valuable insights and skills to help me perform my role more effectively as an Admin Manager. What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)?

There are multiple things I really like. I can transfer my phone line to my cell phone, when I am not in the office. If someone says they called me, I can find their phone number through a filter within their system . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Readymode?

It has a simple user interface, and not only that—I mean the whole experience, like the call notifications. And to be honest, there aren’t too many things on the screen overall; it’s just simple and straight to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

The call logs page isn’t very clean; it feels a bit chaotic. Sometimes I also lose my most recent call when I open it. Another issue is that if I miss adding the disposition for a call and then answer another call, the previous call ends up getting a disposition, and it’s really hard to get it back sometimes—especially with the call logs problem I mentioned.

One more thing: as much as I like the simplicity of the UI, I hate how old it feels. It’s like I’m dealing with Windows XP back in the day, and that’s it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
